Here's what I'm drinking today: ‼️ It's soooo good! Oh my god, it's so good! I can only say 🤣I'm going to drink 4 cups of this! T.KISO, Manachi-kun and Choroki-san are all raving about it! Will this be gone next year? Seriously 😭 Oh well, it's delicious 😋.

Then this one: ‼️ Repeat this supernatant again, which was my favorite flavor: ‼️ R3BY was more to my liking! It's still good, but it tastes different depending on the degree of aging 😆 It tastes similar to Shinshu Kamerei Hitokokkotto. This is why I can't stop drinking sake 😋I buy the one I like every year!

Is this the first time you've seen the red label on a Central? The 3 year aged one. Almost no gassiness. The umami of Omachi is mellow and delicious 😋. I like the taste as much as the yellow label👍

I opened yesterday a new bottle of Ao's new sake: ‼️ As I recall, this one last year was so good that I had to repeat a bottle👍. Of course it's a bottle, but I'm sure I'll repeat with another bottle ‼️ too delicious 😋. Sweet and slightly bitter but not too bitter 👍more like grapefruit. It's not too gassy even though it's active cloudy, but it's also very tasty👍 I drink too much when I drink hot pot or oden.

I bought some more sake at Gonoi again 😆. The new yellow label sake came out, so I bought the others as well! There was only one bottle of R3BY left, so I didn't hesitate to buy it 👍. Nigori is good for nabe (hot pot) 😋. It's less sweet and goes better with food than Jigokin's nigori! Looking forward to the others👍

This year it's hard to get Jishin, so I have no choice but to drink the one I got last year 😭. It goes great with spicy hot pot ‼️ The gasiness is too healthy to be from a year ago 😆. It's like Ambasa's soda and I'm about to empty 4 cups 🤣.

Yesterday was a hurried hyenas meeting😅. We drank beer, so there were about 2 bottles of this left at the end! It's a pity that Black hasn't been served in the last 2 years, but White is tasty too 😋. The aroma is too gorgeous 👍. It's much sweeter when it's a little warmer. I'm glad I haven't had any Kudo lately 👍I remember the Ogawa yeast one being good, so I'm tempted to try it.

I've been skimming posts lately, but I think I'll give this one a proper review 😆. I got this one last year, but it was sitting in the liquor cabinet because I didn't want to waste it. My oldest son's high school career was almost decided yesterday, so we had a nice drink 👍My wife, who doesn't usually drink sake, had another one 😅. It's gorgeous, not too sweet, and not boring 😋. By the way, the recommendation for full waiver of entrance fee and half tuition is really great 😆 Lucky me! Let's hope my son will play baseball for the next 3 years 👍
