I'll make love to you ♬ while I'm a little scared of +18 😋 because I also bought some tuna sashimi from Asanoya 😋.
It has a fruity flavor with a light umami taste. ☺️ but it has a clean aftertaste that makes you think it's dry! It's a great sake for sashimi, pizza, meat, etc!
By the way, the pencils you used to use when you were in elementary school ✏️ used to be HB 🤔But nowadays 2B is the mainstream and the percentage of HB is only 0.7% 😳Isn't it incredible ⁉️

The aroma is like SENKYO itself with a clean and crisp taste 😌 The clear sweet and sour taste has umami and a hint of bitterness. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor reminiscent of fresh juice or herbal water, as if it were muscat, apple, lemon slices, and a few slices of mint. It tastes like fresh juice or herb water.

It's a daily junmai sake that bridges meals and conversations like a rainbow 🌈 in the sky.

Yum! This one is delicious with a gentle sweetness and soft mouthfeel 😋 Maybe it's because I drank "Akano Yuho" 😅It feels very modern!

The first sip...oh? A little light? The first sip...oh my...is it a bit light? It has a gentle flavor, with a mild sweetness, acidity, and umami. The finish is clean and slightly dry, and I felt it was a type of sake that goes well with food.

Last week I skipped drinking Monday through Thursday, and on the long-awaited Friday night, "I thought I'd drink some Hikami today" and out came Asanoya's sashimi 😍Decadent noobie ‼️ rushing to the table 😄.
The label doesn't look like a hikakami at first glance, it looks like it's written on a blackboard, but it seems to indicate the maturation process of sake 🤗.
When I think back to the first time I went to an expensive sushi restaurant, I went to the counter of ☺️ and I was shocked at how delicious the hikakami I had there was 🤩.
After that, I started to drink dry sake for sashimi at home, and that's how J&N was born 😆.

Yum! It's delicious 😋, but it's not sharp and dry, it's smooth and has a nice spiciness, but it's also soft and has a strong umami taste👍.

The first sip is a bit sweet and sour (‼️), but as the cup progresses, the first hint of sweetness and sourness is felt. But as the sip goes on, the sweet and sourness you felt at first fades away and the robust umami comes to the surface 😋.
I also heard that it's better to let it sit for a day or so, so I switched it off halfway through the first day🤗.
The next day, the first cup is again acidic, but the overall flavor is more rounded and more umami 😋.
This is delicious😍.

We had it while cheering for Samurai Japan 📣 with Nozomu 🤗 (The second picture is the three Sotoike sake brewing brothers who were waiting in our fridge).
This is a Daiginjo made from Yume-Sasara from Tochigi prefecture, polished to 45%, and was selected for the President's Award🥇 out of 1110 entries in last year's Kura Master, a French sake competition!
This sake also has a fresh fruity aroma with a hint of apple.
The fluffy umami of Yumesasara spreads out, followed by a subtle acidity that refreshes the aftertaste. ☺️ I thought it was a little more robust than the Comet Nozomu we drank together, but either way, both are delicious 😋.
The chairman of the Kura Master judging panel said, "On the palate, it has a gorgeous and refreshing flavor as well as a quenching thirst. It has floral and exotic aromas. The acidity is moderate and the sweetness is soft.
Hmmm.... sums it up to be delicious 😆.

Yesterday's WBC match against Italy🇮🇹❗️ was a perfect preparation for the game, and we had a dinner before the game started.
We sang "Kimigayo" and started cheering for the team 🤗Because Mr. Otani is a two-sport starter, we compared two sakes from the Sotoike brewery, Nozomu and Sanbana.
We also had a Riedel and a sake glass drinking comparison at the same time 😆 We started with Nozomu, which is a 60% pure Hokkaido comet.
The first one was Riedel, and I could smell the aroma of this one better. It is slightly fruity and melon-like 😌, with a hint of carbonation and a beautiful sweet acidity. But the sweetness is only a little, and then the bitterness comes in and the sharpness is very good👍.
Now on to the gulping one...oh⁉️ it tastes different...but I can't really put into words what the difference is🤔I guess it's like the umpire calls it a ball and you say no, that's a strike! I guess it's the difference between the two 😅.
The result is that they are both delicious 😋.
Samurai Japan is getting better as a team!
