Sweet. A little heavy? I thought it was a little heavy, but it went down my throat smoothly. It's good without being sticky. It's gentle when it's served on a flat plate. Good with geso wasabi 👍Great with pickled turnips 😋.

Umami and sweetness. It's refreshing with lemon🍋. I haven't had it for a long time, but it's still delicious. I'd like to try it with something like satsuma-age (fried fish cake) with squid.

Sweet and refreshing ✨Ramune type 🫧 Gentle spiciness in the aftertaste. Spicy and crisp with stewed tofu with mori🫧. The schwa🫧 is also nice. My wife says it is lightly sweet, sour and bitter. The squid liver paste is a great addition to the dish. A quintessential sake of the sea.

Quite yellow 😳 Aged, sweet and human-like. Seems to go well with oily food. It goes well with ham cutlet with sticky sauce and sourness. Melted cheese spring rolls with a sourness that's mashed up and good 😋.
