A sake brewery with a long history dating back to the Muromachi period. It was easy to drink, with a strong acidity but a clean aftertaste.

It is hard throughout. On the other hand, it has a lot of umami. The body is surprisingly firm. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing. A good sake to sip in hot weather.

(Right photo) Sweet and juicy, but thanks to the refreshing lemon-like acidity, this sake is very easy to drink in spite of such hot weather! It is the embodiment of what we are looking for in a summer sake! It has a juicy taste, but at the same time, it has the satisfaction of being sake. 5.00

This is a post from last week when we went to Akita prefecture for my husband's race 😊. Since we came all the way to Akita Prefecture, we decided to go enjoy some local sake: ❤️ We came to a famous restaurant with a Namahage performance 👹✨A wide selection of sake from Akita's sake breweries and a wide variety of local dishes ‼️ I regret not having enough liver at a time like this 😢! We forgot about our race fatigue, had our photo taken with Namahage-san, and enjoyed the delicious sake, food, and Akita Prefecture 🥰. I also went to see the Shinmasa Sake Brewery, where I was impressed by the "6"-chome 💖"Shinmasa-sama, may you win the lottery 🎯🙏".

Hi HinaHanaMama ☀️ 😍There is no direct sales store at Shinmasa, only signs 📷, but as you said, it is like a sacred place for sake 💖 We are looking forward to seeing more sake on our expedition 🥰🙌!

Good evening, Mr. Pekho! Akita's Izakaya Namahage-san will make an appearance 🎵 My wife and I stopped by there on our honeymoon and got decapitated by the izakaya namahage 😁✨. Marufei recently made its debut and it's delicious 😋!

Preferred ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ The third cup tonight was Hiraizumi. I was curious to try it because it is from the same brewery as Maruhi's Maruhi, which I enjoyed drinking the other day. The conclusion is that I prefer Maruhi. It does not have as much acidity as Maruhi, and when compared, it has a stronger impression of sweetness than Maruhi. I was rather impressed by the sourness rather than the sweetness, so this is delicious, but my preference is for Maruhi.

Score: 3.8 Rice Polishing Ratio: 50% for Koji Rice, 60% for Kake Rice Sake Rice: Akita Sake Komachi Alcohol Content: 14 Vintage: R6 The combination of malic acid, lactic acid, and citric acid makes it quite acidic. The clear acidity may make it an easy pairing.

It's hot every day🥵and in the midst of all this, I suddenly saw this💦. Hiraizumi Hyoketsu Nama Sake❄️ It says, "It's sleet-like when ready to drink." Freeze it and drink it! Isn't it the best? 🥳. Maybe it's a bad idea, but it doesn't matter in this heat! But, it doesn't freeze in the freezer 😫 Why? I look online and it says they usually freeze. My head is already full of slezzy, crunchy sake 😭. The internet also said that if you put the sake in the bottle as it is, there's a risk of it bursting, so you should transfer it to a sturdy plastic bottle. But I did it, even though that wasn't the issue this time. Success🎉🎉 Why? And that's a long preamble, When you drink it, it's shwashy, crunchy and it tastes like sake! You don't feel like you're drinking alcohol, it just goes down the drain. The more you drink it, the more it dissolves, and the better it gets! The rice flavor gets stronger and stronger 😍. I drank it chilled, not frozen. The taste of rice is very strong. But I like the crispy grated sake 😘. Somen noodles and tempura, summery!

Good morning, ma-ki-! I also tried the first time to make the mizoreshu, but it might be quite addictive 🤣. The crunchy, crispy texture is a nice touch in the hot summer 🥳.

Hi Gyve 😊 Something about this jumped out at me from the many alcoholic beverages lined up 🤩 and I bought it 🤣. I struggled a bit to make it "sleazy". I still don't understand it, but I could drink it, so it's OK 🥳.

Hi Takashi 🐦. Just looking at it makes me feel cooler! It's great now that it's hot 🎐 and I'm glad you were able to freeze and eat it safely 😊I'm even more curious about Hirasen since I haven't drank anything but Maruhi 😆.

Hi Pon 😊 Of course I am in an air conditioned room, but my body still craves ice 🤣. I really couldn't get sleet and almost gave up half way through, but thank goodness 🥰. It's interesting that you and Maruhi are completely different types!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😊. I drank it for the first time too 😳I think there is probably a way to drink it called "mizoreshu", but I think there are not many liquors sold for mizoreshu. But I quite liked it 🥰.

Mature aroma, with a deliciously acidic flavor. The acidity comes first, but the strong sweetness soon catches up with it. After that, the umami spreads like Yamahai, but the sweetness and acidity are also strong, so it is apple-like. The lingering aftertaste is so long that it makes you wonder if you've had juice. I thought I drank some juice, but then I tasted it again, so it was rapidly decreasing,
