I've been wanting to drink Shinoho 🤔 now that I think about it, it's a totally different kanji, but I bought it by mistake😅.
So this is my first time at Shigemasu 🤗.

Yes, the aroma is sweet ☺️
I'll take a sip...! Sweet? Or is it bitter?
It's mild on the palate, but it's quite bitter, and at first we both agreed that it's bitter 😗.
But as we drank more and more, we could feel the bitterness moderately 😚 We said we would drink it slowly, but it was so good that we finished it right away 😋.

After leaving Okada Sake Brewery, we walked for about 20 minutes in the heat ☀️ with no one else on the road 💦family of four 🥵 and finally reached Sotaike Brewery 😮💨
After entering and looking around, we tasted three bottles of Sanbana! The first was the sweet "Hana-Sanran" with apple aroma, followed by the sour "Howa Howa" that we had previously enjoyed, and finally the "Honjozo" which was served warm and was all delicious!
We didn't buy anything at the pottery market, but my daughter somehow bought two boar cups and gave them to me as a gift 🥹.
Now let's go back to Utsunomiya and finish up ‼️ and we were off on our way again 🤗.

This is another sake connection 😁Shigemasu is a major sake in Fukuoka and I used to drink it a lot 🤤.
It's like a Kyushu sake, it's very complex and delicious 🍶 I recommend ☺️ nigori and others 🍶.
