Gannetto's Dragonfly (Ornithorhynchus ornithorhynchus) I asked a local what sake he recommended and he said Kurozaemon. It seems to be from the Gazan style brewery. Sweet and refreshing. Good to drink chilled ✨. The third picture is a sake shop I happened to find near the inn. Of course I went there. They were selling Jyushidai at a surprising price 😱. I wish they would stop pre-pricing in a sake shop...

magic slash🧞. I traveled to Yamagata ✈️ I was impressed by the many rice paddies surrounded by mountains. No wonder they make delicious 🌾 and 🍶✨. I got this Hatsuson from the local supermarket. It has a slight tangy taste as if it is a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast, It has a slight tangy taste like a sake yeast yeast yeast, and it is very drinkable to the extent that it is called "honkaku" (dry). The third and fourth pictures are from the menu at the bar of the inn. I thought I might be able to find a bottle of Jyushiyo or Asahitaka but the price is quite expensive😅. Asahitaka is more expensive by the bottle than by the glass 😅. 🤣🤣

Umamama super dry 🦋 It's more like a mellow summer sake with less sweetness than dry. I wondered if it would go well with warabimochi (rice cakes). I thought it would go well with warabimochi, but the warabimochi was also not very sweet and subtle 😅. I think it would be the best match with sashimi 😋.

Black Label 🐦‍⬛ A local sake we drank in Matsuyama 🍶. Well-balanced sweetness, flavor, and acidity, perfect as a food sake 😋. The third one is a dashiwari (soup stock) sake from a different restaurant. I ordered it just to try it out, but it had a unique taste.... I ordered 🍢 and 🍶 separately, I ordered both separately and put them in my mouth to make my own original dashiwari.... I guess I'm a cheapskate... 🤣. The 4th picture was taken out of pity for such stinginess. The fourth one is an advertisement for investment in a brewery 💸.

Gold Award Winner🥇. It beat out Jikin from the same prefecture to win the gold medal. That must be great 🤣. Yamadanishiki, but the sweetness is moderate, It has a clear outline of umami and strength. It is very drinkable and delicious 😋.

Old castle brocade My drinking buddy, a younger guy, said this is the No.1 rice wine ✨. So we decided to have a bottle, which we don't usually buy 🍻! It is less sweet than the Nebuta I had the other day, It's less sweet than the Nebuta we had the other day, so it's easy to drink as a food sake 😋. The other sake I drank, Kin🪲, was very smooth, The other Kin🪲 was soggy and had a controlled lactic acidity, perfect for the hot summer ✨. The instrumental alternatives were used for the hops. Sorachi Ace enhanced the beer-like flavor 🍿.

Gyakumangoku and Ginpu🌾. Going to Echizen every year for swimming: ⛱️ Beer in the morning is the best 😀. In the evening, we opened a bottle of Kuroryu because of the Fukui connection. Gohyakumangoku continues to be crisp and dry. The Ginpu is crisp with a touch of sweetness. Both are delicious 😋.

Cycle rosso🔄. Light sweetness. It is 13 degrees if you look at it carefully. And it is a sake yeast. I don't feel it's too much like a sake yeast yeast. After a week, the sweetness starts to fade away. ⤵︎ The liquor store said it would lose its sweetness after a week, so it was right to drink it up ✅.

assemblage Rigel purchased the wine during his visit to the brewery 🍶 and we got to drink it 😋. and we were allowed to drink it 😋. All I could come out with was "it's the usual sambudo" 😅. On this day, Rigel, Sawaya, Kaki-numa, Sake Base, Imaiya, and Kaki-numa, Sake Base, and Imadeya, We went to the rumored 7-Eleven @ Tsudanuma for a liquor store tour 🚙. The third picture is a 5 shaku sake cup sold on 7/11. It's too thin and I'm going to break it in a toast 🤣. The 4th picture is Rigel's favorite restaurant 🍻. The Takezuru was very rich 😋.
