This freshly squeezed junmai namaishu is made entirely from Akita Prefecture sake brewing rice, and is characterized by its light flavor and refreshing acidity.
Not much aroma 🤔.
The taste has a strong minerality.
The sweetness is moderate for an omachi. ❗️
There is quite a bit of bitterness and a hint of gas.
The aftertaste is quite refreshing because there is a hint of gas. ‼️
It is a good all-around sake that can be served with all kinds of food, both Japanese and Western.
It is a delicious sake 👍
Rating: ★★★★☆
I opened the bottle forgetting to be careful about opening it and it blew up big time. It poured down on the kids...what a waste!
I quickly closed the lid and managed to recover. The gas didn't escape and I had to open and close the lid several times to get it to a drinkable state.
The yogurt is delicious and not too sweet.

I know this is sudden, but I'm going to discontinue my personal evaluation.
I think it may offend some of you. 🙇♀️
I'm pretty sure my body will remember if I want to drink it again or not: ✌️
This time it's Yuki no Bijin purchased at Nishimura Sake Shop.
Although this sake is made with No. 6 yeast, this one is not fruity, but rather has a ricey and bitter flavor that is free of any cloying taste😊.
Because it is a draft sake, it has a sharp taste with a strong gassy feeling when the bottle is opened. As time went by, the corners were removed and it mellowed~!
It was a treat 🙏.
Yamadanishiki, No. 6 yeast, super-harsh
Oooh, it's deliciously dry! It's deliciously dry. Not boring dry, but delicious dry.
But even though it's tasty, it's still a bit dry, and you'll feel refreshed at the end.
I love it 100 points!

Recently, we often meet at shigi38, Mr. and Ms. Yuki's beautiful brand name.
This day was our first Yamadaho!
It was a full-bodied and delicious sake!
There were many brands we wanted to drink that day, so we only had a little bit of this one.
Let's go next time!
