Tamagawa = Anesan Tamagawa🍶 given to me by Ane-san. It is 18 degrees Celsius. It's very strong. Compared to the Hagi no Dew that I drank just before, I felt sourness in this one. Is it because it is alsobeared? 🤔. But it is also refreshing, so the cup goes on and on 😋. Thanks Ane-san✨ I'm looking forward to another bottle of freshly squeezed sake!

The long-awaited nigori✨ I wonder if the battle for the prize was spread to many places this year as well. Well, I was one of those who participated 😅. Thanks to Imadeya opening a store, I'm very thankful that it's now available in Nagoya city as well, I am very thankful for that 😊. The entrée of the day was fried chicken 🍗. It washes away the fatty taste nicely, Very refreshing and great sake quality ✨. I'll finish a bottle soon, must repeat 😋.

Classic♪ I thought that white chrysanthemum was sold out last year, But it's still available this year. Special Original ✨ I heard it's called Special. It is available at Imanaya. But is it rare to find Tazake sake in its original form? I guess it means it's only available at Imadeya 🤣. Celebrate new store openings: ㊗️ New Imanaya store in Nagoya🆕! We can buy brands that have not been available in the Nagoya area until now. We consumers are thankful for this, But other liquor stores may not like it 🤢🤢. So we chose Kenkunichi, the first one in the Tokai region ✨. It has a taste that doesn't interfere with meals as a food sake. On the other hand, it has a wonderful sweet-amami acidity that can also be enjoyed on its own ✨. I haven't tried it, but I have a feeling it would be great warmed up 😋!

Aiyama🌾 No matter what kind of sake rice is used, the balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is the selling point of Yamagata Masamune. I thought Yamagata Masamune's selling point was its balance of sweetness, flavor and acidity no matter what sake rice is used, This one has a full-bodied sweetness that comes out in full force. Especially when the temperature rises: ⤴︎⤴︎ A little too sweet for me personally😅.

our sake🍶. Wakanami's local limited edition sake? Recommended by Toroki Sake Shop ✨. I heard they only distribute to about 2 stores. But it's made in August... I hope it sells well 😅. It has a dry taste that is not typical of Yamada-Nishiki ✨. It goes well as a food sake 😋.

Limited to the warehouse ✨ Visit to the brewery in Jiran 🍶. Choice of raw sake only available at this time of the year 🤣. It has a sweet taste with a hint of bubbles. The sweetness is not dull and is nicely wrapped up ✨. We also bought a bottle of Philando at the brewery. I encountered a restaurant serving this in Sapporo this spring at an astonishing price per glass. I had the experience of encountering a restaurant that offered this at an astonishing price per glass in Sapporo this spring, I asked the brewer, "Is there such a thing as this top shelf sake?" 😅. By the way, Philando only has this hi-iri and nama sake, It is sold at a fair price as you can see in the 4th picture🤣.

New brew✨ For lunch we went to Drive-in Tori in Saga 🐓. We had a lot of fresh 🐓 at a reasonable price 😋. After lunch, we went to Yamada Sake Shop 🚗 near 🐓. No complaints from the family here since we filled our bellies 🤣. Yamada Sake Shop focuses on local Saga sake, Yamada Sake Shop has a great selection of local Saga sake and other famous sake from all over the country ✨I'm jealous... They even have Nabesama Black Label 🤣. I hear it sells well to Koreans. The new Tasake sake I bought here ✨. Every time I open the bottle, it releases a "pshu" gas. It's very tasty and you won't get tired of drinking it 😋.

Yamada Nishiki🌾 A little family trip to Kyushu: ✈️ First thing I did was to go to Hisaya Sake Shop near Fukuoka Airport. but my family booed 👎. But I'm not discouraged, I'm going to visit a few more liquor stores 🤣. This is from Kobayashi Shuzo Honten, which brews Hakata no Mori, This is a PB product of Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which brews Hakata no Mori, and Hisaya, which is a distributor in the same area ✨. I think 🤣. The flavor profile is pretty well defined ◎. I had a 300ml just to see how it tastes, I was just going to try the 300ml for the time being, but I regretted it 🤣.

First Nave of the season: ❣️ The 🟠 is Gohyakumangoku🌾. I've always had a light and pale taste, This season is rather tangy and spicy ✨. The 🟣 is my original, but I think the 🟠 is my favorite. Tokujun 🟢, Omachi 🟥, and Kitashizuku 💧 are also hard to dismiss. are also hard to throw away. I like them all after all 🤣.
