Yamazan, Dashimaki and Yakitori Yamazan is delicious! I love Nagano sake! It is the same sake as Shinshu Kamerei from Ueda. I'll have to check out Yamasan when I go to Ueda! Rice: Yamae-Nishiki Alcohol content: 15 Rice polishing ratio: 40

Rice：Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15 I like the chiri-chiri-gassiness 😊. Is it because of the color of the label? The 🍇-like sweetness and gentle sourness was a lingering taste 🎵.

We went to Fukushima to see watasuge (cotton grass) on Mt. After descending the mountain, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) where the fish looked delicious. The sashimi and dishes were delicious, The sake went down very well! After climbing a mountain, the drinks go round and round 😂. We finished up early and had a good night's sleep!

I didn't drink sake in the beginning of June because I was back home, so I haven't drank sake in a while 🍶. I opened a bottle of my favorite sake, Tasake. I opened a bottle of my favorite Tasake ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. It's a beautiful sake that goes down so smoothly 😋. I drank too much since Monday 🙃. Rice: Akita Sake Komachi Alcohol content: 16%.
