The acidity of this 🦢san is a bit mild.
But the sweetness is not so strong.

I was wondering if I should buy it or not.
I stopped drinking alcohol for five days to beat the numbers of my health checkup. The first sake I had after the new day was this one, which I got at a liquor store just before it closed. It had just the right amount of acidity and was surprisingly dry (?). I thought it was a melon, but it was more like an apple. Either way, my body is full of joy. It's a sign of good health, isn't it?

Purchased at Sendai Station. It is "limited to Akita Prefecture". I have a weakness for "limited editions" lol.
It is a well-balanced sake that is not too spicy and has a good umami taste. The lingering aftertaste with some acidity is also good.
On the second day, the sharpness and the aroma on the palate increase dramatically. It is also good to enjoy this kind of change in sake.

I finally got around to buying it 🤩.
It has a sake level of -12 degrees, which makes you think it's sweet, but the acidity of 4.1 is totally winning lol.
The refreshing apple acidity is irresistible 🤤.
I highly recommend it to everyone who likes acidity 🤩.
