Purchased at a liquor store in Kasuga City
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
Colorless but very slightly cloudy.
The palate has a fruity, apple-like flavor with a firm rice flavor that is very tasty.
Slightly gassy
The taste is crisp and clean after a dry and frizzy taste.
Warm to lukewarm
The ginjo aroma becomes stronger.
More dryness than cold sake.
Heat sake to hot.
The aroma becomes less fruity and more savory.
Tastes different at different temperatures, but all are delicious.
Niigata Sake-no-Tanrei - Niigata Sake-no-Jin
Tasting Pickup No.2
It matures in the direction of being concentrated rather than becoming mild.
Strong 😋.
Good taste 💪.

The cup is my collection 😆.
I mail-ordered only the cups for the 2020 event as a show of support.

And then, a nice guy from Kansai who saw my list of my own works (he was in the back of the line at Abe's) said to me in a friendly manner, "That's a great list!
Sake event is fun to have such once-in-a-lifetime encounters, isn't it?
Easy to drink!
It's strange, but if you drink it in one gulp, it stays in your mouth, but if you hold it in the front of your mouth for a bit, you can drink it without any residue...maybe?
It is dry but not harsh.
This is the last bottle I bought at the sake camp!
It seems to be a new brand made in Niigata by the toji of Sharaku. So I tasted it and bought it.
Pear? It is fruity, sour, and fresh.
It is not too sweet.

The first time I bought a bottle of Collage, I was surprised to see that it was made by Mr. Ijima, the toji at Miyazumi Meizou brewery, which brews Collage.
The first time I bought this sake, it was made by Mr. Ishima, the master brewer at Miyazumi Meizumi where Kuraraku is brewed.
The rice is 100% Koshihikari and the polishing is 90% (◎-◎;)!
The aroma is mild but the flavor is too much 🍶.
Thank you very much!
Purchased at Fujihara Sake Shop
100% Dewa Sanzu
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 15%.
Produced by Mine-no-Hakubai Shuzo, Niigata Prefecture
It is my first time drinking this sake.
It was recommended by the owner.
It is too delicious backslash!
Fruity and refreshing. Beautiful aroma.
I can't stop drinking it when it has such a sharpness,
I am anxious to see what tomorrow's taste will be, so I will be patient and endure.
My first brand. It has an apple-like aroma, a fresh texture, and a sweetness that is not too strong. The sake was sharp and not boring to drink. It was delicious.
★ "I've never tasted anything like it before.
I bought it because I wanted to drink a non-sweet sake. It is not sweet, but it is mild on the palate and not too spicy. The aftertaste is not too clean, but leaves a nice aftertaste of umami. It goes well with chikuwa (dried chikuwa) and silken tofu with sushi vinegar!
