The label looked cool and I bought the jackets. I also had a good image of Aizu Chusho, which I drank in the past.
I thought the taste was exactly as described on the back label. But the taste on my tongue is not watermelon, it's ramune. And it's alsobe. It's a good sake, light and loosely intoxicating.

Koganezawa Summer Sake Tama Hibiki
Sweet and easy to drink
Maybe the best hit of today's sake tasting set!
I chose 3 different kinds and got one as a freebie, but I liked the freebie the best lol!
Refreshing aroma with a strong sweetness...
Gentle richness and sweetness when drinking. There is no sourness. Almost no rice taste.
It seems to be well polished.
Anyway, it gives the impression of being "gentle".
It does not have a strong aroma, nor does it have any harshness or stinginess.
I told the proprietress of the sake shop what I liked and she chose this sake for me.
It was a hit. Thanks to the proprietress!
One of the last two bottles selected at a well-known liquor store 😄.
This is a cosy summer-only sake brewed with rice from Fukushima Prefecture and polished to 55%.
Fresh and refreshing fruity aroma on the nose, pale sweetness like greenish watermelon and rice flavor on the palate, soft mouthfeel with low alcohol content, and a clean and crisp finish 😋.
It is a perfect bottle to soothe your body during this hot and humid season!
