Camp Liquor (2) 🏕️
After drinking Yoshino River,
Edamame Garlic,
Chicken skin ponzu salad,
salmon and mushroom rice,
and beer 🍺.
After 5 bottles of beer,
I've been really into Aizu Chusho since last year 😆.
Yes, it's delicious with great flavor ‼️
Hiyaoroshi's unique dryness goes well with camping. ❤️
I don't have a picture of it, but I paired it with some grilled swordfish over a campfire and it's great 😆 The unique smokiness of the bonfire matches the karei of hiyaoroshi 💪.
On the way home, we finished the camp with tsukemen at Katsuryu, a tsukemen restaurant that has several branches in Ibaraki Prefecture 🍜.
Last year I was so busy with work that I almost didn't get to camp, so I hope to do a little more this year 😆.
Good evening, Manachie 😊Great campsite ✨I'm going camping next week too and was wondering what to eat, but after Manachie's review I decided on the autumn swordfish and hiyayoroshi sake 🤩.
Good evening, Yuki-san 🌇I see you are camping next week 😆I am looking forward to camp sake✌️ please cook the autumn swordfish on the fire 🔥It's difficult to control the heat, but it's different from charcoal fire 🔥.
I thought Aizu Nakasyo was a modern type of sake, but this Junmai is a gentle classic type.
It tastes great chilled or lukewarm to hot for a very soft and gentle taste! Perfect for this time of year!
It is perfect for this time of the year!
Sake from Aizu is still delicious.
Sake we received as a gift from our hometown.
Accompanied by pickled herring with Japanese pepper.
Well-balanced sake.
It has a refreshing mouthfeel with a fruity sweetness and a good presence of crispness.
It is a sake that seems to be versatile enough to be matched with autumnal foods.
Accompanied by boiled octopus tempura

🍶The cool appearance, lovely goldfish picture, and swetly delicious memories. That is exactly how it gently soothed me during my relaxing time on a hot summer day.

🍶It is refreshing and goes well with meals. Shiitake mushrooms go well with it.
You can really taste the flavor of the rice.
Mild acidity and sweetness.
It was drier than I expected.
It goes well with meals.
Today I served it with octopus sashimi and wasabi shellfish.
