ことりThis is a reconstruction support sake planned by the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations to raise funds for 11 sake breweries that were severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Wishing for the earliest possible recovery... 😌.
Aroma reminiscent of green apple and young melon, light and fresh on the palate, with a soft sweetness and umami. Medium to slightly dry. As soon as it is swallowed, it has a sharp acidity like after biting into a lemon, and again the umami flavor fills the mouth. It is a refreshing and delicious sake that keeps the cup going.
It has an atmosphere similar to that of Lion's Village, and it is a delicious sake that you can drink with peace of mind!

Actually, there were 3 Tochigi sake candidates for the 500 in, and one of them was this one, Ona-san: ‼️
I packed those 3 bottles in my backpack so that I could go to any of them and bring them to the walking location😄.
So here is a picture of Ona-san taken outside too😊The yellow-green color of the label on this one blends in with the forest🌳😌.
So, as you can see in the picture on the right, we compared Yumesasara with Nikko Honor 👍.
Yumesasara, an original Tochigi Prefecture rice variety, has Yamadanishiki as its mother and T Sake 25 as its father! We have a lot of love for Tochigi 😆.

I started sakéwa in late 2021 and it's been about 2.5 years! I never thought I'd make 500 posts 😅 but thanks to the connections I've made with everyone on sakewa, I've made it this far 🥹.
When I finally got here, I was impressed once again by all the legends who have posted more than 1000 posts 😌.
About half of the 100 bottles of Tochigi sake are Senkou & Bida! I've been drinking others, but there are still many brands I haven't tasted yet, so I'll continue to devote myself to the Tochigi Sake Road 😤.

It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty. ことりThe nose opens with a hint of dense apples, and towards the latter half of the bottle, the aroma is sweet, reminiscent of quince and cotton candy. You can sense the rich sweetness and umami of the rice. The acidity and bitterness are well balanced with a refreshing finish reminiscent of citrus fruits. Today we start with Sentori. The Sentori mark on the cap is cute. It has a big impact!
The aroma is like SENKYO itself with a clean and crisp taste 😌 The clear sweet and sour taste has umami and a hint of bitterness. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor reminiscent of fresh juice or herbal water, as if it were muscat, apple, lemon slices, and a few slices of mint. It tastes like fresh juice or herb water.

Then, as you continue to drink, bitterness and astringency join in nicely, and it becomes more and more delicious 😋.
I can gradually understand what Mr. Sakeran says about the taste of "gorgeousness and sweetness living together" 🤗.

At the liquor store, we came across this Tedorigawa! A beautiful label that appeals to our artistic minds 🥹 and it's cheap too! We decided to hang this painting 🍶 on our fridge 😊.
It's a daily junmai sake that bridges meals and conversations like a rainbow 🌈 in the sky.
We will compare it with Yuho in the lineup of Ishikawa sake 🤗.
I'll start with a cold sake 🎵.
Yum! This one is delicious with a gentle sweetness and soft mouthfeel 😋 Maybe it's because I drank "Akano Yuho" 😅It feels very modern!
I said 😊 that it would be better to drink it cold, but since we are in the Nonbei Yokocho, we decided to try heated sake as well!
I had it lukewarm and it is a deeply delicious bottle 😚.
I've only ever had Tetorigawa as a sparkling dot 😅I was intoxicated by the high level of Ishikawa sake 😚.
