rhinoceros beetle (esp. the Japanese rhinoceros beetle, Trypoxylus dichotomus)
This is the first "Kabutomushi" since the return to Edo.
Expectations are naturally high for a reunion after a long absence 🍶.
When poured into a glass, it has a slight yellowish hue.
The aroma gives a refreshing impression of both sweetness and sourness.
In the mouth, a firm acidity spreads first, followed by a crisp finish.
Overall, the wine is very light and not tiring to drink.
The acidity has a clear profile, making it a perfect bottle for hot weather.
The new "Kabutomushi" after the return of Edo is still delicious 😋🍶.
Hello Choro 😃
I like the freshness of the beetles 🌈 seen at this time of the year! It's a reunion 🥹 with sake back in Edo 🤗, heart shaking goodness, isn't it?

Good evening😊
Thank you for your comment!
I would love to drink Beetle every year!
I actually have a lot of photos that I drank and haven't been able to upload, so please forgive the staggered posting 💦.
I drank a stag beetle, but no pictures!
No, no, this is the golden stag beetle and I drank the stag beetle too lol!
Refreshing, light and goes well with cheese!
I can gobble it up and it's dangerous✨ lol!
It's nice to drink with everyone around....
