Dry! Kawanakajima, not Genmai! The rice has a delicious flavor but no sweetness ✨. Clear acidity and a wrinkled, dry finish in the second half! It's more umami and drinkable when heated up 😋. I think it's a versatile food sake 👍 Spicy miso chain restaurant in Nagoya, Fukuro 🦉. Rather than thick miso, it is a spicy and sour miso ramen with a strong seafood broth 🍜. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's spicy and delicious 😋.

Yukimo ⛄️❄️ Izumo Fuji snow cloud to buy every year! Last year it was dry shuwashu, This year's is a little sweeter ✨. It's highly carbonated and gobbleable 😋. I haven't had the other nigori yet, but it's a winner 🏆.

Yamada Nishiki and the Yamaoka Family🌾🍜. Packed sake! A little cheaper than the last time I drank Aizan✨. Of course it has a sweet flavor, but the second half is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink 😋. There's also a slight gasiness that's fine during dinner 👍 Yamaoka family still has the same special miso 🍜. I prefer regular green onions to white onions 😋. Ajitama and korocha are a must 😤.

The toji is Mariko Sato! The label looks like spring, but it doesn't seem to be a spring sake! And it's very sweet 😋. It has a reputation for being a food wine, but personally I think it's a dessert wine! The sweetness of the mariko will soothe you ✨.

Snowman☃️ This season's is sweeter with less acidity ✨. It was easy to drink with a good gasiness 😋. I was on a business trip to Osaka last week! I went to Kanza, which has no store in Tokai 🍜 on my business trip. My co-workers said they didn't like it, but I liked it a lot 👍. The soup is good 😋. It's a gift 🎁. I received this from someone in my company! I'm the only sake lover in the company, so when someone else gets it at a customer's place, it naturally comes to me 🤣. Kagatobi eh yay! 40% Yamadanishiki! Comes in a paulownia wood box! Pretty gorgeous 😆. Poured into a glass, the aroma is gorgeous✨. And the taste is quite refreshing! As it gets closer to room temperature, the umami flavor slowly emerges 😋. It's one that I wouldn't buy myself, I'm grateful to be able to drink it 😊.

Weekend Turtle Age🐢. I think Hitogokochi is the best ✨ Sweet Sukkiri is the best! I also advocate it on my own ✨ It's exactly the kind of sake that is sweet, refreshing and easy to drink 😋. After all this time, I also rescued and drank Miyajima 100th anniversary sake from my parents' house! I think it's about 102nd anniversary already? 🤣 Shinshu Kamerei was my favorite here too 😊.

Rigel distribution! Rigel gave me this Eikofuji 🗻. Thank you for everything😊 Sawaya's limited edition sake ✨ It's called Survival Arabashiri! Sweet and fruity aroma🍍🍎. The taste also has a mouth-watering sweet flavor, but, The bitter taste comes out in the latter half of the taste. Speaking of survival, it's GLAY👍 It's been a while since I've been to karaoke 🎤.

Weekend Turtle Age🐢. A brewery limited edition given to me by Sieg Jikon! I cherished this one too much 😆. This is the first time I've had the Miyamanishiki brewer's limited edition raw sake ✨. The taste is juicy, rich and sweet 😋. I can't get enough of this 🥰! Nagano 100 I found a canned Yamazaki highball today 🥃. I'm so glad because I got the flu on the release day at the end of the year and couldn't go out and buy it and had to give up 😆. At least I bought 10 of them👍
