It feels light. The sweetness is also felt, but it is not bland and has a firm outline. The sourness spreads afterwards, but it is mild and not so much that it is perceived as sour. It has a 🥝y feel to it.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
This is a sake to keep chilled in summer 🍶.
It has a low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius and a low alcohol content of -13 degrees Celsius. Not too sweet, not too sour, easy to drink.
