The proprietress of the liquor store recommended it to me as a strange sake that was sweet because of the peach yeast, but not so, with a faint peach aroma at the end ✨. I drank it over 3 days with that preconceived notion, but I couldn't detect any peach aroma...stupid tongue 😭. It's very elegant, fresh, sweet and fruity, and low alcohol? So I was able to drink it smoothly. It was delicious!

A souvenir of my husband's business trip to Morioka. There was a man at his work who worked at a liquor testing facility. He told me that he bought it after drinking it at a bar. According to the Morioka sake master, Akabu is a sake with a gentle and gorgeous flavor that is intended to attract a wide range of sake fans. On the other hand, he recommended Nanafukujin for my father's taste. The naming is also very hard-core ✨. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the punch of 17% is very strong, with a hint of fullness 💕Yes, it's my favorite 🥰I'm not sure what it is, but it has a sourness that is typical of sake, and it was great with nabe 😋Tohoku is great ✨.

This weekend is the Tsukuba Marathon🏃. I came to Utsunomiya partly to escape from traffic restrictions. Stopped by a sake shop and got a new bottle of Amataka sake ✨. Tenryaka is my favorite sake in Tochigi because it has the image of a sharp and crisp sake for a young man 🍶. But this one is fruity with a melon aroma 🍈. But it has a nice sharpness, so I could drink it easily 😋. My father never drank Bakuren because he said it was too sweet, so I had given up trying to get him to drink sake, but he wanted to taste this one. He said it was fruity, but dry and delicious. It's a mystery to me. But I'm glad it's good 🤣.

My double life of elementary school and kindergarten has been unexpectedly busy, and I am stepping in front of 300 check-ins😅. I found some raw oysters over the weekend and they were from Miyagi Prefecture, so I combined them with this ✨. It was my first time drinking at home! The aroma is mild, but the flavor is robust enough to complement the saltiness of the oysters, while still being refreshing ✨. A wonderful marriage💕 bliss 🥰. I have to post this! I'm so glad I did 😋.

It has been some very long time, but I am taking it properly! I've been stressing about the conversion being wrong on sakewa and had to stay away from it, I haven't had a new phone in 5 years✨I feel like my sakewa is in better shape than ever 😆. Husband's souvenir from his business trip to Nara✨ I didn't realize due to the Tobiroku Sandeshi x2 I was drinking before this, but it's the brewery of Mimuro Sugi 😊. Is it a locally distributed sake? 🤔 Psshhhh ✨ on opening the bottle. Why not raw? The aroma is subdued, the mouthfeel is a bit thick, and the taste goes from a rich sweet-taste like tropical fruit to a chili-like finish, but it lingers. It's my favorite sweet and tasty! 💕 It's also delicious and robust like a liqueur 🥰. I haven't had any weird conversion bugs so far, so I'll be posting again in a bit 😃.

It has been a very, very long time since I have been here. My life has changed and I've been busy, drinking but only taking pictures 😱. In the meantime, here it is. My mom's friend who went back to Fukushima bought this for me! Thank you 😭 Iwaki Kotobuki was refreshing and classic, but this one is fruity 🍈 and not too fancy, sweet and tasty ✨! I've recently gotten into the habit of opening up 4 gou of sake when I drink it, so I've been cutting back a bit 🍶. But with the stress of spring break, I came to the conclusion that I needed the help of sake, so I got this ✨. This is my first time! Sake from Sado makes me so excited️. It was a little yellowish. The aroma was mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it was strong and powerful at 18 degrees C. There was also a bit of smoky aroma. It has a little smoky aroma and it's crisp and sharp ✨. This is my favorite 💕. And as expected, I didn't have to drink 4 gouges 🤩. I looked at the reviews of Sake no Wawa to see if this is another one, and it's basically a gorgeous one 🤔. Anyhow, I'd like to try it again 🥰.

What, a new product from Ippo-self? That's the only way to drink at my daughter's graduation! So I opened the bottle💕 Mmmm, it's pretty sweet, isn't it? It's like the fructose is concentrated. It might not be good even though it's just one step away from me! But as you drink it, the aftertaste is refreshing. The more you drink, the more you feel refreshed. And it evaporated in no time. This year I was able to get it as soon as it was released! And it evaporated every time 😭This is my 4th bottle and my first post 🤣. Hirupeko reviewed it beautifully, so I have nothing to say 😅 Elegant fruity 🍏 gentle sweetness with a bitter accent and just a little bit of gasiness to refresh ✨. It was great with the butterbur miso I made with the butterbur I picked with my kids 🥰. By the way, the first one was with tempura cod sprouts ✨It goes well with the bitterness of the spring taste 😋.

