On Tuesday, I had a long meeting and was going to be home late, so I said to Nobby, "Go ahead and eat! I sent a line to Nobby and he replied "I'll worry if you don't raise sakekawa 🤔I was thinking of drinking it today 😋" ‼️
Nobby is a person who thinks about Sake-no-wa as the center of his life 😆 If that's the case, I have to hurry 😤 and I finished my work with a full head and left the office and went home 💨 as if running away.
You can do it if you try 😆.
I've got to make a quick decision on what to drink, so I look in the fridge and decide on Mutsu Hachisen Red Label that caught my eye.

The red label made me think of a dry sake, but the aroma is kind of gorgeous and sweet ☺️
I took a sip and found it to be very fresh! Sweet but not dull, fruity, light, sweet and bitter delicious‼️
Thinking back... I felt like I've had this before 😊I looked back at my review and saw that I had a fire-brewed bottle at last summer's Kenmin Kai.
When I looked at my summary review, I saw "with Tsumami 😊" No, that's all ⁉️ messy~~!
I looked at Kotori's review and she said "sweet and fruity, with a gorgeous fruity impression".....................................great work 👍
I wrote it down correctly this time, so it is firmly etched in my memory that Mutsu Hachisen red is sweet and fruity 😚.
