This is a luxurious junmai-activated raw sake of ginjo standard.
It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of young melon, apple, and muscat, with a gentle sweetness...a kind of umami that you might find when eating small or medium tomatoes!
The wine has a refreshing, gaseous and pithy taste, and a dry, crisp finish.
The heat during the daytime made me want to drink it in large gulps...and today, too, I drank more and more.
