Tasake out of season😅 I got this Akita Sake Komachi at the end of November. It was just when the new sake was released, I had my hands full with that 😅. But I'm not put off by that ✨. It has a light mouthfeel, but I like the bitter acidity I can feel in the back of my throat, It's light on the palate, but the bitter acidity you feel in the back of your throat is a nice touch.

BUUU⚔️ They won a gold award. The one they're wearing 🥇 took ✨, The liquor store owner said bitterly, "You're in the way!" The wine has been aged for about 6 months after bottling. The tartness on the nose is pleasant ✨. Cold sake is good, but it also looks good at higher temperatures 😋.

two crops Sansho🍶 that I prepared to draw my colleagues into the sake swamp. Unfortunately, that drinking session was cancelled, I spent it myself to secure the available space 😂. It's still fizzy as usual............................. The lactic acid taste I don't like is stronger than ever😅.

Namazake & Unfiltered Namazake 🍶. Although the nama sake has a piquancy to it, I felt freshness in both 😅. Sake with a sourness like a lemon 🍋. is the theme of Bunraku, but somewhat restrained. After a day of drinking, the sweetness and sourness started to coalesce, very easy to drink taste 😋. Thanks Rigel!

Kyoto only✨ A gem recommended by Isetan at Kyoto Station. Sold in Kyoto? In Kyoto or in Kyoto prefecture? I don't remember. I forgot. It is more than the light and refreshing taste of "Gohyakumangoku", I wonder if it's the yeast...it tastes more dry. I don't know if it's the yeast or not, but it tastes more dry.

The lone cherry tree at Kodaiji was magnificent🌸 This is a limited edition Yamamoto sake from Kyoto ✨. Ane-san silently highly recommended this 🤣. I don't know Normal Eikun so I can't say anything about it, I can't say anything about it because I don't know the normal Eikun, but I have the impression that it is a bit like Yamahai. I can't say anything about it, but it seems to be a bit like Yamahai, It reminds me of Ane sake (Tamagawa🤣).

Sukeroku 🍣 first sakura🌸 I heard it's good to go with the recommended eight pieces of spring. I've never met a baby squid 🤣. 10th anniversary of Mitsuo Yamakawa's birth 🎂 What a 10th anniversary! And yet it's my first Mitsuo Yamakawa 🤣. I bought it because the screw stopper was Yamagata Masamune🤣. The first day, I had the impression that the flavor was not fully developed. It tasted a bit bland or meek.... The second day, it tasted much more umami ✨.

49 year old cherry blossom 🌸 It is brewed by a 49 year old brewer, so it is 49 years old. The rice polishing ratio is 48%🌾. I wish they would align it to 49 there too 🤣. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, The overall taste is cool and smooth. It tastes better chilled than cold 😋.
