When I went to pick up the Risshun sake last month, the pretty pink label caught my eye and I welcomed this one too 🤗The label reminds me of cherry blossoms in full bloom🌸.
The fruity aroma reminds me of melon. It has a slight fruity aroma with a hint of melon, a little gassy and a little thick. The taste of koji and sweetness like cotton candy with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste is pleasant and invites you to drink the next cup.
The next day, it is mellow and more delicious.
Shellfish broth ramen with salt. I would like to see more unity in the toppings. I would have liked the wontons to have a more smooth texture.
