How about drinking a summer-only sake in October?
The alcohol content is 14 degrees, which is slightly low, and the gentle feeling is undeniable.
It does not have a strong character, and is very soft and easy to drink, with a firm acidity that makes it a very summery sake.
The label is also very summery!
As expected from Fukushima, as expected from Aizu!
I will get it again next year. (I will get it again next year (in the summer!).
No tanginess
Sweetness and richness
Solid, firm, and pleasant to drink.
Good sharpness with little aftertaste
Tastes just the way I like it
Serve with Ahi Giochi
The taste is mellowed and the buttery aroma of the baguette is strongly felt.
Hikaru-kun's Restaurant Third Cup
Ordered the Aizu Chusho, which I was curious about when I saw it on the fridge.
Maybe it was because I saw it on Kazuhiko Ota's show a few days ago
It has a calm taste that is typical of hiyaoroshi.
It has a nice body and is well matured.
It seems to have been aged in a tank at room temperature.
Not "tasty" but "delicious" sake!
It can be served cold, but I would rather drink it at room temperature with a cup of tea.
At Sumiyoshi
With good Junmai and Yakitori.
Long time no see Aizu Nakasho.
The sweetness of the rice spreads like a melon on the palate.
The second half is sharp and finishes well,
It is dry and easy to drink. Delicious.
It goes well with meals and is also great when served warm.
