Comparison of four new types of sake from Fukushima (1)
Tsurunoe Shuzo's "Aizu Chusho" Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
The rice used is Gohyakumangoku.
It has a strong taste with an AL of 17 degrees and a fruity, fresh aroma of melon😌 and melon🍈, and a dry taste.
It has a nice rice aroma that lingers in the nose with a tangy aftertaste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku!
The second shot of the New Year!
We had it last year and we will have it again this year.
It is fresh and refreshing in a good way, and goes well with meals. (personal opinion).
.
Fukushima sake was also available 🙌!
I've been drinking Aizu Nakasyo as a food sake, but this Hatsu Shibori-Unfiltered Nama has a fruity aroma and freshness that makes it freshly pressed and lively 👍✨.
And the slightly dry taste goes well with a meal. ‼️👌👌
There's no reason why it wouldn't go well with today's appetizer of Seiko Crab and Milt Tempura: ☝️
Hi N.E. 😃I drank this last year and all of the Aizu Nakasho are delicious ❗️ They go well with meals, so I think they would be a bad choice to pair with such an extravagant meal 🤤.
Hello, Manachie!
Aizu Nakasyo (Tsurunoe Sake Brewery) is a little bit minor, but I can recommend their sake for its honest quality and good balance: ☝️
The first shibori was delicious, even with a pinch of salt 😋.
