Setsuwakamaru🌾. A product limited to Yamagata Prefecture🍶. It is brewed with rice called Setsuwakamaru. But I've never tasted Setsuwakamaru, I don't know what it's like🤣. However, even though it is rice rice, there is no graininess or other unpleasant taste, It is a great sake for a meal. It was an excellent food sake ✨.

Luxury drinking comparison 🍻. Otter is a bottle of Jyushidai. I think it was around 6,000 yen for a bottle of 20-30%. Very clear and watery too 💧. I just don't think I'd buy otters by themselves 😅 The 3rd and 4th pictures are Shinmasa brought by a junior colleague. The wonderful world of Junmai sake*3 It tastes like it was brewed with almost all koji and genmai. It's just that it's been left too long 💤. Is this taste a characteristic of all koji? I can't tell if the taste is a characteristic of all koji or if it's something that has aged 🤣.

Yamada Nishiki Kuro🌾 I bought this at the brewery of KENKUNICHI. The previous owner was looking after the store and I got to talk to him about a lot of things 📝. I never get tired of drinking it and before I know it, it's gone 😳. They say they are making sake with such quality in mind. They say it's not about being No. 1, it's about being the only one ✨. However, the current president wanted to make a fruity version of Jun Dai, so he made it. The current president wanted to make a fruity sake, It has a sweetness that is rare for KENKON Ichi. The sweetness does not linger and the quality of the sake is still there ✨. I think Kenkunichi is still my favorite 😋😋.
