If it's my favorite Hasegawa Sake Shop collaboration sake, I'll buy it! So, I drank it. Well, that was a year ago. I'm not sure if it was a year ago or not 🙄 ... I read in someone's review that it was sweet and tasty, like apricot bean curd, so I guess that's what it was. It was definitely my favorite kind of flavor 😋😋. I'll catch the pigeons when they fly again 😆👍

My son was back home, so I opened the bottle with a big smile on my face. I don't even know how to appreciate sake because I don't know anything about it. 😭 It's delicious! I'm glad he said that. I'm glad. If you don't like acidity, you won't like this one. But for me, it's a very tasty one 🤤🤤. I never thought it was possible to combine sweet and bitter with sour so well.... It's a masterpiece! I knew it was good! I will buy it again without hesitation when I come across it again 😆👍.

After enjoying Mimuro Sugi in Tokyo, Hirotogawa will be served in Fukuoka! So we opened a bottle of Omachi! I probably drank it all in one night because I was playing mahjong. I'm not sure if it was a good idea or not 😱. I remember that it didn't have much peachiness like Yumachi, but I am sure it was delicious! It's still a stable Hirotogawa... 😆👍

Well, I won't be lapsed 🙄 Review 🙄. I like Mimuro Sugi, but I may only drink seasonal sake. This time again, I got Watarifune-2, which I enjoyed drinking before. I only remember that I was so pleased with the juwal sweet and tasty flavor that I drank it all up 😆👍. Thank you for the food 😋😋.

I got this Sakurabana at the Hananoka Sake Brewery that I visited during my weekend excursion to Kyushu the other weekend. I'm looking forward to drinking it because I've rarely been able to drink it since it became available only in the prefecture. The aroma is fruity like a peach. One sip and you'll see... It's delicious! The smooth texture on the tongue is pleasant, and the rounded sweetness and umami taste expands at once. I also like the way it finishes off with a firm bitterness. The flavor of the flowers is delicious! I'm also looking forward to getting the Sakurabana with the revamped label 😆👍

Almost a year ago. 🤣 I'll have to do my best not to be overtaken! Maybe I can't.... I'm not sure I can do it 🙄. It is a jungin of a certain rare instrument. It's a mixed brew with Omachi as the main ingredient, but I'm curious about the remaining 23% of the brand. 🤔 Well, even if you don't know that, it is a gem that is full of deliciousness. My favorite sweet and tasty "juwah" type! The bitterness at the end doubles the deliciousness! I still love it 😆👍

The bottle was opened to coincide with the almost-weekly activities of the Sake-no-wa Mahjong Club! Everyone loves Sono Kangiku♪ We buy "super-limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake," don't we? And it's only once a year. Today I couldn't enjoy the good aroma of Sorono Kangiku because the beer I drank in gubi gubi flowed back into the back of my nose. 😭 But it probably smells good. The sweetness and bitterness is the best 😦. Delicious from start to finish, I want to roll it around on my tongue forever 😋😋. It's too good to be true, but I'm going to drink it up... There is no shortage of chrysanthemum!

Our local sake. Hatsuyuki sake cup is "Sakura Sarasara". I drank it last July. 😅 I remembered it when I went back to my hometown this GW and reviewed it. It was just like the cute label says, it had a gentle and refreshing sweetness on the palate 🙄. I think I was drinking it as a food sake because it's more on the dry side. Maybe. 🤣 I forgot to buy it on this trip home but I'm rooting for you 😆👍

Kangiku has a Jukinmu brewed with Fukuoka sake rice, but I couldn't get it. 😭 There are so many NEW releases these days, I can't keep up. 😞 But I don't care about that after drinking it ♪ I'm just thankful to be able to drink Hoshikai. The sweet and juicy taste that is typical of Kangiku will permeate your taste buds. I can't help but buy Kangiku when I see it. It's so good, it can't be helped 😆👍

This is Sentori "Golden Kabutatushi" from Imadeya Hanpukai Sake♪ It is a rare kijo sake for Sentori. But it's SENKOU! The sweetness is controlled by the acidity, which is their specialty! It was a wonderful collaboration 😆👍. It is a dangerous one that can be drunk smoothly without getting tired of drinking it. I love the hanpukai because you can find some great products that you can't usually find 🤩🤩.

Takeshon-san's highly recommended yellow label. I couldn't resist and snapped it up. I also drank the copper label and the pink label, but sometimes I pass over them and review the rear tie... ♪ I thought it would shriek when I opened the bottle, but it automatically stirred right after pouring the clear sake! Thank goodness it didn't until it spurted out. Clear, sweet, tasty, juicy, my favorite type. It's full of greefiness and a firm bitterness, so it's really delicious 😋. The flavor trend is similar to Snoqualmie, and it's right on the money... 😋. I like the lees mixture, it adds even more richness . It's so easy to drink that if you're not careful you can finish the whole bottle, but be careful because it's a solid 16 degrees 😆👍.

This is Tsuchida with imadeya hanpukai specifications. I've almost forgotten the detailed taste, but if I follow my faint memory, I think I felt the richness in the collaboration of dark sweetness and sourness. I'm not sure if I remember it or not 🙄. The Tsuchida I drank before was more of a bad taste, but I'm sure it was delicious 🤣. Imadeya hanpukai is the best 😆👍

It is a series of gifts from my mother. This is a Niihama sake brewed with Ehime's Shizuku Ehime, but for the first time♪ Niihama is not my hometown but go Ehime! 🤩 I think it was a dry food sake, maybe because it wasn't in my strike zone subtly or I don't remember it well. 🤔 It would be perfect with a meal of some kind 😆👍

I finally opened a bottle of a gift from Choroki-san! It's rare to see it here, so I've been putting it to sleep. 🤣 Sogape after a long time is still delicious 😋😋. I always feel the taste of white wine, but the perfect balance of sweet, savory, bitter and astringent taste is still excellent 😆👍. Thank you for the food........................

If you had a bad year last year, let's cleanse it with sake and make this year a good one! So I decided to start the new year with a year bottle of Tasake 😆👍. It has a nice, not too sweet, sizzling flavor. The moderate bitterness also leaves an impact, so you will never get tired of drinking it. I feel like something good is going to happen this year just by drinking this 😏😏.
