さけランThis is my first time to drink at home at Kouei Kiku. I had had a quick drink at an event before, and my impression at that time was It's juice! This time, I went to ......... and found it to be exactly like a white wine! But it has less astringency than wine, which gives it a more refined texture on the tongue, while the overall cute acidity makes it more than just a modern sake, it's like an "Imadoki-Doki-doki" sake! It may come as a surprise to some, but on its own, it can get a little harsh, can't it? It performs best when drunk as a washable sake to wash away the fat and aftertaste of food. On the other hand, it has a strong personality when drunk by itself, making you want to seek balance. If you want to drink it in bursts, drink it cold. If you want to enjoy a meal and enjoy the acidity in a certain way, you should drink cold sake. In other words, cold sake is for adults. So today is Halloween, huh? I'm on the train on my way home and I see ✶Slipper-like shoes from Donki ✶All in pink costume ✶No headgear There are girls like that. I'll try not to stare too much 💧.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHappy Halloween, Mr. Sake Run 🎃. Sunburst, I didn't drink it because I thought it might be a bit harsh when I compared it with Koei Chrysanthemum... I see, it sounds delicious with a meal! Lan, are you wearing a costume?
Japanese>English
さけランHi. I'm on the train on the way home in raving pantyhose socks and tie 🤣.

さけランRigel-san intervened, as I didn't expect. I didn't take this picture because I think it would be considered a spy shot even from the front. I didn't have the courage to call out to him on the train to take a picture of him, either.

さけランIt is no exaggeration to say that it is a representative of Tochigi ...... or even of Japan, and is a well-known and well-known brewery. Senkin And you know the best couple of sake brewers in Tochigi! "Jay ✨and Nobby ✨" Saturday, the day before yesterday. The day before yesterday, Saturday, we held a welcome party for them here in Osaka! It was a lot of fun 😇 And the best part is their personalities ✨. In contrast to the bleakness of the world, I have long forgotten about this. A heartwarming moment ...... Thank you very much for giving us a long-forgotten "heart-warming moment " in this bleak world. Now, let's have a saké sake sake for the first time. Hmmm... Sentori Classic again... I'm going to say it again. ↓I'm going to say it again. ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓↓↓↓ What's with the fall flavor? I'm sure it's just a fall spec, right? I'm sure it's just a spec of fall, right? It's so modern and juicy! It has a slight nuka-ness, but it's clearly more Japanese citrus than western citrus, and the cute acidity is just so delicious! Dewa Dewa, I wish you both continued success in the sake business ...... and ............uh...what should we do? I'm going to go to the bar 😁. I was impressed by the "Nishinoseki nigori" which bouken-san said was very rare.
Japanese>English
pyonpyonGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😃😃Thank you for your hard work the other day! I see you drank the sake from Tochigi at home❗I guess juiciness is an essential element from Sengoku 😁💨💨Nishi no Seki was also mellow and delicious 😋.

boukenGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😃. I think Sentori has a unique and common Sentori feeling whether it's summer or autumn sake 😊Nishi no Seki, I went home and looked it up and found out that it's alsoseglycosweetened. I didn't realize that 😳
Japanese>English
さけランpyon2, ohayo🌄! Well, that was fun, wasn't it? I could drink as much as I want if it had a juicy fall flavor like red dragonflies.

ポンちゃんThank you 🎶 for a fun offline meeting in the full bloom of the Sakeran world, Sakeran 😄. Respectfully, Sentori! I like it 👍I want to have a revenge because the other day, after drinking autumn sake this and that, it wasn't so good 😁.
Japanese>English
さけランHello, Pon-chan! I see... the red dragonflies from the various types of autumnal flowers are so different that they may have startled your tongue, right? I'm sure it was a lot of work for you to organize the event. Thanks for all your hard work!

さけランIt's here again this year, and it's that time of year again: ...... Yes, as you know, I'm an ardent salmon orchid fan! I hate hiyaoroshi. I've been checking out the autumn sakes lined up for tasting this year, and I have to say that ...... they are delicious! I'm not sure if it's the same as the old days, but it's not as rounded as I'd like, and some of the sake is rather sharp and modern. It's just that ...... something is missing. It's not the scrum-like honeymoon feeling of wasabi on the side of sashimi, or the Tommy and Pine (pfft) feeling. ...... Yes, it's the extra sashimi you buy at the supermarket. Tsuma or chrysanthemum artificial flowers." I said, "I'm here, but I'm not here...... oops💦Toyokuni Toyokuni💦. The sake has a strong, rich, Yamadanishiki-like quality, with a nice sweet acidity and a starchy holder. It's just too powerful to be drunk on its own. It's not so much a washing down sake as a washing away sake, and I can only think of spicy ethnic food to pair it with. Well, it's okay if it's not there or not there, but without it, it's somewhat dreary and lonely, and when you grow up and eat it with a dash of soy sauce, it tastes good, in other words, it's like that.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんSakeran, I enjoyed your offline meeting 🎶 as interesting as ever 😆 thank you 😊🙏. I love this season 😁I like it, it's easier to drink these days, hiya oroshi? I like it so much 😅.
Japanese>English

boukenSake Run-san Good night for the off-line meeting! I'm glad we could spend a long time together this time 🤗. I'm not good at hiyaoroshi either 😅 I'm not good at hiyaoroshi either 😅... 😡 Even if I buy sweet specs, there are many times when I buy sweet specs but it's not sweet 🤔. I'm not good at hiyaoroshi either... 😅

