Junmai Daiginjo🍶. Trip to Ueda, Nagano 🚃Souvenir Slightly bitter, but pleasantly smooth. Bitter taste is pleasant. Beautiful dry taste. Sweet and refreshing with flatfish sushi. Almost no acidity. Sake 🍶 One of the 30 bottles of Niigata sake cup set for the 20th anniversary of the Sake no Jin ✨. My wife says it's soft but not slurpy, gooey but not disgusting. Matches with meat sucking👍. Slightly light flavor. Not heavy. Minty. When combined with the meat sucking, it is spicy and crispy. Not too heavy. Heated. A little bit of flavor goes away when it's hot. Junmai Daiginjo 🍶Non-filtered Nama ✨Saitama Jizake Specialty Store Limited Sake🎊Aizan🌾. The last 4th stage of the sake brewing experience I had in GW in 2012 😆. The aroma is soft. Sourness and umami. Sourness, umami, and sweetness. Excellent taste. It can be served with vinegared aji sashimi, but it is better with pork seasoned with pork bowl sauce👍. Jungin🍶Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture🌾. Here is the fifth and last sake. We finished with sake from my sister's hometown, Fukui, where she is retiring. The ladies all commented on how hard it was. A bit like wine. It's mellow. We had it with some fried food😅😋. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20241127

Junmai Ginjo🍶Yamahai brewed, unfiltered, raw ✨Sake mother: Yamadanishiki from Shiga Prefecture🌾Moromi: Omachi from Okayama Prefecture🌾. Here is the 4th glass with the sea. It has a strong grassy taste with a burnt aftertaste. Probably delicious when heated. The Kanpachi nameko (a kind of rice cake) is served gently. Chestnut flavor as you drink it.
