At the tavern. Halloween label, which will be sold out this season, Luckily on Halloween day, I also met Sakazukin-chan. Sweet aroma of Japanese pear and juicy acidity. At home. Hearing that Halloween Takachiyo was sold out due to the recent rise in rice prices, I bought my favorite Sara Panda version. Of course, it was a 1-sho bottle. The first sip was wildly gassy. It has a fresh sweet taste of Japanese pear and a citrus peel-like bitterness. I'm eagerly awaiting its return 😭. Preferably with tartan check... ☆4.5

At home. There was an event like an akitogi (swordfish) fair being held nearby, I opened a bottle of Hana-yosu 🌸 while grilling the fish I bought at the event. This is my first time to drink Gohyakumangoku 😀. The usual pineapple, The aroma is like a half citrus mixed with the usual pineapple. When you drink it, it has a rich sweetness preceded by sourness, The bitter taste is a good complement to the sweetness. It's so gorgeous that it's possible to drink it without the autumn fish 😅.

At home. We are drinking in the garden before another typhoon comes. It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Senkou, a sparkler at the end of summer 😄. Light, juicy, sweet and sour. Slight citrus flavor. Clear mouthfeel. I didn't know it was an assemblage 😅. And to mix what would normally be a high alcohol content and make it a low alcohol while still being an original.... I drank it before and it was an Olympic year... but the Tokyo Olympics were postponed for a year to be held lol. Fresh young melon aroma. With a rough, lingering schwarziness, Light sweet bitterness. Hiragana takachiyo is a gold medal! 😄 ☆4

At home. The Summer Starch Pick will be held soon. So, here comes Snoclet. I used to drink Yamadanishiki every winter, but this was my first time to drink Yuyamanishiki. When I took off the casing, the casing flew to the next property 🪽. It's been so long I forgot about it. Dangerous! LOL! The aroma is the usual grapefruit. Mouthfeel is quite dry, perhaps due to the difference in rice. The acidity and bitterness stand out, and the taste is refreshing. If you want to drink it in winter, Yamadanishiki is the way to go, But as a summer sake, Yuyamanishiki might be a good choice! 😀 😀 ☆4 Lid jumped for the 2nd time in the fridge. I wrapped saran wrap with a rubber band 😅

At home. It seems that it was sold as a test brew last year, but I got the cherichiyos I had missed, so I opened it right away. The palate opens with a pleasantly strong gassy sensation. This is white grape...no, I was pulled in by the name and the color of the label, Could it indeed be a cherry? LOL! It is full of sweet acidity and low alcohol, with a light mouthfeel.