さけランIt's been a while, but the final event of the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival is the first drink of the day! Daisetsukkei. We bought this bottle as a token of our appreciation to the young brewer who allowed the four of us to taste it until the end, even though our time had run out. This is a very tasty ministry! It is one of the three best sake of R5BY (this sake itself is probably R4BY). If I had to describe it in one word, it would be "overwhelming clarity. "What? Doesn't it taste like nothing at all?" You idiot! The vector of the flavor is completely different from that of a Daiginjo that has only been polished. The flavor is simple. However, it has a mysterious thickness and depth, and we recommend drinking it cold. It is of course excellent cold, but it has a mouthfeel that will satisfy your thirst, as if you were scooping up a river of snowdrift water in early spring and quenching it with your hands. It is a stand-alone excellent all-around saké run Sexy(?) in food. The overall image is a classical light body. The flavor is just a hint of Japanese pear passing through the nostrils. It is a good wine that can be served with any kind of food, and it is also good as a good wife.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHello, Mr. Sake Run ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. I went to the booth at the Great Snowy River, but I didn't drink this one 💦 I regret not realizing that it's a pretty tasty drink when I saw it 😭.

さけランOn the first day, the flavor has not opened up and the texture is a bit noisy and rough on the tongue. Then the ministry explodes after the second day. First of all ☝. This sake was given to us by our sake god RafaPapa. I never thought I would be able to taste hirokki at home 😋. Then, Mr. Menshuoh gave us this "Mushiri Karei" along with Pepper Salmon Mai! This one is also very good 😆🤟🤟 The fish smell is removed when it is roasted over a fire, and the flavor is deepened with the accent of bitterness and fragrance. Thank you both very much ✌✨ Dewa opening soon! From the ginjo aroma and a hint of white peach, I took a sip: ...... What is this? This is "umami BOM-BA-YE ministry"! Is this the "I'm coming!" spirit of umami? It is a perfect triumvirate of Gaia (umami), Ortega (sweetness), and Mash (acidity). ......... Jet Street Attack" is completed. A perfect "Jet Street Attack" with a ripe, ripe, apple-based mellow mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste ✨. But I've never seen it for sale, so I guess this is the last time I'll see it 😅 hahaha
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌙 I see you drank this sake, it's nice to be able to drink it at home when it tastes different after the second day 😊I wonder if I can come across it someday 🙄.

さけランAnother Hankyu Washoey Grand Tasting Yori Finally, St. Kun made its first public appearance! Sake for the first time in Sake Run's opinion Junmai Sake" or "Special Junmai Sake I took a sip of the junmai sake at the tasting and found it to be ...... It was delicious! Unlike most junmai sake, the sharp acidity really caught my taste buds (and eyes). I just bought this sake, which I "somehow" reached out for. I looked at it more closely, and I realized it was a sake that was both sparkling and alky. I usually don't drink either of them, but the junmai sake was good, so I had high expectations for it. I'm so glad I did! The aroma is light and lactic, and the taste is linear with lactic acidity as the main flavor. Come to think of it, is this the first time for me to drink sparkling wine? I have never drunk even "Mio". And this is also delicious! It's not as classic as I'd like it to be, and if anything, it's modern. And this one is.... After transferring the bottle... "Here you go, Fatty!" Shinsei, Sansho, or whatever you like, but use an upper-class bottle. Cold sake is best. If it's chilled, it will have a bit of an "alcoholic" taste to it. I wonder how many people would be able to detect it if it was served cold. I think it's a very good line, don't you? Of course, the sake run is I'm sure Sakeran is saying, "Wow, that's really great! I'm sure Sakeran is saying "wow, that's really great!
Japanese>English
ゆーへーMr. Lan, thank you very much. Wow, you're drinking it right away 👍. I guess there was no tasting magic here 💡. I'm looking forward to drinking Junmai ✨.

