It has a refreshing citrusy acidity, overall soft but fruity taste🍊.
Somehow, it makes me feel a little excited ☺️ young sake 🍶.

Yes, it's a 5 minute walk from Ageo station, so it's close and easy to get to ^ ^.

Yes, it is a direct sales shop attached to the Northwest Sake Brewery building!
You can't sample the sake, but I recommend the soba noodles shop next door 🤣 which is also directly managed by the brewery.

It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so I thought it was smooth, but it has a dense sugar like honey or syrup ^ ^.
I like it, so I can drink as much as I want, but it depends on the person?

I was surprised to learn that they have sake in Taiwan! I was surprised and bought it to give it a try.
It tastes very traditional! It is relatively spicy and light. The sourness and fermented sweetness is like old time sake! It is supposed to be a food sake.

I tried heating it up. It's better heated, but if the subtle acidity is tempered a bit more👍.

I love the gentle sweetness, umami, and fruitiness of this Miyakanume 😊.
It has this sweetness that comes out from deep inside without corners and roundness!
And the 🍊-like fruitiness of the tangerines that seem to hide in the sweetness 😆.
