The time-consuming and labor-intensive tank pressing process is said to result in a clear sake with no cloying taste.
Fresh and clear impression reminiscent of kiwi fruits, green apples, and green fruits.
Mild sweetness spreads in the mouth
and ends with acidity and a slight bitterness.
It is a delicious sake that is elegant and clear, but also has a slightly strong alcohol taste.
To those on the Sea of Japan side, our deepest sympathies for a very hard winter with lots of snow.
Our deepest sympathies go out to all of you on the Sea of Japan coast.
I bought this sake when I went to Tsurunoe Sake Brewery on my way back from a trip to Fukushima. It is refreshing, but has a strong rice flavor and a rather strong aftertaste, but not unpleasant! Delicious.
Alcohol content: 17
Rice used:Undisclosed
Rice polishing ratio:60
The aroma is rather subdued.
The taste is rich but dry, due in part to the slightly high alcohol content of the sake.
The mouthfeel is quite fruity at first, but that soon wears off.
Because of its solidity, it can be enjoyed with dry food alone.
The first Shibori of Aizu Nakasyo, my favorite Aizu sake for the past two years....
The third picture is a masturbation fat that MAJ gave me: ❤️
And the fourth picture is a sea cucumber sent from my parents' house: ❤️
Ona Fat and sea cucumber, mmmm, so erotic 🤣.
Oh, it's not a sea cucumber, it's a big sausage 🤣.
But this sausage is totally aimed at you 🤣.
The smell is like lime + melon?
Nice aroma 😆.
The attack is melon-like flavor, but then the sourness comes and turns into apple-like flavor.
Finishes with a sugary sweetness on the tongue and a light astringency!
Too good. ☝️ I knew I like Aizu Nakasho👍
The astringency goes well with the meatiness and spiciness of the sausage, and with sea cucumbers you can drink it forever 🍶.
Good evening, Hanapin-san 🌇❗️ hard to comment ⁉️ that's a compliment 🤣‼️
Aizu Chusho is seriously good! The Uekiya limited edition black label is excellent😍.
Fukushima is the most common prefecture on Sake-no-Wawa's map of Japan. Aizu Nakasyo is a very favorite sake brewery in Aizu. Still, this was the first time I got a bottle of Nama-shu (raw sake). It had a slight seme smell, which was a very nice addition to the flavor. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The alcohol content is a bit strong at 17 degrees, but that's also to my liking.
Sorry to be so bossy, but Fukushima, and even more so Aizu, is the best. Akabeko is cute. Next week I will go to Hamadori!
I won't miss Kimi's melon-type ginjo aroma! Excellent 👏.
From there comes a pear/peach type soft sweetness, richness and a bit of bitterness. I would say it has a sharpness that doesn't linger, but I personally have a child's tongue, so I'm at that age (?) where the bitters that linger on the back of my tongue are really bothering me. I'm not sure if it's good that it's not sticky, though. But I guess it is good that it is not sticky. It's important to put together with bitters 🍶.
Strong melon-type ginjo aroma. And a hint of sweetness.
It's a good first drink.
I've been drinking a lot of characteristic sake lately, so I like this kind of sake once in a while.