Rafa papaHello sake orchid 😃 Shinsei❓Sanzoku 😳⁉️ if it's that good it's a good alternative when you can't get it👍Sentoku will be harder to get 🤣...
Japanese>English
さけランHi Yoohee-san 👋! I tried it without tasting it, but it's just as delicious as you'd expect! It's a Junmai sake, and it's totally won me over😇.
Japanese>English
さけランRafa, thank you very much 👋 No, ......, that ...... is just a lie💦. I just think it would be interesting to disguise the bottles in Upper C, but it's just a fantasy that if you mix in a few blinds, you might be able to get into the upper echelons.
Japanese>English
アラジンHello, Mr. Sakeran 😃. Hajimari is delicious 😋I first drank it without mixing the tailings well and thought it was a nice change of pace, but then I mixed the tailings well and it totally changed my impression of it and tasted just as (very) good 😊.
Japanese>English
マルHello, sake-run😊 I tasted this one. I remember it was delicious 😁. I'm sure Sentoku is really high level!
Japanese>English
さけランGood evening Aladdin, ......! Eeeee! Tailings, there was a tailing 😳! I don't know 😭. I don't mean to be rude, but I'm really impressed with Sentoku Brewery's groundwork 😇.
Japanese>English
さけランHi Maru 👋 No, seriously, I was really impressed by the high level of Sentoku brewery 😇☝.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, salmon orchid! I must have missed this one 🤔The sparkling one was delicious too😊. It's great that even though this is the only sake brewery in Miyazaki, they still make good sake 👍✨.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHello, Mr. Sakaeran 😃. I had an image 🤔 that Sentoku only has the heavy type, but I see they also have something like Sentokun🤗! I'm sure I'll be shouting 👍 for sure, I'm sure I'll have a placebo effect 😆.
Japanese>English
さけランPon-chan Koncha 👋 I found out later that it's sparkling, so I thought it was supposed to be filled with carbon dioxide gas, but I didn't expect it to be second fermentation in the bottle! I was really betrayed in so many ways 😇☝.

さけランHi J & Nobby! I think there are a lot of wines that are sold blind 🤔. Just recently, there was a news that a wine sold at a supermarket for 400 yen won a gold medal at an international competition 😇.

3KAN4ONGood evening, sake-run😊. I bought Sentoku junmai sake at an antenna store in Shinjuku, but it was not to my taste, probably because it was not well preserved 😂. I'd like to try another well-preserved one 😃.
Japanese>English
さけランHello 3KAN4ON! It is true that there was a difference in the freshness of the sake brought to the event and the sake available at the store, wasn't it? I have not tasted Sanuki Kuraudai, which is also undrinkable, but it has been available at Antenna S for a long time, but it is hard to buy it 💧.

さけランHankyu Department Store annual Sake Brewer's Festival" *Tasting Washoy no Kai Usually I visit each booth solo, that I do, but this time we formed a party and visited all the booths together. It was fresh and fun! Mr. Aladdin Mr. Maru Mr. Yoohee Hirupeko-san And Rafa Thank you very much for your hard work 👋😇 Now, this is Gonohomare. When I talked to the brewer, he told me everything... He said, "We were the first brewery in Japan to introduce Nama-Shu and Hiyayoroshi! This is a very venerable sake brewery! I tasted three kinds of sake and this one had the best flavor among them, so I bought it as a thank-you for tasting it. Drinking at home What? It was a different person from when I tasted it. The freshness that comes to the forefront and the bitterness that follows it are the first things that come to the fore. The sweetness and umami are forcefully suppressed, giving the impression of a "rough" taste. It is probably a sign of freshness. I will let it rest. 4th day Dry💦. Maybe too hard for beginners? I expected sharp acidity from the ashy aroma, reminiscent of the sake's "生酛造" (生酛) method, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the acidity was quite mild. It has a very mild acidity, and a sweetness that gently accompanies the acidity. It is a very rare taste. I paired it with tonight's hashed rice as a test. But it didn't go well with it.
Japanese>English
ゆーへーGood evening, Mr. Lan. ⭐︎ Thank you for joining us the other day✨ I was able to purchase it without much hesitation since I was able to taste it while talking with you all who are very knowledgeable lol. I see that you didn't get the sweet flavor after letting it sit for a while 💧.

さけランYoohee-san every time 👋 Thank you too. It was fun! I'm sure you've lost your sense of humor since you stopped drinking so much 😇

さけランSouvenirs from Mr. Menshuoh's visit to Osaka Pepper Salmon Mai" is a very tasty ministry. It's a big deal to give it to all of us 🌟! Thank you very much! Dewa immediately! First and second day Cold sake and chilled sake I also got the impression that it depends on the sake cup. However, the end result is as expected. I would say it is a "SENKYO Classic". Oh, yes, let me say this again. What part of "classic" do you not understand? First, a cold sake. The body and the nukiness are not in balance, and the sweet and sour barely control the two. The sweetness and acidity are barely controlled by each other. However, the temperature is raised a little, and this nuka smell becomes a ministry. The whole wine has become more cohesive, I thought, "Just one more roll of the dice and I'll be right at the finish line!" I felt like I rolled the dice just when I was about to reach the finish line. The 2nd day From the modern and cool aroma, it has a sweet taste like a Japanese pear with a large concentration of sweetness and flavor at the price of suppressing the juiciness. Conclusion: "Best to drink cold with a glass of wine after the 2nd day. When I tried to write ......, I was told that last year's Yumachi had no wine glass. I was about to write "there is no wine glass" at last year's Omachi. I can't rely on my salmon-run tongue, but the Pepper Salmon Mai was a wonderful accompaniment, I'm told.

