It's been a while since I've had a sake from Fukushima, and make no mistake, Aizu Nakasyo is the first sake I've had.
It has a melon-like greenish sweetness, and since it is a draft sake, it has a very sake-like and voluptuous taste.
Good sake makes a weekday evening feel luxurious.

So I went to Ashinomaki Onsen in Aizu this weekend to rest my bones 😌.
The sake I brought with me was, of course, Aizu Chusho Natsu Gin🍉 from Aizu.
The refreshing sweetness and lightness of the sake is exactly what summer is all about 😋🎐.
But since I had it with an empty glass after dinner, I wanted to drink it with snacks 🙄.

And the last one is the "Aizu Yamashio Chashu-men" I had for lunch at the Uende main restaurant.

Hi N.E., I like Aizu Chusho at the hot springs in Aizu. I stopped by Uen on my last trip to Aizu and got soy sauce. The salt looks delicious too. I must go there again.

The label is cute. Maybe it's because I'm drinking it while looking at the label, but the taste is delicious, with a refreshing, easy-going freshness. The aroma is mild.
This brand was introduced in 1977 and named after Masayuki Hoshina, the first lord of the Aizu domain, whose official rank was "lieutenant general.
In 2021, Yuri Hayashi, the seventh generation head of the brewery and the toji (female toji), will officially take over the brewery, and is currently promoting sake brewing from a woman's perspective while strengthening hygiene.

The name sounds very strong, but in fact it is easy to drink with its melon-like aroma, refreshing acidity and clean taste.
