Opened January 15, 2025 What I had them buy for me. The warehouse didn't sell it, so I asked them to buy it for me ^ ^. It's so good 😋. Top is gently fresh and sweet ^ ^. Light! The finish is a refreshing bitterness like grapefruit 🍊 It's a hard liquor to find, so I'll drink it with care: ❤️

Opened January 13, 2025 Purchased at the brewery When we stayed at an inn in Komoro, we drank sake🍶 at dinner and it tasted so good that we bought it at the brewery the next day ^ ^. It is very strong! Impressive bitter aftertaste like cocoa or chocolate 🍫☕️ The top is sweet, raw, but very calm ^ ^. It also has a milkiness, probably due to the high degree of alcohol content! I love this kind of thing😍.

Opened January 9, 2025 a gift from a friend I knew it, Junmai Daiginjo🍶. Mellow, mellow, full-bodied✨ I don't need any more snacks ❗️ I can just savor this all the time ^ ^. I like to drink it to treat myself when I achieved something 🍷.

Opened January 6, 2025 Introduced at the brewery and purchased at Iwaiya Sake Shop Popular sake ^ ^ Very soft, as is typical of Shinshu sake! Based on the current style of mellowness, it has a fermented aroma and a honey-like body 🍯. But somehow, easy to drink w This is so good 😊. It's for evening drinking 🍶.

Opened January 3, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Limited Sake at the Sake Brewery Clear and spicy! Very raw, fresh and sharp ^ ^. It has sweetness, but bitterness and acidity are also apparent. Despite this, it is somehow very easy to drink ^ ^. 🍊Lingering taste like grapefruit juice and a fresh citrus aftertaste whet your appetite 😆.

I've had it in the past, but I don't remember it being this good. Aromatic, slow and steady, it's a good sake. ❗️

Opened December 22, 2024 Purchased at the brewery Mmmm, it's dark! Not much aroma, but a rich sweetness and a rather assertive acidity ^^^ strawberry-like 🍓 finish with a hint of bitterness ^^^. It has a freshness, like a raw sake, but there is a sense of calmness, I wonder why? 😆 😆

Opened December 18, 2024 Purchased at Tobu Department Store Urasui Yu! Yeah, it's good ^ ^. Clean sweetness like white grapes and loquat 🍇. Sweetness is the main taste, but there is also sourness and a hint of bitterness ^ ^. It also has a sharpness, so it can be used as a food sake ^ ^. Ryozeki is still very safe 😆.

Grape🍇, loquat, pear🍐...is this really made from rice⁉️ horrible ^ ^ It's superb ❗️ if you find it, you must buy it 👜. Oh my, it was a limited edition sake from the brewery😅.

Opened December 11, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery From the moment I poured it, it smelled so gorgeous ❗️ like a perfume 🌸 Perhaps because of the fragrance, the top flavor is also gorgeously sweet ^^^ like honey🍯. I think I've never had such an aromatic sake before 😆. This is amazing! It has a sharpness at the end and I never get tired of drinking it in the evening ^ ^. The water from this brewery is also the best in the world👍

Opened December 8, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Shuwashuwa ^ ^. Claims to be dry but has a firm top sweetness 😁. A bit like candy ^ ^. Since it's nigori, enjoy it separately as supernatant and cloudy ☺️ Nigori has a mellow complex flavor of sake lees, good depth ^ ^. You should drink it after shaking it properly.

Opened December 5, 2024 Purchased at the brewery Traditional sake taste! Perfect for when you're tired of the recent fruity stuff and want to go back to your roots ^ ^. It's a draft sake, but looks good heated up! It might be good with sashimi as well as simmered dishes! But at 800 yen, it's a very reasonable price!

Opened December 1, 2024 Purchased at the brewery for love of tasting. Clean and dry! However, it is thick, as is the case with nama-shu! The sweetness of the body as well as the bitterness at the end is indescribable ^ ^. It's really fresh and delicious! Because it is spicy, it goes well with food 🍳.

Opened November 25, 2024 Purchased at Matsuzawa Sake Shop, Nerima Very refreshing ^ ^. It is quite spicy and smoothly disappears down the back of the throat like silk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but because of its refreshing taste, it can be used as a food sake as well. ❗️ It's also a good cosmetic sake at around 1700 yen 👍.

Opened November 24, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Shockingly delicious ❗️ From the moment it was poured, it had a very mellow aroma 😍. Is this really sake? Is it really a sake or a juice? The freshness and depth of the flavor is amazing. ☺️ Mellow sweetness like a goose and a long-lasting aftertaste... And yet somehow it's not dull and you don't get tired of drinking it ^ ^. It's a great sake ✨

Opened November 15, 2024 Purchased at Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro Serve it warmed ^ ^. Compared to room temperature, the warmed sake is soft, sweet, and wonderfully full-bodied ^ ^. The aroma of maturity and the multi-layered interweaving of sweet, spicy, and acidic flavors are absolutely superb! At 1,700 yen, it's not cheap, but if you want to savor it carefully, I recommend ☺️