さけランOops💦. This time "Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch Grand Real Off-line Meeting All the Updates of the drinks we drank at the All the drinks we drank at the party were uploaded to other members. I was going to leave all the uploading of the sakes I drank at the "Sakénawa Kansai Branch Grand Off-line Meeting" to the other members, but I guess I have to review the sakes I brought by myself, right? So, here is one of Japan's most famous "Kiwamono Sake"! We do not reject those who come, and we do not chase those who go. From the Terada Brewery, a right-leaning brewery that lives up to its motto, "Don't be shy, don't be shy, don't be shy! First of all, it tastes like a milkshake. However, the actual taste is Grapefruit without sweetness. As someone mentioned above, and as many others have said, the majority of the taste was pickles or pickles. I brought my own bottle of grapefruit, but it was clearly unique among the 20 bottles brought by each of us, and to be honest, I couldn't grasp the situation, the marriage, and whether it was to be enjoyed by itself. Next time, I would like to explore the essence of this sake a little more deeply and carefully, so I will drink it at home. ............ PS I could drink more than Daigo series.

アラジンGood evening, sake orchid! I must have drunk it after the middle of the day when I was quite drunk, but I clearly remember whether it was the vividness of the taste or the impact of the presentation 😳I like this kind of orchid wine 😊I look forward to the next opportunity 😁.

boukenGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😁. It certainly had a good vibe for the body like you said, pyonpyon 🤗 natural food-like 🌍. Daigo has a harder smell but it's sweeter so it's hard to say which is better 🤔.

さけランHi Pon-chan 👋 In case you were wondering, "Matsuo" is in the list of the most impressive sake this time (hmmm ✨). That glamorous body that you can't believe it's highly refined. It was delicious~!
Japanese>English
さけランHeh heh! I'm sure you'll like it. I was confident that we wouldn't have any similarities, but I was surprised to find that there are more people who like it than I thought, starting with Rafa.

さけランI recommend this one for the impressive yippee at the recent welcome party for the King of Noodles and Sake in Osaka. After all, it is consistent from head to toe! Lychee! I can't feel anything else. It was so lalalal lychee, you could almost taste the juice. It was so lala-la-la-la lychee! The next most impressive thing was... The next thing that impressed me was the sake, not "Tuck Toppers' magnificent biceps ......". I had longed for this sake for a long time, and after many years of longing, I finally found it in the "Jyushidai Honmaru". There was no chance that I could buy it in the store. Therefore, I decided to go out somewhere and drink it. I wish I could meet him at a drinking party somewhere (......). I was secretly thinking, "I wish I could meet him at a drinking party somewhere. By the way, this meeting was a SPECIAL THANKS to Thanks to Aladdin, Rafapapa and bouken for their cooperation😇>. The last one is "Kikuhime Junmai H26BY The last one is "Kikuhime Junmai H26BY", which is not bitter but has a milk chocolate flavor! It was in the heated section, but needless to say we tasted it cold. (Oh? I can see T-Toppers' muscular left shoulder. ...... Who is it?)
Japanese>English
Rafa papaGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😃. Jyushidai Honmaru was unspeakably delicious 😋Raifuku is a brewery near my wife's parents' house, but I've only had the combined Raifuku Ver 😅It was like Sakeelan to ask for Kikuhime at the end 👍‼️ leftNemuchi rightRafa🤣.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, sake-run 😃. I'm curious about the first Rara Raichi ‼️ over the long awaited Jyushiyo 🤔 I've never had it, so I'm going to look for Raifuku 👍.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, sake-run 😃. The Honmaru was delicious 😆 I just opened the bottle the day before so it was still fresh 😋 I'm a no tank topper hiding in Raifuku 🙄.
Japanese>English
さけランGood morning Rafa! I'm so glad to see you here! I drank the Raifuku version of Yui for the first time the other day, and it was so delicious that Raifuku is now on my list of "must-have breweries.
Japanese>English
さけランGood morning, J & Nobby! Yes, I think so 💧. I was going to write the reason, but then I deleted it and said, "Oh well..." 💧. The reason why the main group is not the Top is not in order of the best, but only in order of the most memorable ones😇.
Japanese>English
さけランGood morning, bou! Well, you made me want to have a long, slow drink again: ✌️ (I can't see a shadow of you, but were you there later 😳!)
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood morning, Mr. Sakeran ☀☀☀☀☀. So this Raifuku is lychee? I've only had Raifuku in the fruit series and would love to try it😊. Lalala lychee while dancing in a tank top🎶.

