The fragrant ginjo aroma ^ ^ is a bit of alcohol stimulation at the end, but it's not too bad. Although there is a bit of alcohol stimulation at the end, it goes down your throat like silk ^ ^. Opened March 12, 2025 Seasonal, I slipped into the brewery just before business hours and bought it ^ ^. The regular one is good, but I knew it was a seasonal one ☃️ Kamisumi is more refreshing than I expected ✨. It's spicy, but has a gentle sake lees flavor and sweetness ^ ^. Nigori-nagashi doubles the tenderness of the sake lees! The finish is faint bitterness ^ ^. A great accent! Yum!

It has a traditional feel, but with the nostalgic atmosphere of the sweet, sweet sake I used to drink at my grandpa's house ^ ^. I was attracted by the nostalgia and bought a 300ml bottle. I liked the friendly brewer's light-hearted conversation with the customers 😆.

Very soft ☺️ moist and mellow sweetness 😊. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but it's a good idea!
