Opened November 4, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Commemorative 900 check-in: ❗️ Much better‼️ Yanari Bunraku ^ ^. They don't sell this sake very often at the brewery 🍶. It has a refreshing citrusy acidity, overall soft but fruity taste🍊. Somehow, it makes me feel a little excited ☺️ young sake 🍶.

Opened November 1, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Darker ❗️ It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so I thought it was smooth, but it has a dense sugar like honey or syrup ^ ^. I like it, so I can drink as much as I want, but it depends on the person? Maybe next time I'll buy it online 🍶.

Opened October 28, 2025 Purchased at Tobu Department Store Refreshingly sour! Spicy but clear and refreshing 🎐. But there is no unpleasant taste or feeling of lingering on the tongue, which is often the case with spicy sake! It is silky and smooth on the tongue. Good sake 🍶!

Opened October 24, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Amazing, it tastes like many things ^ ^. Sweet, spicy, acidic, umami, and a freshness that is typical of nama-zake, it also drains off the oil. ☺️ Even though it is a nama-zake, it is a good food sake. ❗️ Today, I served fried bonjiri with soy sauce.

Opening October 20, 2025 Hometown #8. Very spicy w Like water ^ ^. However, if you observe closely, you can see the mellow sweetness that this brewery has ☺️ but that mellowness soon leaves the back of the throat. It is a humble sake that never interferes with the taste of its ingredients 🍶.

Opened September 16, 2025 Purchased at Yoshiya. Good fermentation smell 😆. Great balance of sourness and umami ^ ^. It's like So or Daigo! The sourness that lingers in the aftertaste is somehow very refreshing💫. I have an image of this brewery as spicy, but it's sober and rich ^ ^.

Opened September 10, 2025 Purchased at Asahiya, a sake brewery. Summery and quite bitter! Kire! Alcoholic stimulation⚡️ This is good to drink in hot summer with a crisp taste☀️ It has a strong flavor. Great to drink 🍺. Japanese sake is really good 🍶.

Opened September 7, 2025 Purchased at 7-Eleven in Taipei I was surprised to learn that they have sake in Taiwan! I was surprised and bought it to give it a try. It tastes very traditional! It is relatively spicy and light. The sourness and fermented sweetness is like old time sake! It is supposed to be a food sake. It is supposed to be a food sake, but it might taste better heated! I tried heating it up. It's better heated, but if the subtle acidity is tempered a bit more👍.

Opened August 29, 2025 Purchased at Asahiya, a sake store The label has gone bald... Hmmm! Fresh ❗️ I love the gentle sweetness, umami, and fruitiness of this Miyakanume 😊. It has this sweetness that comes out from deep inside without corners and roundness! And the 🍊-like fruitiness of the tangerines that seem to hide in the sweetness 😆. It's awesome👍!

I've already eaten some of the snacks, but I'm not sure how much more I can take. I've already eaten my snacks. I could spend a whole night with just this 🌙
