It's mild on the palate, but it's quite bitter, and at first we both agreed that it's bitter 😗.

I was thankful for the chance encounter brought about by my misunderstanding 🤗 I really don't know about Hanamup and Hanamoe 😆. ことりThis sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌.
It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty. ことりThe nose opens with a hint of dense apples, and towards the latter half of the bottle, the aroma is sweet, reminiscent of quince and cotton candy. You can sense the rich sweetness and umami of the rice. The acidity and bitterness are well balanced with a refreshing finish reminiscent of citrus fruits. Although no air bubbles are visible, you can taste the tingly gas feeling until the very last sip. ジェイ&ノビィHi Kotori 😃
Here is a delicious one 😋 For some reason we tended to avoid sake future 😅I changed my mind after drinking this one 😋. ことりHi Jay & Nobby 😊I wondered if there was a sake future that had red letters and one that didn't 🙄 I kind of picked it up and welcomed it, but it was a relief and delicious 😋 I also got two bottles of Noto support sake at Yodogawa: ✌🏻 ことりFruity ginjo aroma with acidity reminiscent of muscat, light slightly dry taste, and a refreshing feeling similar to apple mint. It is light and pleasant to drink. The bitterness slowly emerges from the depths of the gentle sweetness, which is faintly like a drop of water.
The back menu is a specialty of Gyukotsu Ramen Restaurant.

The fruity aroma reminds me of melon. It has a slight fruity aroma with a hint of melon, a little gassy and a little thick. The taste of koji and sweetness like cotton candy with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste is pleasant and invites you to drink the next cup.
The next day, it is mellow and more delicious.

The aroma is like SENKYO itself with a clean and crisp taste 😌 The clear sweet and sour taste has umami and a hint of bitterness. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor reminiscent of fresh juice or herbal water, as if it were muscat, apple, lemon slices, and a few slices of mint. It tastes like fresh juice or herb water.

The first sip...oh? A little light? The first sip...oh my...is it a bit light? It has a gentle flavor, with a mild sweetness, acidity, and umami. The finish is clean and slightly dry, and I felt it was a type of sake that goes well with food.

Last week I skipped drinking Monday through Thursday, and on the long-awaited Friday night, "I thought I'd drink some Hikami today" and out came Asanoya's sashimi 😍Decadent noobie ‼️ rushing to the table 😄.
The label doesn't look like a hikakami at first glance, it looks like it's written on a blackboard, but it seems to indicate the maturation process of sake 🤗.
When I think back to the first time I went to an expensive sushi restaurant, I went to the counter of ☺️ and I was shocked at how delicious the hikakami I had there was 🤩.
After that, I started to drink dry sake for sashimi at home, and that's how J&N was born 😆.

Yum! It's delicious 😋, but it's not sharp and dry, it's smooth and has a nice spiciness, but it's also soft and has a strong umami taste👍.

Yum! This one is a very calm and sweet taste that can be said to be from Mr. Mita. ☺️ but it has a clean aftertaste that makes you keep on drinking!
And after all, this Horse Sashimi with spicy miso is so delicious! ‼️2Day 1: The combination of Tamitsu & Mita's Tada 😄, a bite of Horse Sashimi is a whoop 😍, and a gulp of Sake is a whoop 🤩Ah? I think I heard that somewhere 🙄.

The first sip is a bit sweet and sour (‼️), but as the cup progresses, the first hint of sweetness and sourness is felt. But as the sip goes on, the sweet and sourness you felt at first fades away and the robust umami comes to the surface 😋.
I also heard that it's better to let it sit for a day or so, so I switched it off halfway through the first day🤗.
The next day, the first cup is again acidic, but the overall flavor is more rounded and more umami 😋.
This is delicious😍.
