I had thought that the Aizu lieutenant general was Lord Yoho, but he is Masayuki Hoshina. He was the first lord of the Aizu domain who established the Aizu family code of loyalty to the Tokugawa family.
Is the aroma melon? 🍈.
When you include it, it is sizzling, mild melon. A little bit of magic inkiness is also felt. After mixing, the magic is reduced and it is clear rice. Delicious.
As the day goes by, there is almost no magic ink, a bit of bubbles, rich sweetness comes for a moment, and then it is gentle and refreshing.
After a few more days, the bubbles disappear and it becomes smooth. A little bitterness from the rice flavor. A fresh flavor like that of rumune is felt on the back side. This makes it easy to drink.
It is a delicious sake that is very drinkable and fulfills my desire for Fukushima sake 🍶.