Popular here at Sake no Wa ✨. I was able to get it without difficulty at a liquor store that is always overstocked 😁. The aroma is more subdued than I expected. The sweetness comes through in the mouth, but it also has a nice, smooth finish, and a touch of a shwash that's surprisingly refreshing ✨. I don't like sweet, but I love the sugary sweetness of this 💕Delicious 😍! It's also delicious when heated 🥰Hot nigori is great on a cold day 🍶. No wonder it's so popular at Sake no Wa: ☺️

It is easy to overlook things that are nearby, isn't it? For me, living in Tsukuba, Fog Tsukuba is such an existence. However! I got it after hearing Aladdin's review of it as an erotic sake✨. Modest fruity aroma 🍈. The rich sweet flavor is there, with just the right amount of acidity to keep it from being too sweet, but it leaves a lingering aftertaste...yes, it's erotic. Personally, I think it is the eroticism of Junichiro Tanizaki. It's like it's standing at the back of the room. No, maybe not as perverted as Tanizaki. It's nice to have a local drink like this. This may not be a classic, but it's the sake I would choose if I had it to give as a souvenir💕.

My first Koshi ✨. When I went out to Tokyo, I had no time to waste and went to Tokyo Daimaru to buy some sake. I was worried that the popular Chiba sake might be too sweet, but I found it to be very dry, so I took it home 😊. Modestly fruity aroma 🍑. It has a slightly thickened mouthfeel, with a firm sweet flavor, but the bitterness comes later and is refreshing ✨ delicious💕. I got this one unplanned, but it's one I'd like to drink again 😊.

This is a very popular ✨ I wasn't going to enter the battle, but when I checked the store, it was just there and I got it💕. I slowly opened and closed the bottle 3 times to open it 😊. I don't need to tell you how it tastes. It's delicious with a strong schwash. It evaporated quickly because of the strong schwash 😁. My taste buds tend to settle on the fact that all active nigori are delicious, but this one was carbonated and well-balanced, and it was as good as it should be! Last year's was sweeter than this year's 😊.

This is the sake I received for New Year's. It is a sake that was rescued from a brewery that was hit by a disaster a year ago😭I had been keeping it in the fridge since I bought it in the spring to enjoy during the New Year's holiday. It has a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shirakiku, but with a deeper flavor.... I enjoyed it with Osechi. I am glad to see the collaboration with other breweries and the brewery in Wajima will be able to recover sooner than expected 💕. I hope you can drink Shirakiku brewed in Okunoto again: ☺️

Shikishima after a long time ✨ Spring? It is a fire-brewed version of the light nigori that impressed me when I drank it in the spring. It has a mild aroma, a firm umami flavor, and a smoky aroma that goes through the nose and finishes crisp and dry 😋. We also had it lukewarm. The aroma stands out and the sharpness is great💕. I think it might be my personal top ranking of light nigori 💕. 🤔 It is a taste like no other 😊.

We had it on a night when the kids had a field day and the adults really got involved (and injured) ✨. Gorgeous fresh aroma🍏, juicy but mild sweetness, and a clean aftertaste that you can drink forever🥰. I got it with me when I went to buy a new bottle of sake from Ippo ✨The card had to be over 2000 yen to use it and I had 75 yen in my pocket 🤣. I was able to open the bottle normally! Started with the supernatant. The aroma is cemedine 🤔Surprisingly refreshing sweetness goes through in the mouth, followed by a slight bitterness that is refreshing ✨mmm delicious💕. Mixing in the oli gave it a calming flavor, also delicious 🥰. Lately when I drink sake I end up emptying 4 cups 😓 so I've decided to increase the number of days I don't drink. I guess this also evaporated with the carbonation, but it was gone in no time 😋.

I shipped a step-self to Hirupeko on Monday and she delivered this one to me on Thursday. Prime! You can't get it anywhere near you. Kansai sake, Precious🥰✨. Opened the bottle on Hanagane🌼. Fruity aroma. Muscat for my son! My daughter is lychee! My daughter is a lychee! The mouthfeel is a bit thick and the sweetness spreads softly, but the chili chili that is typical for a raw sake is very refreshing ✨. This is delicious😍😋. It is indeed Hirupeko's selection💕! I did my best to save it and left some for the next day, the sweetness was subdued and refreshing. This was also delicious😊. I think Shinoho is available in Utsunomiya, so I will look for others when I go back home! Thank you so much, Hirupeko! 🥰