さけランOne of Japan's leading fireworks displays held recently Yodogawa Fireworks Festival We can see the fireworks from our house because they are shot from one station away from us. And this year I wanted to try to make a 3KAN4ON style🤟! The title is "Kaiun to Hanabi" or "Kaiun to Hanabi". Or "Kaiun to Hanabi no ‼ (Fireworks with good luck)"! It's a good omen, isn't it 😆! Well, the Kaiun we drank at Chohisa is really good! Yes, this is Shizuoka Prefecture's sake! It's a wildly sweet sake! The freshness of the sake is also a good complement to the other flavors (especially the acidity and bitterness), making it different from the flat, monotonous taste often found in sake that specializes in sweetness. It is an authentic "Junmai Unfiltered Nama-Genshu" based on the classics *Not a pure sake, but a very robust sake. It is a bit heavy in a wine glass, so you may want to eat it here. It is a little heavy in a wine glass, so a sake cup is probably the best choice here. Following the "Yukino Kayasha" brought by my mother-in-law last year, this year's sake is "Yukino Kayasha". Tateyama Special Honjozo! I'm so happy because I've never had it before! However, the Kaiun was not to my liking. ...... I guess it's hard for the older generation to understand the classic sake.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening, Mr. Sakeran. I am so envious that you can see the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival from your house 😆 I can only watch it on TV Osaka's live broadcast 😩 Do you prefer a more crisp and clear one than the delicious one? It's so hard to choose a favorite, isn't it?
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHello, Mr. Sakaeran 😃. Nobby: What a sakelan-san! This picture is awesome 🤩. Jay: It looks like he took it for the style 😊. Nobby: 3KAN4ON's style ⁉️ lol 🤣 I'm into your sense of style 🤗
Japanese>English

さけランI really wanted to try "Garakudai", but of course, it was not presented here! Well, I hadn't tasted it at the brewery itself, so whatever it is, it's OK! Dewa immediately! But first, please visit ...... I first tasted the "Junmai-shu" and "Jungin-nigori" on the third page: ...... This is... I can't say I like it... Kuroo-domo I decided to talk to the brewer who was there. He said, "This Hen's sake is a sanctuary that even the president (a handsome man from a financial institution) can't interfere with. After understanding the whole story, Sakaeran took the sake home without tasting it (Why?). Once again, Dewa! First of all, it is ostensibly a typical "classic light" sake. Unfortunately, it is not recommended for beginners. It is a light and dry Niigata Prefecture sake with a slightly more umami taste, designed for a mid-meal drink. In other words, it is optimized for nightly drinking and suitable for fathers who are accustomed to drinking on a regular basis. However, the strong attack that does not make you feel the low Alc is unexpected, and the bitterness is also a characteristic aspect of Itowokashi. It is better to drink it cold than chilled, as it reveals the nuance of muscat with a hint of sourness and sweetness, and SoSo.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこHello, sakelan. I am very glad to hear that you have experienced firsthand the difference between Tenryo sake cup and Gagakuyo? Kurarajin-san's comment is very easy to understand 🤣The fact that you are taking it home with you is very disciplined of you, Sakeran-san 😊.
Japanese>English
さけランHi Hirupeko-san 👋 Have you had Gagakuyo yet? I haven't yet, but I'm sure you'll be surprised at how different it is from the other three. I'm imagining myself groaning "Yes, yes, I understand, boss~" from ......😇.
Japanese>English
boukenThank you for your time, Sakeran ✨ I drank the junmai ginjo in the picture about 4 years ago and it was delicious but 🤔 😅. I heard it was the biggest brewery on Sado Island, so I wonder if there is still a demand for classic sake quality for the local market?
Japanese>English
さけランThank you, Mr. Bou 👋 I'm sure you're right. There are breweries that have completely discarded the traditional sake for the local market and are growing a completely new brand from scratch, and there are breweries like here that are making brands that cannot be separated from each other. I guess it's like that.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Mr. Sakeran 😃. I'm a beginner, so it's very helpful for us to know what we should drink with 👍. I'm looking forward to Masayo's next report 👋

さけランdomain expansion Bachelor Banquet So, that's what I'm going to say. Let's get it on again tonight! The place was a local liquor store that I haven't been to for a while. It's been a while since I've been to ....... Niigata Meikozo? First time I've seen it? I already had a bottle in my hand, but it was cheap (1485 yen) and I was curious about it, so I took it home with me. Speaking of which, many of the recent nigori were "mmmm", so I put my hopes in ......... and went for it. Wow! It's sweeter than ...... with -15% alcohol content, but above all, it's got that Aic feeling that comes with a bang! I'm not sure what to expect from this Aic ministry. The moment you drink it, your heart starts to heat up, a feeling you haven't experienced in a long time! It is just as it should be! Summer general's ministry! I see what you mean! I'm so convinced! And you amazake lovers out there! This is definitely a love! Don't worry about the 18° alcohol content at all! IMyMe, it has such a rich koji rice flavor! The thick liquid quality is very pleasing to the tongue, so be sure to enjoy it by rolling it around on your tongue before swallowing! By the way, today's dish is "Pork Kakuni Donburi" which I have wanted to make for a long time! It's so good 😆‼!
Japanese>English
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😄 The pork kakuni-don looks so delicious ‼️ I haven't tried it yet, but how long did it take to simmer 😆❓And the sake looks delicious too 🤗
Japanese>English

Japanese>English
さけランGood evening bou👋. I see you have a Winter General too! (Same brewery?). I guess it's a sweet sake, but it's called "Shogun", so it has a lot of punch!

