Well, I knew that, so I asked. "What temperature range do you recommend?" The answer I got was. "Cold or lukewarm." ......? Nagano sake is coming to Osaka in droves! And here is the IWC Champion sake! The first response caught me completely by surprise, and I was surprised to hear the following People in the Kansai region call it "raw"...mattak..." ..."⁉ I forgive your outburst against Mr. Sakeran. Just try ......... and you'll see for yourself! It's best to drink it cold! No, it's a MARVELOUS ministry (I don't know about heated). The cold sake belt is almost odorless. It's almost odorless in the cold zone, or rather, it's quiet as if it has been erased from existence, and when it returns to room temperature from there, it's almost odorless. GAP ministry IMPACT ministry EXPLOSION ministry I can't believe how much things have changed! That's the only word that comes to mind. As a side note, I paired it with a sweet potato, and it went great with it. It's been about 10 days since then. Wow! It's delicious even when served cold! The taste seems to have moved up another gear. Is this the overall image of the Sengoku Classic and the Sengoku Modern? By the way, is fire-aged sake the mainstream in the Kanto region nowadays?

Good evening, sake-run🌔. I've been curious about this sake but haven't had it for a long time. I think I understand it somehow with the Senkou analogy 🤣. I'm a total raw person, though. I'm from Kansai 🤣.

Hi Maru, this is Ohaoha 🌅. I have a bottle of Sentori CLASSIC Tortoise, which is also fire-brewed. I'm basically a raw person myself, but these two bottles are just so much more delicious than the original! If you see them, be sure to give them a heated review! I'm sure you'll love it 😁.

Good morning, sake-run 🐥. This sake is so different in temperature and days passed 😳I'll keep that in mind until the day I come across it 😁. I'll take the raw if it's both raw and fire-ground 🎶Oh, I guess I'm one of the raw 🤣.

The event at Abeno Harukas that Nemuchi told me about Hokusetsu with ONKYO collaboration Junmai: music vibration aging vs. normal junmai sake The only difference seems to be that the music was played and not played. This was interesting. The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word "aged" is The one that was made to play music. The overall taste is rounded and calm. On the other hand, "Aged" has a fresh, large, Japanese citrus flavor. The "not-so-aged" one is my favorite. I've heard that light, temperature and vibration are the enemies of aging, but I didn't know it was this different! I was so impressed with this drink! And now, the man of success! I was about to go home after looking around the booths, when I saw ....... with a man from the brewery. I couldn't help but want to gently throw a warm blanket over his lonely appearance and taste his wine. Then I bought this one, because he said he would choose the best drinker! I see that it has a high chemical and strong odor with cemedine as the main ingredient... I'll drink it. Well, there is no element of fresh fragrance at all, and it is different. The chemical taste is like a kind of bleach that sticks to the throat like a lamb's mandarin orange. 6th day Oh... the umami and sweetness have opened up! The flavor and sweetness are opening up! But it surely takes a skilled tongue to master this wine, doesn't it?

After drinking peach and black, the impression of this time's white heaven is "It's so good! Unfortunately, I don't know about the previous White (at the time of a certain Toji) .......... I am only guessing, but whatever feuds they may have had, they never betrayed the sake brewing itself, and left the brewery entrusting all the work they had to their colleagues. This is a sake that makes you groan. I remember that the peach and black sake tasted like "Oh my god, they taste just like each other! I remember that the peach and black tasted like "Yup, they're alike!", but this white tastes like ......... probably not. It is a mellow sake with a modern flavor. It's good on its own, but it's great with food! But the attack is quite light. Too light to be too oita? However, I'm ashamed to say that this lightness is actually "firmness," and the umami and acidity explode on the second day ✴️, which leads to the great taste at the beginning of this article. By the way, a certain Mr. Touji mentioned earlier. A certain Mr. Toji: "Oh no! The water and koji make your skin so dry! I'm going to Korea for a beauty treatment and vacation, so I'll take care of the brewery later ❤". ...... is no way to do that, right?

I'm still going! Rice juice is still going strong this year! Click here And it's not just a juice, it's also a liquor, because it contains a lot of Alc! (Did you know that?) You can hardly taste any nuka flavor, and the careful ginjo-styling matches perfectly with the malted rice flavor! The fruity yet tight acidity also makes sake drinkers roar! Good! Hmmm, I think nigori sake is more suitable for hi-ire these days, isn't it? The one I'm going to serve later is also hi-ire, and come to think of it, it was also recently hi-ire. I was told by a brewer of a Nagano sake brewery that people in Kansai always say "Nama-use, nama-use", but is that the case now? Tell me about it, Kanto people!

