First time for you to visit Sogetsu 🍶. Tochigi sake has 36 CIs of Senkou out of 44 CIs. The rest are Houou Mita? In other words, this may be my first Tochigi sake other than the two major Tochigi sake 🤣. The reason for this was a strong recommendation from a waiter at Hiwaya. This was a great decision 😋. I'm not really impressed with "Gohyakumangoku" hiyaoroshi. I don't have much of an impression of hiyaoroshi, I'm not too impressed with Gohyakumangoku, but the lightness of Gohyakumangoku and the ripeness of hiyaoroshi I feel like it's a nice salty combination ✨.

PREMIUM✨ At first I didn't realize it was Tasake. When I looked at the back, it was the usual Tasake 🤣. The Yamahai character is restrained, The sweetness of Akita Sakekomachi is combined with the restrained yamahai flavor, Good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity 😋.

Setsuwakamaru🌾. A product limited to Yamagata Prefecture🍶. It is brewed with rice called Setsuwakamaru. But I've never tasted Setsuwakamaru, I don't know what it's like🤣. However, even though it is rice rice, there is no graininess or other unpleasant taste, It is a great sake for a meal. It was an excellent food sake ✨.
