This is my first sake.
It has acidity and is delicious, with only a hint of spiciness.
I would like to taste how it changes after a few days.
Today's beer,
Kinmugi dark lager.
It has a strong bitter taste, and it goes down your throat a bit like a habit.
I opened one can early.
That's a proof of its taste.
Sweet aroma. Cream, rice. Slight acidity is banana, pear type mellow.
Sweet & tasty rice. The acidity is thick like a sweet yogurt drink.
A little bit cloudy. The aftertaste is sharp and dry, bitter and savory.
☀️
A cloudy color like a sports drink or ⚪️
Sweetness. It is pineapple🍍 sweetness ☺️
And the rice flavor works 🌾.
The sweetness was amplified when combined with salted fish and plum crystals🤗.

Pair it with mackerel simmered in miso. It is a good match.
It has a fruity aroma, sweetness, umami, and good sharpness. It seems to go well with sweet and tasty dishes rather than light dishes.
My own standard
Thank you very much for your kindness.
A regular(?) customer next door shared some sake with us. I was given a bottle of sake by one of the regular(?) customers next door.
I checked it out and found out that it is a pretty good sake.
It was a cold day, so it soaked through my body! ⛄️🍶
It has a sweet taste that is enhanced by the sweetness of the sake!
The beach roasted shellfish x zosui, which was so delicious that I was already in raptures... 😮💨
Let's go back to Tohoku again from Kyushu!
Fukushima sake 3rd category 👀.
Aizu Nakasyo since Kiri 4300.
We are lucky because we don't have a chance to meet it very often. ✌️
Nice aroma and a little dry!
Pair it with natto omelette!
You've extended the all-you-can-drink time, master!

Fukushima Prefecture Aizu Nakasyo Junmai Ginjo
Tsurunoe Shuzo
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15
Sake degree +2
Acidity 1.5
Rice: 100% Yumenokou
Nearly colorless crystal with a sense of transparency.
First impression of the aroma is mild
Banana, green apple, white dumpling
First impression of the taste is moderately fruity and umami
Elegant sweetness, smooth acidity, and a strong bitterness.
Well-balanced and easy to drink with just the right amount of ginjo aroma
A pleasant lingering aftertaste
The bitterness with a slight presence disappears when heated, which is good for me personally.
I have heard that "Junmai" is even better, so I will try that next time!