さけランI can't do without a refreshing drink in this hot weather! That's why I got a bug! Hmm? This year, too, many people have sent out information about their catches in various places, and most of them seem to be the same as in the previous years. but it seems that most of them are ...... This year's bugs...... are something different, aren't they? It's become synonymous with "Adult Lemon🙂". Lemon squash for adults. This year, however, it has been overshadowed by the cream soda for adults. The heart of it is ...... Well, there's nothing special about it, but it's just It's like "cream soda with more cream," but with more yogurina. I wonder if there was a change in the brewing process, assuming there is no annual difference in rice, water, and yeast. Senkin Lemon Squash" *CM: Shigeru Matsuzaki / Planning: Dentsu I think it's a bit far from 🤔? The creamy texture of this squash is a little bit heavy, but only a little, because of the gap between the taste and the bias of "adult's lemon squash". But still, SENKOU is still SENKOU! The unique acidity is irresistible!
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチMr. Sakeran, every year ❗️ You preach "cream soda for adults" but in fact it's just yogurt cream.... Why not "adult drinking yogurt"?
Japanese>English
さけランHello, Chichi-dono! 👋 Well, I had a bias that it was an adult's reska, and that's what I was looking for, so I guess I was a bit confused by the gap this time... but that's okay, because it was delicious😇.

さけランDo you have kagami?" The drink that Tsubu was drinking with her husband and love😏 a while ago. The brewer is coming to Osaka soon. I'll buy it when I find it!" I'll buy it when I find it! I was so excited, but then I found it on . "Oh, Haname is actually a limited edition sake made in collaboration with a special distributor. I'm sorry." ...... Well, that's just the way it is with sake. I'm sorry," he said! Please try it!" I was so happy with the tasting and the feeling! I'm going to go to the ministry right away! Oh, it's so good! It is characterized by a koji flavor that is both refreshing and gentle. I think I'll just go with "30% more milky sourness for adults". Let's call it "30% more milky sourness for adults! The 6th day of the first year! Oh no! I pulled too hard 😭 I'm feeling like the peak has obviously passed, and the cemedine aroma, which I haven't had in a while, is coming on a little noisily ahead of me 💧. But still, the cute citric acidity is good, giving it a summery flavor. I haven't tasted it yet, but it's really good! Hanzo! I'm sure I'll repeat the ✌️ discovery! Thanks, Tubu! 👋

さけランKimmon to Yamada, then Omachi, right? So that leaves Aizan as the target! I'm starting to get excited, it's just like playing Mon-Han! Dewa immediately! Highly gorgeous & sweet sugi! The category is "Daeha" which is equal to or better than Kinmon-nishiki! All sake rice is sweet at the top! Among them, this Omachi "I can't stop the sweetness!" It's so sweet! As a matter of fact, one of the legendary "Sana D" also drank it the other day (6/27), and he was almost satisfied with it from the attack to the end. He said that he was almost linked with Naruto from the attack to the end of the drink. I have the same impression as him. The sweetness consistently overpowers the oropharynx, and the taste is flat and monotonous in any way. The Ichio flavor itself is linear and clear, from the ginjo aroma with a thin layer of rumen on the outer edge to the clear red apple ........., but this all changes when the ministry goes up to the cold belt. The cold ministry is the best ministry. Cold hatto ministry (?) It's a very delicious and intense ministry! Usually, when sake is served cold, the thickness, acidity, or sweetness of the sake increases, and the weight of the sake is inevitably heavier than it would otherwise be. ZeroGravity Omachi! The texture is so smooth on the tongue that it is almost as if to say "ZeroGravity Omachi! The aroma of this sake is completely different from that of cold sake. ......... Oh ......💧 I'm at 500 words! See you next week 👋

さけランThe Daishichi in the middle of the fourth picture. This is the sake that triggered the memory jump in TL at the end of last year. Daishichi Junmai Namaishige Mature Nama Shuzake. It was so good that I couldn't find it even after searching ......, but I saw it on my TL when I was at a sake event in Abeno Harukas and saw that Neemuchi-san had mentioned it on his TL. I thought, "This is close, isn't it?" So I got it: ✌️ The well-known "Daishichi Sake Brewery" is a major sake brewery in Fukushima. But to be honest, I'm not very good at it. Except for the sake at the end of last year and this one. It has a rich texture with a standing aroma and a strong ashiness, and when you drink it, the freshness and the rich rice flavor itself coexist. If the last Kaiharu was "Classic Super Light", this Daishichi is "Modern Super Rich", although there seems to be some controversy. The richness of the buttery flavor spreads clearly, and the caramel nuance in the back of the bottle delights the drinker. But don't expect butter until the second day. The cold sake is also very tasty, but it should not be overlooked that the taste is even richer and richer if you remove the sake a little. Going back to the fourth picture, the Daishichi on the left is the one I don't like, and the "OldJunmai 2014by" on the right is the one that gives the impression of being still young, as if it has knocked on the door of matured sake.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood morning, Sakeran-san. I used to drink this sake from Daishichi, too, and I remember how the freshness and the rich rice flavor coexisted, and how delicious it was 😊I want to drink it again!
Japanese>English
ワカ太Good morning, sake-run 😃The richness of butter ⁉️ I may not have come across such a drink yet. I haven't had Daishichi yet either, so butter and caramel, I can only imagine 😍.
Japanese>English

