Junmai Ginjo🍶. A gift from a colleague 🙏 He said he likes this brewery and visits several times a year. It is pleasantly sweet and sour. A little bit of a schwarziness. Dry aftertaste. On the rocks 🧊 increases the spiciness, but it is easy to drink. Has a heavy back. Heating up ♨️ increases both sweetness and spiciness. Good for simmered flounder. My wife says it doesn't feel sweet on the tongue, but sweet on the upper jaw 😅 nice acidity is pleasant. Special Junmai 🍶 Nama Sake✨Omachi from Okayama Prefecture🌾. The first cup of the all-you-can-drink menu was this one, which I've never had before. Strong and umami. The image of a western sake 😅Sweet and fruity pressed. Mild when paired with sea bream sashimi. It is also good with bonito and warasa. Additive-free honjozo type 🍶 with a tangy aroma Tangy aroma. A little matured but not harsh. Maybe it's better when heated 🤔How about with Chinese food? It's good with gyoza (dumplings). The chives are strong, but they are easily washed away. Gomoku Umani Soba, although it's called "Gomoku", it's 18 😅 It's easy to eat without tasting bad. I think I feel a little bitterness. Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Namaishu ✨Gohyakumangoku 🌾. A bit like a ripe persimmon. Crisp lemon 🍋Koshodai kombujime softens the spiciness. The spiciness is softened by kombujime (kosho-dai). It has a sweetness when combined with thin melon 🍈 and a little bit spicy garland chrysanthemum and maitake mushroom sesame seeds. The somewhat habitual yellowtail liver stew also flows smoothly.
