Junmai 🍶Namaishige Sake✨Ihyakumangoku🌾. Gutsy and grassy. But it softens as you drink. It is delicious with sashimi (octopus, sea bream, kanpachi, shime saba, Norwegian salmon). It goes very well. Junmai Ginjo🍶Niho Whinoho Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Journey🚃Day 3 The 7th glass of Chokai Sanso is this one, the 3rd glass of the Sakata brewery tour set. Sharp but not harsh. The taste is gradually delicious. The spiciness is increased by the sukiyaki rice bowl. To top it off, we had the local Sakata dish "Muki Soba" (peeled soba noodles) 😋. The lobby was a relaxing place to stay where you can enjoy music through a vacuum tube amplifier👍 Chokai Sanso @ Sakata 20241005
