It's a gift 🎁. I received this from someone in my company! I'm the only sake lover in the company, so when someone else gets it at a customer's place, it naturally comes to me 🤣. Kagatobi eh yay! 40% Yamadanishiki! Comes in a paulownia wood box! Pretty gorgeous 😆. Poured into a glass, the aroma is gorgeous✨. And the taste is quite refreshing! As it gets closer to room temperature, the umami flavor slowly emerges 😋. It's one that I wouldn't buy myself, I'm grateful to be able to drink it 😊.

Weekend Turtle Age🐢. I think Hitogokochi is the best ✨ Sweet Sukkiri is the best! I also advocate it on my own ✨ It's exactly the kind of sake that is sweet, refreshing and easy to drink 😋. After all this time, I also rescued and drank Miyajima 100th anniversary sake from my parents' house! I think it's about 102nd anniversary already? 🤣 Shinshu Kamerei was my favorite here too 😊.

young waves Standard Junmai Sake 💙 Very easy to drink 😋 with a good balance between the sweet umami of the rice and the acidity of the latter half. The sweetness and acidity of the rice and the acidity in the second half are well balanced and very easy to drink 😋. But it's still good because it's easy to drink 😋.

Rigel distribution! Rigel gave me this Eikofuji 🗻. Thank you for everything😊 Sawaya's limited edition sake ✨ It's called Survival Arabashiri! Sweet and fruity aroma🍍🍎. The taste also has a mouth-watering sweet flavor, but, The bitter taste comes out in the latter half of the taste. Speaking of survival, it's GLAY👍 It's been a while since I've been to karaoke 🎤.

Weekend Turtle Age🐢. A brewery limited edition given to me by Sieg Jikon! I cherished this one too much 😆. This is the first time I've had the Miyamanishiki brewer's limited edition raw sake ✨. The taste is juicy, rich and sweet 😋. I can't get enough of this 🥰! Nagano 100 I found a canned Yamazaki highball today 🥃. I'm so glad because I got the flu on the release day at the end of the year and couldn't go out and buy it and had to give up 😆. At least I bought 10 of them👍

Weekend Turtle Age🐢. I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei from Mr. Jikon Zeek before. I had cherished it too much, but I opened the bottle! Nice to meet you Kimonishiki✨ It has a strong sweetness, but the bitterness in the second half makes it easy to drink 😋. Thank you for this precious sake! Yamaoka family started 🍜. I always eat at work, so I've been to a few places in Aichi, but there's only one place in Gifu 😅. So I drove to the one in Ogaki City 🚗³₃. Of course, special miso! I made it stronger and added garlic and I was blown away 🧄🧄🧄. I can work hard from tomorrow 💪.

Akemame kotoyoro desu 🎍🐍🎍🎍. Kachikoma Daiginjo is our New Year's Eve Sake ✨. The taste is hard and crisp when the bottle is opened, but as time goes by, it becomes sweeter and easier to drink 😋. It went well with sukiyaki and New Year's Eve soba. I forgot the part where I lost to death at mahjong at the moment of New Year's Eve 😇. Yamaoka Restaurant on my last day of work at the end of the year 🍜. I only go there when I'm at work, so I put a lot of garlic for the first time and it was a blast 😋🧄. I've given up ordering anything but the special miso 🤣. I'm going to start Yamaoka before work starts 🍜.

Christmas Eve🎅. But I didn't finish my fall wine 🤣. but I only bought 2 bottles! Harvest Moon🌾🌾🌾. Nabeshima-like sweetness from firm, It has a nice sourness with a hint of gleffle-like acidity 😋. It's still as delicious as ever 😋. Pizza, chicken and cake 🍕🍗🍰 tonight! I paired it with a highball of skull-ish whiskey 💀. Sexton is easy to drink, Deacon is a big quaff 😋. Both are delicious 💀🎅💀.

Fever finally down🤒. My wife came down with the flu on Monday and my two daughters on Tuesday 😱. Naturally I also got a fever on Thursday 😭 the flu and the kino. family was temporarily wiped out😇. This morning I finally got my fever down to normal! I'm feeling better and I'm free so I'm going to go drink up my past! Kikusen is the first sake I've had since the label was changed to this one 🍶. This is the first time I've had it since it was labeled this way😊. It's treated like an afterthought, but it's so good 😋. Fruity and crisp ✨. Perfect for during dinner 👍 Tough to get off work this holiday season 🥹.

Summer drinking is not over! Yamazan⛰️⛰️⛰️ A blend of Hitogochiki and Yamane Nishiki✨. Not quite the refreshing summer sake, It's not the refreshing summer sake, but I think Hitogochi's clean, gentle sweetness and Yamae Nishiki's sweet umami combine nicely 😋. I'm not sure if I'm lying or not😇 Anyway, it's good because it's delicious 🤣👍👍
