At home. There was an event like an akitogi (swordfish) fair being held nearby, I opened a bottle of Hana-yosu 🌸 while grilling the fish I bought at the event. This is my first time to drink Gohyakumangoku 😀. The usual pineapple, The aroma is like a half citrus mixed with the usual pineapple. When you drink it, it has a rich sweetness preceded by sourness, The bitter taste is a good complement to the sweetness. It's so gorgeous that it's possible to drink it without the autumn fish 😅.

At home. We are drinking in the garden before another typhoon comes. It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Senkou, a sparkler at the end of summer 😄. Light, juicy, sweet and sour. Slight citrus flavor. Clear mouthfeel. I didn't know it was an assemblage 😅. And to mix what would normally be a high alcohol content and make it a low alcohol while still being an original.... Cheers to technology 🍻. ☆4

At home. I'm drinking in the garden before the typhoon comes 😁. It was the last day of the starch pick. I opened a bottle of Takachiyo SEVEN for the first time in 4 years. I drank it before and it was an Olympic year... but the Tokyo Olympics were postponed for a year to be held lol. Fresh young melon aroma. With a rough, lingering schwarziness, Light sweet bitterness. Hiragana takachiyo is a gold medal! 😄 ☆4

At home. Opened a bottle of Hana-yosu to organize the fridge. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, which is typical of Hanayokyu. The taste is tropical with a rich sweet flavor, The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. The deliciousness of HANAHEI-YOUKAKU is reconfirmed 😊.

At home. The Summer Starch Pick will be held soon. So, here comes Snoclet. I used to drink Yamadanishiki every winter, but this was my first time to drink Yuyamanishiki. When I took off the casing, the casing flew to the next property 🪽. It's been so long I forgot about it. Dangerous! LOL! The aroma is the usual grapefruit. Mouthfeel is quite dry, perhaps due to the difference in rice. The acidity and bitterness stand out, and the taste is refreshing. If you want to drink it in winter, Yamadanishiki is the way to go, But as a summer sake, Yuyamanishiki might be a good choice! 😀 😀 ☆4 Lid jumped for the 2nd time in the fridge. I wrapped saran wrap with a rubber band 😅

At home. It seems that it was sold as a test brew last year, but I got the cherichiyos I had missed, so I opened it right away. The palate opens with a pleasantly strong gassy sensation. This is white grape...no, I was pulled in by the name and the color of the label, Could it indeed be a cherry? LOL! It is full of sweet acidity and low alcohol, with a light mouthfeel. It reminds me of Cinta-Cachillo. But it's not as low in alcohol as Cinta-Cachillo, so maybe it's just right? I'm sure it will be just fine 😄. There is nothing wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo! ☆4

At Home. Samable season has arrived. Looks like clear bottles again this year. Not blue 🤔 The taste is pineapple as usual. Good richness and rich sweet and sour taste. Great production again this year 😄. No hassle with hiragana takachiyos!

At home. Aroma of mellow pine🍍-type fruit. When you drink it, you can hardly taste any sweetness, The tropical aroma and round flavor spreads, and then it finishes crisp and clear. I have had no problem matching sweet wines with meals, but I have come to realize that dry wines are better suited for meals. I think it made my tongue, which is accustomed to sweet and fruity tastes, realize something. 4 stars

At home. We will have a Hitogokochi from Kuroemon XVI, which won the Champion Sake at the IWC last year. The aroma is capueti, reminiscent of young apples. You would never guess it from the austere label. Fresh & juicy taste. I also got the limited edition directly pumped ver, I couldn't tell the difference when blind 😅. Hitogokochi is not only Shinshu Kamerei! It was a bottle that made me think 👍

At home. Since yesterday was relatively warm, I wanted to have a garden BBQ, Unfortunately, it was raining, so we had a kitchen BBQ. I opened a new bottle of Goktaka. I expected the gold label to have a pineapple flavor, but the aroma was fresh and citrusy, The aroma is fresh and citrusy. The sweetness is elegant and mild, The sweetness is elegant and mild, with a hint of pear-like fruitiness. The acid bitterness is a bit strong, making it very easy to drink. The yeast has been changed since Chapter 11, The taste is not so much punchy as cohesive and elegant, It has a coherent and elegant taste rather than a punchy taste. I'd like to try to complete Chapter 12 and beyond over the next few years, if not a year 😄. 3.5 stars

At home. It's been a while since I've posted anything. I was a little excited to buy some of the Tanaka Sentori that seemed to have arrived yesterday because it was still available 😄. Sophisticated and clear taste. Soft sweetness and elegant acidity. It's so easy to drink and so tasty that it almost makes me want to drink it all the time, but I'll drink it with care😅.

At Fukumi-san. After all the prefecture's accomplishments, it's still Takachi-yo! It's been quite a while since I've had Goktaka😄. We'll have it with the fried noodles with starchy sauce to finish 👍. Mellow aroma of muscat. The fresh and fizzy taste. Just the right balance of sweet and sour, The aftertaste is refreshing with a slight bitterness. There is nothing wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo! ☆4