Nuka odor appropriate for a low-purity muddy sake. When swirling, the volatile smell of Alc. slightly tickles the nostrils. The taste is very similar to the recent "Amanoto Jagotaro Nigori". The overall impression is "a melon cream soda with a thin sweetness", which is delicious both cold and chilled. Both are good, but I think it could use a little more sweetness. Sweetness is an important and very delicate factor that needs to be adjusted to the millimeter! When the temperature rises to the cold range, the sweetness is brought out. But the nuka-ness also rises sharply in proportion to the sweetness. After all, it is all about balance! I'd like to conclude with the taste of "the first organic sake" as expected.

December 8 last year I was informed by bouken, one of the legendary sake brewers, that it was on sale at Hanshin Hyakko. He immediately ran to buy one and then another (*3rd picture). I was like, "Here it is! Holy shit! I finished the game before I could recall the taste at all, probably due to the rush of emotions. And so, with the second film of the season (*1 and 2), I finally reviewed it! The main aroma is the opening from the ashy aroma characteristic of the sake's traditional sake making process, and the taste is the ultimate in complexity. At first I was going to release it as "Keiko Matsuzaka's knee", but I decided to go with a more recent knee (......). But then I changed my mind. She has won many awards and has a very unique knee(?) with her versatile acting ability. with his versatile acting ability and unique knees(?). How about "Sakura Ando's Knees"? General Comment "Classic Dark A truly complex variety that ranges from bitter and savory to rare cheesecake, ripe apricots, caramel and even a hint of banana. If you want to taste the ultimate in mellow sake, this is it! The Showa-esque face and bewitching, sometimes comical, performance will charm you, and with your body and mind filled with peacefulness, you will fall asleep before you know it.

㊗️ Happy New Year! 🎊✨ And that's why I'm going to send you a report on the New Year's party at this time when the Japanese archipelago is about to become an archipelago of cherry blossoms in full bloom❤. I'm sure all of the food was delicious, but if I had to pick one that left the biggest impression on me, I'd have to say it would be Hiran. I've never had a modern sake before, so in that sense, it was very fresh and delicious! I don't remember much about it, but it had a sweetness to it. I can't remember, but I think it was something like "grapefruit juice with lemon slice"? The closest was the Kaze no Mori. And then there's Chooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! This one is also devilishly good ❤. It was my first time to try Mimuro Sugi no Nigori, The three best nigori in Japan +1(?) It is one of the three best nigori+1(?) in Japan. Kaga-no-i? I've never seen this brand before. I'm just mumbling... "Sooooooo... Somehow, the warehouse owner got lined up next to me ...... Hehe! Hehe! It's sake rice called Takane-nishiki! Hehehe. It's the paternal cousin of Miyamanishiki! Hehehehehehehehe. It's a rare sake! Sorry, brewer! Oh~ooooo! That's him. You have just recognized me as a connoisseur of sake, and you have tried to tickle my appetite with a series of difficult words and phrases such as "Takane" and "Miyama" that ordinary people would not be able to comprehend. All right, I'll go into the ministry. This sake brewer, who has the "perfect tongue" given to him by the gods, is going to slay this sake rice called Takane-nishiki! I'm going to smash it down! ......... Oh, no~ Mecha-uma~n❤ (standard development) First of all, the Alc feeling. This is almost imperceptible. From the light mouthfeel, there is cemedine in the back and blue apples on the front. Anyway, the 1st attack is so refreshing that you don't even notice the 17° Alc. Also, the refined and resilient acidity, which reminds one of the sake brewing process, is excellent. Jungin specs have often been a bit weak lately, but sake has a lot of depth, don't you think?

anecdote The place is an izakaya (Japanese style pub) The waiter pours sake into a slim glass cup and pours more when it overflows onto the Masu or small plate that serves as a saucer, and then pours some more. Lucky ✌" ....... Sure, you feel lucky, but only a little bit. I'm not sure if it's hygienic to use that receptacle. I'm sure I'm feeling lucky, but I really, really feel a little bit like, "Is that saucer hygienic? I'm not even sure if my face is in the squid while I'm being poured. "What? I can't believe they're pouring that much! 😆" The waiter gave a white-faced surprise and a smile. Hi! Dewa immediately! The opening is a junmai ginjo-shu with a sweet, sweltering standing aroma that is just the right amount of sake for a sake with a gorilla-like aroma. The quality of the sake is very clean. There is a unique tension in the taste. The flavor range is very feminine, despite the lightness of the taste, which may be due to the female toji or just bias. Hmmm, this is Nanao's knee! Sophisticated and beautiful legs (overall taste) Slender but well-balanced muscles (width of taste) Excuse me." I bowed with a slightly nervous look and laid my head on her lap. It's not so much "drinking" as "confronting". That kind of drinking

