Sweet, tasty, bitter, and dry
When I lived in Aizu, I used to drink it if I was in a drinking party, but rarely in other areas, but it is there!
Taste of youth
When is the next time?
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 16%.
Made with Yamadanishiki from Aizu, it has an aroma and taste with the sweetness of the core of rice.
Chicken nabe today, of course, is the best combination of nabe and local sake.
Very refreshing, maybe a little spicy.
Tastes like sake
This Junmai Ginjo is brewed with up to 55% Yumen no Kaori, Fukushima Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, and brewed with Utsukushima Yume Yeast, and is a Junmai Ginjo that is thoroughly Fukushima Prefecture-branded. It has a clean, refreshing aroma and a sharp, crisp, well-balanced taste.

It's been a while since I've checked in at Aizu Nakasho, but I've had a lot of drinks at this restaurant's event in September 😀.
But this is my first time at this kind of Nakasho
So, I'm looking forward to some peculiar heated sake!
The aroma has a twang of alcohol, but depending on the dish it's paired with, it may seem sweeter.
According to the menu, it is a rich, dense, full-bodied sake.
My old eyes can't read whether it's dense or honey, but it's more like honey than dense.
It is delicious with a sense of body and a deep sweetness.
As expected of Nakasho, it is delicious!
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I drank 500 😅 on the same day, I also drank last year's first sake that had been laid down for more than a year, and it was delicious! I recommend Aizu Nakasho!
