Nagatoro Junmai Birthday ㊗️ present from my sister-in-law 🎁. My brother-in-law is from Chichibu 😊. The first day was a little heavy classical But it still has a clean aftertaste. It was a nice complement to the taste of the meal... 😌. The second day was more rounded on the palate It became very tasty 😋. Ippouki Junmai Genshu I've been wanting to drink it for a long time after seeing many people's reviews. I've always wanted to drink it 😋. Ippouki...my first time 😊. I got it from Maru 🤣. Thank you 😌. The sweetness and umami of Junmai spreads in the mouth... Fruity sourness followed by The fruity acidity is followed by a bitter taste... Finally, the astringent taste sinks in... Machida Shuzo Junmai Ginjo 55 Summer Jun Usu Nigori Omachi I took off the lid cover and it popped open on its own. The bottle opened on its own 😳. The day after we drank it and the day after that it was in the fridge. The bottle was flying open on its own 🚀😱. It's a very energetic sake 😊. They say it's an active nigori. But...when I drank it, it was surprisingly gassy Mature... 🙄. Fruity sweetness and acidity typical of Machida Full flavor unique to Omachi and A good amount of bitterness and a clean aftertaste ✨. I don't usually drink summer sake. but this kind of summer sake is not bad 🎐.

19-year-old sake Junmai-shu Ginbuki Hi-ire 12th Kadoya Sake Shop's May hanpukai sake: ✌️ 31 19 year olds planted, harvested, brewed, and labeled rice. rice planting, rice harvesting, sake brewing, and labeling. and then toasted when they all turned 20 🥂. Interesting project 😌. 19 years old............... long time ago🥹. It starts with a refreshing acidity... I can feel the umami of rice that is typical of junmai... The spiciness with a strong sense of alcohol... It overtakes afterwards... It has a classical taste. This is the first sake I've ever had in my life. I think I would be more interested in drinking it again if it were a little more modern. I'm sure you'd like to drink it again. I also want people to know about classical sake I'd like people to know about classical sake before drinking modern sake. Hizume Hirai Residence, the place where Kiku no Tsukasa was founded. Revived as a sake brewery 100 years after relocation Craft saké due to liquor tax law A portion of the moromi is fermented with glutinous rice germinated with brown rice malt is added to fermentation When poured into a cup, it is very smooth and clean. It has a very clean and refreshing taste 😋. Full sweetness and pleasant umami of rice Delicate and fresh acidity 🤤. Yuki-san is very good at getting the owner on board. The sake tasting kept coming out one after another 🤣. I didn't know you could sample this much... 😳 New discovery 💡. I, the driver, was watching with my fingers in my mouth😅.

This time... With Mr. & Mrs. Wakata & Yuki 😊. Purchased at the 3rd Shirakikuya store ✌️‼️ I'm usually first in, first out, but... I drank all of my bottle of Wakanami 😁... We had this one first 😋. The concept is... The concept is... "For everyday drinking without any change or pretension...". It's a classic sake. Just as I like classic sake 😌... 😌. Honey-like sweetness and refreshing acidity After spreading in the mouth at the same time It's a very nice and clean taste with a slight astringency.... This is an apple at its best 😊. A bottle costs less than 3,000 yen 💴. This is a regular sake 👍‼️ The brewery is located 936 meters above sea level. It is said to be "the closest sake brewery to the stars in Japan"... I feel romantic ⭐️🥰

Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo Gin no Iroha May 5th is Children's Day 🎏. Maru-san and I went on a liquor store tour... The last one is Kinoshita Meishuuten 😊. This is the first Miyakanbai we chose ✌️‼️ I've been wanting to drink it for a while 😋. I knew I could buy it at Kinoshita if I used my points. I knew that... This day I found it in the regular fridge 😳⁉️ I had to look twice 👀. The clerk told me that they sometimes put rare sake The clerk told me that sometimes they put rare liquors secretly hidden in the fridge 🤣. So lucky ✌️‼️ It's as good as you'd expect 🤤. The aroma is gorgeous the moment you open it... The sweetness in the mouth is also gorgeous and expansive. However, it is not too assertive and very round. The acidity that comes afterwards is in perfect harmony Very good taste. The Gin-no-Iroha developed in Miyagi Prefecture... It's a very delicious sake rice 😋. I would like to try the main Miyamanishiki 😁.

Okunoto Shirakiku Special Junmai Sake May 5th is Children's Day 🎏. Maru-san and I went on a liquor store tour... The third store is Shirakikuya😊. The sake we chose was... Shirakiku from Okunoto ✌️‼️ The Noto Peninsula earthquake caused extensive damage 🥲. Dunks for brewing and electrical equipment were damaged. The president and his wife are university alumni🎓. 　Mr. Suzuki of Iwaki Kotobuki 　Mr. Takahashi of Aizu Musume came to the scene 💨. The mash made for new sake production to another sake brewery 55km away. We made two round trips for two days to get it out 🚛. We were able to press the sake on schedule👍. The sake will be brewed and bottled and will be on sale 😌. This is the sake that remained safely in the brewery in R4BY. I guess this is the sake that was safely left in the brewery in R4BY Thankful to be able to drink it... I had an image of it being sweet. It's drier than I thought it would be 😋. In the firm spiciness It has a gentle, round sweetness and umami. It finishes cleanly and neatly, leaving a gentle aftertaste. It leaves a gentle aftertaste on the palate 🤤. A versatile sake that is easy to pair with any meal 🎯.

Honkin👍‼️ At Hata Sake Shop in the first half of GW... I went to the cash register for a bottle of Hokian Okuni Yuki-Chu-Age and a bottle of Honkin... Then the owner smiled and said 😊... I've got it for you 😳 Put the honkin back in the fridge😅... 🐢Take it home 🤣 Very lucky ✌️‼️ So many people want to drink it but can't... Maru wrote about it in her zenkichi review... I wasn't expecting to be able to buy it this time... I drank Hitogochiki Junmai Ginjo on draft... So I bartered with Maru-san: ✌️ We went to visit a liquor store with a reason for delivery. Revisited Hata Sake Shop... I bought some more Honkin that I put back in the fridge the other day 😌... The taste... according to Maru-san... 　I can't imagine it from the bold label. 　Modern sake 　It's gradually sweet... 　Sourness quickly envelops you... 　It soaks into your body😊. 　Good ‼️ 　Will buy again‼️ Awesome👍‼️ It's a perfect 💯💮👏👏👏. I was happy to see that Maru-san was able to buy some sake I'm glad she was able to buy some sake that she can't find anywhere near Maru-san's neighborhood. It was fun 🤣.
