I liked the one I had earlier, so I ordered something similar and this is what they recommended. It is true that it is not too sweet, but I think I drank it in the wrong order. If I may say so, it is a little more robust than the previous one, so this one is better to go with food.
Not too sweet, not too spicy, alcoholic? but a natural aftertaste. Gentle and mild. It is not very impressive, but it is an easygoing sake. I will try it again.

(1) is Jun Dai, so it was a quick sip!
(2) is also delicious. 👍️
I thought it was a little pale for an orikagami, but it was +10 dry 🤔.
I got it after I was quite drunk, so I don't remember much & it wasn't a comparison 🤣.
We received this as a souvenir from Nanoha's trip to Aizu. We went to the brewery to have it.
It has little sweetness and a lot of acidity, and since it is nigori sake, it seems to be mellow if you drink it on the rocks. I drank it straight.
