Last year? (I'm sure I'm mistaken.) It's a different image from the Aizu Nakasyo I drank last year.

At the banquets I organize at work, I give an allowance to those who bring in their own sake. A bottle I want other colleagues to try. A bottle I want to drink with them. I want to cherish that thought and the spirit of self and others co-prosperity.

Tonight's summer sake is "Aizu Nakasyo" 😋.
A refreshing ginjo-shu with low alcohol content 🤔.
The palate has a firm rice flavor and sweetness.
It has a sharpness that can be felt as spiciness afterwards.
We had it with tomatoes, grilled chicken and shishito peppers, and ponzu vinegar with green chili peppers 😆😆.