Urakasumi, a famous sake that has wowed the taste buds of Africans, also has a pure sake. This is a very promising sake! Now, suddenly, a riddle! There is no Ura-haze Spring haze Hanaboe rice cranes Shimehari-zuru Shinanotsuru Dewazuru Miyoshi chrysanthemum ■Yes Urasato Dewazakura Hioki cherry cherry tree "A" (Acer saccharum) Tama Cherry Blossom Sanzen Sakura Okunoto White Chrysanthemum Do you know the difference? The strange thing is that even though both are "available" in sake, I wonder if there was any disagreement as to whether they should be added or not. I wonder... I'll leave the answer until the next post, and the next, and the next. Dewa as soon as possible This is a great ministry! The temperature is 17 degrees Celsius, but you can hardly feel it. The attack of "Umami Super Specialty Type It is a perfect harmony of freshness and a hint of acidity. The only thing is that it has a slight "matured" feel to it, right? It is impossible because it is "freshly squeezed". Anyway, it's really delicious! Crikey!) Answer: It's the way you read it! It was "nigoruru nigorunai" ✌. I used to think it was "Harugasumi" for many years when I saw Harukasumi at a local liquor store. I guess various opinions, conflicts, and discussions have been exhausted to reach the current form. I bought this along with Hirotogawa Nigori. The entrée is peperoncino! This was my first time to drink this too, but I think I like this better than Hirotogawa! I've been in stirring mode since the beginning: ......... or rather, auto-mixing 👍! Wow💦. Is that really a melon? 💦... Can you reproduce it this well? It's so melon melon melon. However, the first day, the gas is still very strong, so it's a little noisy from a sake run perspective. It's like the essence of the flavor is being jammed. After the second day The gas subsides, and the melon flavor is increasingly spurred on. However, this does not mean that the melon taste is not still there. "Then why don't you just drink melon juice? The melon and the inextricably linked nuka flavor give depth to the wine, and the mild acidity in the closing brings the whole thing together nicely. Now I'm wondering about the yeast... Well, this is still a great wine! It is delicious! It's like Riho Yoshioka's knee✨ at last! When you rest your head on it, the sweet aroma will make you sink into it like a soft pillow. ...... Oops, I'm talking about sake only😇☝.

Hirotogawa Nigori! We got it again this year! "Yum! Hirotogawa is the best! Kek! They're all saying "Ume~Ume~Ume~," like they're goats. Which one of you has the "perfect tongue" that was given to me by God...hmmmmm? 💦 What? What? What is this? Oh, my God! Dear Hirotogawa fans all over Japan. I correct and apologize. ......... is so surely deliciously luscious✨! I see that it is one of the three most famous nigori sake, so I guess it makes sense. First impressions Calpis soda with a hint of yogurt and a soft texture without being spiky, more like a ramune than a cider. I'm not a fan of the sake gas in sake run. I'm not a big fan of sake-runs, and often find them to be more of a noise (many sake have a bad balance), but Hirotogawa's collaboration with the gas is perfect ✨. I personally like the sake when the gasiness has dissipated just a little and it is closer to room temperature. ...... It has a strange sweetness that is also characteristic, and after drinking it, after a slight delay, this sweetness covers the whole body, which is also pleasant.

(continued from Tamatta) Three families gathered for a BBQ on the day of the event. We had a variety of sake from the sake master again, and among them, this one! It's from Konishi Sake Brewery, a major company that sells sake at supermarkets, but it's not the same as the sake sold at supermarkets. This sake definitely left a lasting impression in the "Super Nigori Sake *something a bit complicated*" category! The taste is definitely rich and thick, just as the label says. However, the mouthfeel is super light! I think this imbalance will leave you in a state of amazement as soon as you take a sip! In many ways! I don't know if it's still on sale since it seems to be a seasonal product, but it's worth a try! By the way, Sake-run drank not only this sake, but also "Hanagaki," which I haven't had in a very long time, and "Yukidaruma," which is a standard sake.

