Umakuchi Junmai🍶Hitogokochi🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 1 Banikuman's fourth cup to close the day. Light and fruity. I thought it might float with apple🍎 horse meat, but the dry aftertaste made it okay. A little bit of grefluent bitterness when paired with the thigh meat. My wife says it's good with the fat of the mane (mane, the fat under the skin of the neck)😅I think the acidity stands out when I drink it with the mane. The aroma is also tasty. The small strip (part of the rose) gives it a spiciness. As the temperature rises, the umami comes out. The buckwheat karinto (a buckwheat dumpling) is also delicious 😋. Banikuman @ Nagano 20240905

Junmai Unfiltered Nama-no-Nazake🍶Green Taiyo☀️Hachitan-Nishiki🌾 from Hiroshima Prefecture. The aroma is a bit grassy with a hint of melon. When you drink it, it's still melon. The bitterness is strong. It also feels dry. The taste is strong. You get used to it as you drink it. It is not bad with grilled sea bream (recipe by Kei Juki). It would be better with Western food. Two days later, I changed the accompaniment. Blatter cheese and cured ham go well together. It also goes well with oiled yellowtail. Maybe it is good with oil and dairy.
