This is a reconstruction support sake planned by the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations to raise funds for 11 sake breweries that were severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

Aroma reminiscent of green apple and young melon, light and fresh on the palate, with a soft sweetness and umami. Medium to slightly dry. As soon as it is swallowed, it has a sharp acidity like after biting into a lemon, and again the umami flavor fills the mouth. It is a refreshing and delicious sake that keeps the cup going.
It has an atmosphere similar to that of Lion's Village, and it is a delicious sake that you can drink with peace of mind!
