I'm totally skipping this one, blaming it on the sakewa bug 😅I can't miss this one! Even the liquor stores that always have too much stock will soon have it on their shelves if it's a new product 😁. I'll buy it if it's a new product from IppoSelf ✨Of course I will! I was a little worried when I saw the label at 14 degrees 😨. The aroma is understated yet juicy 🍎. On the palate, it has the usual elegant flavor and a refreshing acidity that I've never had before 🍎😳. And the bitter taste makes it crisp ✨It's hard to believe that it's 14%, but it's very drinkable and has a rich taste, so it's perfect for fall 🍁 Mmmm, it's delicious after all! 💕 The price makes me think twice, but I would buy it again if I had guests 🥰.

I brought this to my kids camp✨ But my son got a fever and had to take him home😭. We drank it at home the next day. It's been quite a while since I've had a Sentori ✨. It had a gentle umami, acidity, and a slight lactic aroma, and since it was 14 degrees, it killed me in an instant 😋. I still love Sentori 💕!

The set of 2 bottles cost 6,600 yen, which was expensive, but I bought it on the spur of the moment ✨. I went to Akita for the first time✨ We went to Sugakyu Sake Shop near our hotel and told them our preferences for Akita sake, which is not available in Tsukuba 😊. It was a while ago 💦. The aroma was quite fruity, which made me nervous because I'm not a big fan of anything too flamboyant 😅. When I put it in my mouth, it had an elegant and mellow flavor, and then a bitter taste? It was more refreshing than I expected ✨. I enjoyed it very much 💕 I'm sure the liquor store was right on target for my tastes! The reason I haven't posted much lately is partly because it's been so hot that I haven't been drinking much sake, but it's also because I've been having trouble typing on my phone, which sometimes confirms itself without converting, and sometimes the cursor suddenly jumps 😓. Is it just me or is this a phenomenon only in Sake-no-wa?

Here's the first sake I've bought in a while after the summer lemon sours ✨ totally cosmetic 🤣. I used to like the instrument Masamune, but with the low al fortepiano, was Masamune-kun that kind of guy? I stayed away from it 😒. The fruity aroma gives way to a firm yet refreshing sweetness, and the bitterness finishes with a delicious aftertaste! It's like 🥰 the Fukushima sake 💕. 2500 yen for a bottle of this is amazing ✨.

This is a Yonezawa souvenir✨ I read in an article about someone who went to Buntokuzan by my beloved Hiromitsu Nozaki that he drank this one, and I wanted to try it 😊. I had given up on it when I couldn't find it at the sake brewery I went to, but I found it at the Uesugi Shrine store 😳✨I had already bought a bottle before that, but I got this one too 🥰. It's a little yellowish. I didn't smell it that much but my husband and daughter said it was melon🍈. Really? 🤔. When I put it in my mouth, it smells like ripeness or temple? I'm sorry I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it is a moist and sibilant aroma. It also has a core flavor, and the aftertaste is astringent, crisp and clean ✨. Mmmm, this is delicious💕 Good as a food sake 🥰. Toko is delicious, both this and this are not distributed outside of the prefecture 😭 I want to drink it again~! Description of the sake Aromatic, harmonious, and sharp taste due to long low-temperature fermentation. This sake is specially authorized by the Uesugi clan of Yonezawa to use the trademark of the Uesugi clan's military flag "navy blue ground sun flag".

Finally here it is, the last 2022 Jungin... 🤣😍 I was able to hold the last bottle, so I compared it with this year's, or even last year's 💕not that it's the season 🤣. The look and feel is the same. The aroma of the 2022 is milder and nuttier, while the 2023 is lighter and more fruity 🍏. The 2022 is a little thicker in the mouth, the elegant umami is a step more like yourself, with a great deep aroma and gentle aftertaste 😊. The 2023 has a smooth mouthfeel with the same elegant umami and a clean finish 😍✨. Although it's new, it's already almost a year old 🤣. I enjoyed the taste which is different from Junmai, Nama, and Usunigori. ☺️ I wonder when we can drink the 2024 jungin 🤣

I accompanied my husband on his business trip to Yamagata for a family vacation✨ I thought Yamagata was somewhat cool in the Tohoku region, but it's hot in the Basin 😅 However, the mornings and evenings are cooler, much better than in the Tokyo metropolitan area! I went to Yonezawa to visit Toko's sake brewery 🍶 It wasn't where they actually make sake, but I saw a Shinto altar and realized that sake is something that people pray for 😢. On the way home, I got this Yamagata limited edition at the shop✨. The aroma is light with lychee and muscat for my daughter and muscat and apple for my son 🤔It has a nice flavor and a refreshing throat ✨. I've had Toko several times as a gift from my husband, and I've had a few of their drinks in a kiosk comparison, but this is delicious! Next time my husband goes on a business trip to Yamagata, I will ask him for some as a souvenir 😊.

Got it on a trip to Aizu✨ I found some korutaka at Uekiya Shoten that Colonel Lal told me about, but a bottle of korutaka is a bit too much for this season... so I went with this one: ☺️ It's 17 degrees, so it has a strong and robust flavor, and it's delicious in summer. ☀️ My daughter said "smells like bread! 🤔🤔. I used to think Naraman had a nutty, dusty aroma, but now that you mention it, bread certainly does! It worked where I was tired from the trip - I thought I drank too much, but when I checked the rest the next day, there was still some left there 😳. I guess physical condition is a big factor ☕.

I went to Aizu✨ I picked up some extra sake at a convenience store 😋. I decided on Hanaharu, which my grandfather used to drink a lot. But still, the level of convenience store sake in Fukushima is very high! As it says "mellow", it has a gutsy sweet flavor with a hint of dried fruit. Basically, it's not my favorite aroma, but it's a nice accent 💕. Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of clear Miyagi sake since I went to Sendai, but the richness of Fukushima sake is new to me: ☺️

I drank this one last year and liked it. I drank it to refresh my mood during the rainy season. It has a refreshing aroma 🍑, a gentle sweetness, and a dry, yet strong schwash. I love it 💕! I couldn't help but finish it 😁. All the active nigori are delicious, but this is my top ranking among them 😋. Yuho no Shiro This is Shirojusu from Tedorigawa. Shikishima light nigori, Suminoe kamekuchi (was it active?) Ona Sparkling I think I'm forgetting something 😅.

After I went to Sendai, I was given Miyagi sake continuously and I wanted to go back to my roots because there were a lot of refreshing types of sake 💕I wanted to go back to my roots 💕. Sometimes I want to drink sweet and fruity after a long time of oyaji sake, but then I get bored in the middle 😅. However, Ippo Yumi is the best balance for me, so I can go back to it without any worries ✨. Maybe it's because it's been sitting here for a few months, or maybe it's because I've been drinking refreshing drinks lately 🤔 I found it sweeter than usual. But the elegant bitterness afterwards and the aftertaste that seems to disappear quickly is refreshing🍀. Kore Kore ✨my best balance 🥰. I've been curious about this one since I saw Rafa papa's review of it recently, but that Junmai from this year hasn't come into my local liquor store yet 🤣. I'll check it out in a bit and can't wait to drink it!