Japanese>English
さけランHi Wakata 👋 What I don't like is the hi-ire, and when freshness is added to the base of this one, it changes the whole ministry. Also, I think the butter comes from being brewed with natural yeast (Bodo, Namahashi...Yamahai is unknown). Please enjoy it with a glass of wine 🥂.
Japanese>English
boukenHello sake-run 😃 I just drank and bought a bottle of Kochira sake at a paid tasting 😁 It had a lovely acidity and creamy taste 😋.

さけランHi Kotori-san, this is my first time. I think you are from the same Tochigi as J&N. .........? And thank you for your frequent 👍s on the noise TL! I know, right 💧? I have a few that are similar to yours... 💧. I'll be waiting for your TL!

さけランYaaa↷y💧. Just as the off-line meeting of the Kansai branch of Sake-no-wa was just opening, Sake-run had a party with this guy by himself! 🍻. It's good that I started drinking ......, but I shouldn't have turned it on at the beginning. ...... I was thinking, "Okay, I'm going to drink to get drunk tonight!" I'm not sure if it's a switch that says, "Okay, I'm going to drink to get drunk tonight. Normally I would have left at least half a bottle, but when I woke up in the morning and looked at the living room, there were empty bottles all over the place...... I thought I had left at least half a gong, but I didn't... ...... Well, I remember up to about three gongs, but how did I get to bed, and did I brush my teeth and go to bed? And ...... my memory of that part is completely corrupted... 💧. I'm in the ministry. I'll write again this time. I'm sorry to be so fragmentary, but first of all, the cold zone is like a juice, it's soooo good! Oishy ministry! Juicy! Healthy! (Healthy!) Cold sake is just like juice! I think it was! I think it was a juice! And the cold sake was also very tasty! Hi! Finally, I would like to repeat the ministry next year if it is released again! Hi ministry!

ポンちゃんHello, Mr. Sakeran ☀️ You must have emptied a whole bottle 〰〰😱It must be such a tasty drink ❣️ water with fireflies alone sounds delicious 😆I'd love to try it💕.
Japanese>English
さけランHi! Good evening, Pon-chan! I'm sure it was delicious! If I see it, I'll drink it immediately 😋.
Japanese>English
うまいうまいHello 🌈, Mr. Sakeran! It must have been very tasty 🤣I hope you are okay with the hangover the next day❓ I've only seen this firefly drink at Sake no Wa, but I'd like to find it 👍✨.
Japanese>English
さけランOh? Hello 👋 Thanks to you, I had only a very light hangover 😋. Thank you for your concern. I've been coming to Yonetsuru for quite a while now, so you'll probably see me there next time! 😘
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィI guess the firefly 🌟 on the label was the switch that made me want to drink it 😆 Good evening, Ms. Sakaran 🤗 I'd like to drink it for Oi C, Ju C, and Hell C 😊.
Japanese>English
さけランOh! Good evening J & Nobby! I'm sure this is the one you're looking for, because it was so good when I tasted it 😇☝. If you can make it up, I'd like to try Omachi 😁.

さけランEveryone who sees these looks will be Do? If you're thinking, "I don't really know what a "kama yeast four-step brewing" is, but it tastes like summer sake, juicy, refreshing, sweet, tasty and acidic...wow! I'll tell you what it is. The correct answer is The correct answer is "classic straight-forward ikanimo San-in sake" 👋. Well..! I'm the one who got caught up in it and bought it, too... First of all, I would like to say that this sake is best after the second day. The sweetness and umami have changed so dramatically from the first day that it can be enjoyed both cold and chilled at the same time, and it has changed to a summery taste with a fruity expression. From the first day The aroma is light and the attack is classic even when drunk like a normal sake. But it is terribly light and terribly sharp. The category is "Classic Super Light"! It's like a fresh water with a hint of sake flavor, perfect for an introduction to the classics! However, the first day, the strike decision is pretty hard to make, so if you want to go for it, go with cold sake. If you want to taste the umami and acidity of sake, it is best to drink it at 15 or 6 degrees Celsius, which is outside the cold range.

