The second day in Aizu, we went to Sake-na Tenmi for a drink. I made a reservation in advance because I heard it was recommended by Mr. Muro. Incidentally, I was chatting with two women who were sitting next to me at the counter at the sake bar where I had been drinking the day before, and I found out that both of them worked at Tenjiki, which made me realize how interesting the relationship between sake is 😊. The first glass was Mine no Yuki Junmai 🍶. The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet and calm. It is a bit ripe on the palate, but full-bodied, sweet and delicious. It was quite delicious 🍶. The third picture is of the Mine-no-snow brewery in Kitakata. I had a short chat with the sales clerk, who told me that Mine-no-Snow was the first brewery in Japan to make mead, and that they have recently been making a mead made by fermenting honey with sake yeast.

Today is my first Hokkaido sake ️. Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery🌸 The aroma is a little muscat? I'm not sure. It's also very tasty. There is also a sour bitterness that comes through in the nose 😋. I had it with octopus wasame kabu and it goes well with it. The sweetness increases👍.

At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. I jumped at the chance to buy this sake because it had a sticker saying that it had won the highest gold medal for sake in a wine glass. It was slightly sweet and fragrant, but also had the feeling of drinking sake, and I thought it would go well with Western food.

This sake is supposed to have combined rice with different rice polishing ratios. The smell is slightly nutty. This sake is dry and also manages to seem both light and rich at the same time. The flavor is mellow and somewhat subdued with hints of melon and cashew. The bottle isn’t very traditional but is nicely designed. Rice Polishing Ratio: 50-70% Sake Meter Value: 2 Acidity: 1.7
