Opened July 16, 2024 a gift from a friend of mine Really mellow ❗️ apple juice🍎. Very silky with a hint of alcohol stimulation ^ ^. smooth ^ ^ ^ I think this would actually go well as a food sake 😆. With elegant Kyoto cuisine (o^^o) It's awesome ❗️

Opened July 7, 2024 Mmmm, mellow ❤️ Yummmmai ^ ^ Very soft and sweet☺️ Melting, melt-in-your-mouth, grain and azuki bean-like sweetness 🍡. Like eating daifuku... It's a gentle, Japanese-style sake, and drinking it seems to make even your personality kinder. It's a real treat ✨.

The thick sweetness and complexity of the taste^ ^ ^The slight sourness and bitterness accentuate the taste! It's hard to believe it's Yamahai. ❗️ Personally, I don't like Yamahai, but I can buy this regularly: 🙆‍♂️ Overwhelming body! But with softness and gentleness: ☺️ It's so good 😋.

Opened May 11, 2024 Purchased from Kumonoi Sake Shop Fukui, Yoshida Kinemon Shoten Purchased after tasting at a liquor store in Takefu during a trip to Fukui! She was an able-bodied proprietress. It seems to be a PB of the liquor store. It was a little sour, perhaps because it had been aged for a while. However, the sweetness of the rice is also strong ^ ^. The freshness is like a young pear 🍐. It's good as a food sake, but it's also good as an evening drink 🍶.

Refreshing but with a mellow aftertaste ^ ^ It may go well with sashimi, vinegared food, carpaccio. ☺️🐙 I wonder if this kind of sake is often made in areas with good fish 🐟. Too bad today's snack wasn't fish 🐟.

Opened on April 8, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery It is a 3 year old brewed in 2020. It has a very soft taste ^ ^. The taste oozes out after after after like dashi...☺️ It is a very gentle and soft sake, just like the spring water in the brewery and the brewers ^ ^. I went home with a bottle of sake.