boukenGood evening, sake-run 😃. I've had a sweet spec sake in Kaiharu before, it was sweet but quite classic sweet and honestly hmmm 🤔🙄.
Japanese>English
さけランGood evening, bou! Ahh! It was indeed placed in the mountains, wasn't it? I guess it was also in Kaiharu... (*looking at bou's review) Kuku, classic sweet kuchii! That's something I'd be interested in😅.
Japanese>English
しんじょうGood morning, good morning. Is Kaiharu still a thing even in this bottle color? I would like to buy it if I see it. The sweet one has a stone face, doesn't it? I think I have different tastes too!
Japanese>English
さけランGood morning, Shinjo-san 🌅! Oh✨You seem to have a deep knowledge of Kaiharu after all! ✌ I was thinking of "summer sake of the modern era" 😅I still have a lot of research to do ......
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening, Mr. Sakeran. Is Kaiharu robust but light? I drank a bottle of Kaiharu I-tei the other day and it tasted too complex, so I'd like to compare a few more sakes. I still want to drink it 😊.
Japanese>English
さけランGood evening Hirupeco 👋 It was my first time drinking it, but it's not lumpy by any means! 😁. I think it's a great introduction to the classics. The first day it was a bit nervous, but from the second day it was refreshing like a summer sake 😌.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこThank you, sake-run 😊I see that it's a refreshing summer sake version - I'm more and more curious about the opening spring!

さけランWhat made you start drinking sake? Because I enjoyed drinking sake. I think that probably more than half of the respondents answered "Because it was delicious. In the case of sake run, "Because I was impressed by Otter's predecessor." Yes, the old Showdown Show on TV. Even though it was a TV show and there was a certain scenario and direction, I was still captivated by the lovely face he showed in the end when he won the show, and I was so impressed that I wanted to watch it again. I thought to myself, "Sake, I'll have a drink! The simple, single-celled, miserable run went straight to the depths of sake. .........That was more than 10 years ago! So, Dewa, you've got to get to ...... right away, you're crazy! The next moment I thought, "It's the same as the last Kinmon-nishiki! Ummm... Oh, no! Ma! 💦 What? Why? Almost the same vector and sharpness as Kinmon-nishiki And yet this one Oh, man💦. I've only got 1 gou left💦. Zundoko cups are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! No, no, no...! It's been too good not to comment 💧. Yoshi! I'll just write as I go. A touch of both Japanese pear and apple, with the apple soaked in syrup. Surprisingly, the acidity is low. Weak acidity can easily cause drinking fatigue. But I don't know ......! Well, there's only one way to find out. I'll have to compare them. (I'll escape with ikko 💧)
Japanese>English
ひるぺこHi, Sakaeran. Otter is still a great brewery 😊and the Yamada Nishiki from Genmai! I'd love to compare what it tastes like to Kinmonn Nishiki, which has the same sweetness as Kinmonn Nishiki, but it's so smooth to drink 😆.
Japanese>English
つぶちゃんHello, sake-run😄 How delicious is the Yamada Nishiki from Genmai, 〰︎〰︎❣️ You make me want to drink it so bad 😆💕. I'll have to ask my husband if he stocks it 🤣.
Japanese>English
さけランHi Hirupeko-san! Both of them were really sweet and sharp, but somehow this one was more irresistible! I guess it's the difference of the sake rice 🤔?
Japanese>English
さけランOh! You're stocked, Tsubu! I'll take a look! I'm going to have a look at it.......! I'll be back soon 😏.
Japanese>English
マルHi Sakeran, ☀️ I'm drooling just looking at your review 🤤. It's not easy to get Shinshu sake in my neighborhood: ❗️ I envy you ‼️
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌙 I'm jealous of your Gensai 💕I have a hard time finding it even when I drink outside 😭I'll input that Yamada Nishiki is delicious👍.
Japanese>English
さけランHey there Maru-san 👋 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Japanese>English
さけランPon-chan, thank you very much 👋 I'm so proud of you, sister Mariko! I was like, "That's Mariko's sister! Pon-chan is really drinking a lot of good sake, isn't she?
Japanese>English
non nonSake Run, it is really delicious. I managed to get it in a set sale. I was impressed by the first sip and was sucked in by the second sip😋. But since it's hard to get, I enjoy drinking it in small sips. My husband is obviously not very fond of me😅.
Japanese>English
さけランHello nonnon-san 👋! So your husband can drink sake too? That's great! It's a blind spot and lucky for me that there is a special distributor in my hometown. I was blindsided & lucky to have a local shop that sells it 😇🤘. Thank you Rafapapa 😌🤘.
Japanese>English
Rafa papaHello sake-run 😃 I was torn between yamada nishiki and kinmon nishiki yesterday and bought kinmon nishiki 😅I guess I should have gone with yamada nishiki 😅I think yamada nishiki is better for me based on your feedback 😁....
Japanese>English
さけランThanks Rafa 👋. No, no, no, no... the way you feel about it will change as you drink it differently 😌. I would love to hear about any wonderful characteristics or peculiarities of Kinmon-Nishiki that I didn't catch 😇
Japanese>English
sugiGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😋 The other day at a store in Kawanakajima, I found this and Omachi, which I had never seen before. I bought it immediately!
Japanese>English
さけランOh ministry! Thank you very much, Sugi-san! +I'm so glad to hear that! I love it! I'd like to try Omachi Aizan, but I'd also like to try the fire-brewed Tokujun...
