I remember drinking it outside and it was sweet and tasty 🧐.
I never drank it properly and thought it was ok, so I bought one that was sold in a set.
I had never had it before and thought it was ok...it was spicy.
The aroma is fruity, but the sourness stimulates the back of the throat. Spicy 🔥.
I know, it says NEW NIIGATA DRY on the label 😅.
I pretended not to notice it, but it was still spicy 🤣.
from Collage
The wine is a little bit different from other brands, but it's still very good.
The taste is very dry and light,
It's a very nice and dry taste.
It's a good thing that I was betrayed 🤣.
Purchased at a local liquor store.
I didn't know it was available in my neighborhood.
It is sweet, spicy, refreshing, and just right for a mealtime drink.
Hishiko Junmai Ginjo
Slightly sweet. Good sharpness. Dry type of sake. Slightly dry. Slightly dry and refreshing.
Well-balanced and not too assertive, perfect for a mid-meal drink. Makes you want to eat sashimi.
Delicious even when heated. Can be enjoyed at various temperatures.
Purchased at a liquor store in Kasuga City
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
Colorless but very slightly cloudy.
The palate has a fruity, apple-like flavor with a firm rice flavor that is very tasty.
Slightly gassy
The taste is crisp and clean after a dry and frizzy taste.
Warm to lukewarm
The ginjo aroma becomes stronger.
More dryness than cold sake.
Heat sake to hot.
The aroma becomes less fruity and more savory.
Tastes different at different temperatures, but all are delicious.
Niigata Sake-no-Tanrei - Niigata Sake-no-Jin
Tasting Pickup No.2

And then, a nice guy from Kansai who saw my list of my own works (he was in the back of the line at Abe's) said to me in a friendly manner, "That's a great list!
Sake event is fun to have such once-in-a-lifetime encounters, isn't it?
Easy to drink!
It's strange, but if you drink it in one gulp, it stays in your mouth, but if you hold it in the front of your mouth for a bit, you can drink it without any residue...maybe?
It is dry but not harsh.
