Sake brewed with Tochigi rice, Otani River subsoil water, and Tochigi yeast.
This is all you need.
A faint golden color, with a strong rice flavor when served lukewarm.

Thank you for your comments, Jay & Nobby! Unfortunately, there were not so many autumn leaves yet, since we were only sightseeing around Toshogu Shrine, but it was a very nice trip. Nikko Honor, it was delicious.

When I go for a drive in Tochigi Prefecture, I always buy a bottle of Tochigi's local sake!
The aroma is mild, with a hint of ginjo aroma and sweetness, but it is rather light and dry.
