Sandesi🍶 I bought this on the way back from Matsumoto. I chose Sandesi because of my health, my wallet, and I chose Sandesi. Yeah, I'm an adult 🤣. Most of the Hokian Daigoku are sweeter, like -10 on the alcohol scale, but this one has a more impressive aftertaste of bitterness and sourness than sweetness. It has a different taste. On this day, I was on vacation and had a party by myself from noon 🍻. I drank all of them........ Where are the choices for adults 🤣.

Yamazan's new ✨new, right? It has a crisp and refreshing aftertaste 😋. I don't have much impression of Yamada Nishiki in Shinshu, but they brewed it well 🌾.

KILLER QUEEN👑. The sweet taste of nigori is lost in the haze. It's so refreshing and light taste is so much softer than the sweet taste of nigori. I can drink it with carbonated soda 🤣. It sure goes well with meat 😋.

First time in Mashiki✨ I first saw Maki at an izakaya in Matsumoto. The special distributors are limited. I wonder where they sell it 🤣. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki🌾. Less sweet than Genmai and Kawanakajima, It is less sweet than Genmai and less sweet than Kawanakajima, and has a refreshing taste overall. I think it might be my favorite of all the Sake Sengano 😍. The next day, we entered the Century Ride in Matsumoto ↔︎ Hakuba. Rode 160k round trip in stormy ⛈️ & cloudy ☁️ weather 🚴‍♀️ The Shinshu miso rice balls we had at the aid point were super delicious. The onigiri (rice ball) I had at the aid point was super tasty 😋.

Watership No. 2 and Yamada Ho🌾. The first day was hokke (open fish), The second day was grilled salmon with foil 🐟. Fish goes well together 😋. I think my father, Watanosen No.2, had a strong bitter taste. The mother, Yamadaho, has a gentle sweetness that is impressive. I thought it would be more like Yamadanishiki if I mixed them, But it didn't at all 🤣.

18°🍶 But it is light and easy to drink without feeling the 18%. It goes well with horse mackerel and bonito together 😋. I went to the Expo at the beginning of GW 🚗. Seeing is believing. It's fun if you go 🤣. The day after the Expo, we went to Nara Park 🦌. Sento-kun was so shy with me. He took a picture with me 😘.

Omachi raw🌾 This is the first time for me to drink Omachi Nama. I got the impression that the Hi-iri was rich in sweetness, but the raw version has a surprisingly restrained sweetness. I brought it to my parents' house and drank it, My family, including Viridian, drank it gulping it down😅.

Chiyonohana vs. I got this from kino. and won it in a gara-pon. Are they made in the same tank? And so on, Almost the same taste, The astringent aftertaste is impressive😅. But I followed the advice to let it sit for a few days.... I followed his advice........ The astringent taste is reduced and the sweetness is more smooth ✨. Personally, I preferred the Chiyonohana 😋.