It's the first day, so it's hard to say, but first of all, the aroma Calpis Wild rice brine. And maybe a hint of melon, depending on who you ask. The smell of nuka (stinky rice) and the taste of nuka that I felt only on the first attack made me "oooh" for a moment, but I couldn't tell after the second attack, so I'll leave it unexplained. In general, it's a basic nigori sake, so I'd give it a positive review. I would say that if you are going to drink nigori sake under the same Hanzo brand, I would say that it is by far the best. Sasanigori Kami-no-ho*R5/7/2Up R5/7/2Up This time, Hanzo's main frame of reference is bitterness from start to finish, and I'm not sure whether to take this as a good or bad thing. It was definitely cold on the first day, but I wouldn't warm it up after that. However, after that, heated sake was not heated, but heated it for 13 seconds in the microwave (or was it heated to human body temperature?). So I guess the cold sake was too much for him. After a week, the gas was finally gone and it was a good feeling! I still don't like gas!

There is one bottle left in the fridge. However, I felt that one bottle would not go well with tonight's dinner rice, so I went to my neighbor's Yamaya for the first time in a long while. !? The sake section at ...... has been expanded! There is a new refrigerated showcase and this sake was in it. By the way, speaking of Tengumai Tengu Mai is a sake that "warms up" and "matures well. I think many drinkers think of these two things. However, this sake is not far from them. First of all, the freshness of the sake is strong. At the same time, it has a very thick body and superb acidity. Classically dry and Very Rich! And the KIMMY ministry, which always drinks only modern sake, is a great place to start. It's nice to grin with Michyopa and Meruru on your lap (←I have my own image of modern sake), but sometimes it's better like this... I think it's good to get drunk on the knees like in "Yuko Natori (Director: Hideo Gosha)", don't you? If you take it out of the fridge right away, it will have a strong Alc sensation and be a little noisy. So I recommend you to drink it cold. The Alc sensation disappears, and instead, the sweetness and umami expand, blinding the tongue with their unintentional flavors. (I've accumulated a lot of unposted sake...yuck 💦)

Hee! I didn't know Amanoto had a sake with such a rustic label! And very inexpensive (¥1080)! Let's start with the bottle aroma MU! This smell is reminiscent of Terada's "Musuhi": ...... The nuka covers the entire inside of the mouth when you take a sip. However, there is a hidden sweetness like caramel that never comes to the surface, so it is still drinkable! If this is the true taste of a low rice polishing ratio sake, then perhaps it is. As you continue drinking, you can almost taste a little sweetness on top of the "Musubi" flavor, and I wonder if the members of the Kansai Branch would understand it to some extent. Then the second day Before the chrysalis, just before it transforms into cider. Other than that, let's see milkshake sticky rice cakes magic ink And Alc smell I have the impression that these flavors are having a party in my mouth, but I don't really feel the koji taste or koji sweetness that is characteristic of nigori sake... While I'm saying that, it's the last day of work for the ministry today. To all sake drinkers, I send my hearty love for sake from SAKERAN! When I opened the door on the second floor of the cheap apartment, a pot was already simmering on the round table, and a sweaty, moist four-pack of sake bottles stood beside it. The first "Yukino Kayasha" was the true identity of my gentle knees ✌✨. I'd like to keep sipping it, just as I'd like to lie on my neatly arranged knees forever. ...... First of all, it has the same gorgeous aroma as the Tazake Nama. It also has the same rice polishing ratio and the same Alc. degree ......, but I think I'd prefer this one for sake run. It has the same freshness, sweetness and sourness of a bouncing apple. However, I have the impression that Tasake Namae has too much ginjo aroma and swallows the freshness of Namae. If you convert it to a knee-jerk reaction, it would be Yuchami's raw leg is lying on her knee, but she can't calm down in any way. In addition, a blue bruise on the side of her knee, which I don't know where I bumped into her, is bleeding into her eye, and I can't help but be concerned about it! I can't stop thinking about it! The alternative is Yukino Kayasha. The weak point is that the aroma is a little too strong in a wine glass, but if you drink it with a sake cup, you will be fine. It is a sake like Yuriko Ishida that makes men in the world fall in love with it.

Good evening, SAKE poet, Sake-run-san😄. It was literary and difficult to understand, but I understood that you prefer the deep and lovely snowy Kayasha to the youthful and glamorous Tasake 😁I'm amazed that you can keep up with the usual knee-jerk reaction 🤣.
