Neither my brother nor my parents drink much alcohol. When I go back to my hometown, the extra alcohol I have is what I drink for dinner 😄. This is a sake that my brother got from his friend. It was delicious and easy to match with meals.

I was lucky enough to be able to buy a bottle at the right time to put it on the store shelves. It had been sitting in the cellar for a while, but now it's time to open the bottle. I took my time to savor it and drink it. It's not easy to buy, so it's hard to decide when to drink it.
