Beautiful 👯‍♀️ Yuki no Bijin ❄️ which was highly recommended by Mr. Nocchi. I bought it for the first time. It's been 4 years since I've had a whole bottle of Akita Sake Komachi. I found it to be a good one ✨ for a mealtime drink. It's not too sweet and the acidity makes it easy to drink 😋.

Yamahie Nishiki🌾 First time drinking before dawn🌄. This is so delicious! 1,540 yen for Yamae Nishiki & Ginjo-Polished, a super deal 🤣. I thought it would be sweet because of Yamae Nishiki, but it was surprisingly dry, It's surprisingly dry. It's refreshing and crisp ✨. Shinshu sake is great after all 🍶.

CRAFT SAKE🍶. A rare bottle given to me by my boss 🍾. I didn't know about it until I poured it, I didn't know until I poured it, but it has red grape juice concentrate in it, It was a liquid with the color of diluted red wine 😅. The main taste... First shot of new brew 1️⃣ A lifetime of youth brewed by Tenmei's Akebono brewery: ☀️ Less sweet than Tenmei, more for a food sake. While still feeling the freshness of new sake, I have a feeling the flavor will increase with aging 😋. Washin seems to be the one I gave to my parents. I have no memory of it 🤔. I wonder if I would give such an expensive one to my parents. It was delicious, dry and refreshing, just like Niigata 😋.

First time for you to visit Sogetsu 🍶. Tochigi sake has 36 CIs of Senkou out of 44 CIs. The rest are Houou Mita? In other words, this may be my first Tochigi sake other than the two major Tochigi sake 🤣. The reason for this was a strong recommendation from a waiter at Hiwaya. This was a great decision 😋. I'm not really impressed with "Gohyakumangoku" hiyaoroshi. I don't have much of an impression of hiyaoroshi, I'm not too impressed with Gohyakumangoku, but the lightness of Gohyakumangoku and the ripeness of hiyaoroshi I feel like it's a nice salty combination ✨.
