Hiraizumi Yamahai Junmai Marubi
No.77 nigori sake 720ml.
The nigori matches the grapefruit-like acidity.
The nigori matches the grapefruit-like acidity and is really delicious. ❤️
It's a Yamahai, but it's fruity and great.
Pale, apple-like aroma.
It contains fruity rice.
Although it is said to have been aged for three years, it is so transparent that one does not feel it.
It is fresh and the acidity is modest as if it is blended in.
It has a subtle sense of body.
It has a profoundly beautiful taste.
4.5/5 for my favorite.
Banana aroma even before drinking. LOL It has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it has been aged. The sweetness is quite rich (not thick, but tasty) and the aftertaste is slightly acidic ......, which gives it an extra young banana feel. Interesting.
