I missed the shuwashu. I chose a sparkling nigori. Beautiful standing. Shuwataro! Foaming! Nigori! The bottle was opened without difficulty, probably because it was well chilled. I was wondering about the Toro of the Schwattro, but it was more refreshing than Toro! Huh? Pouring it into a glass, it was a solid white, and the taste in the mouth was dry? I wouldn't go so far as to say it was dry, but it wasn't sweet. On the contrary, it tingled. I drank it all up deliciously.

Today is also my first sake from the brewery. It doesn't say "orikagara" but it is cloudy! I wonder if it is orikara, Fine bubbles in the glass. Delicious! It's not labeled "orikagara," but it made me want to try a regular one! I wish I could review the taste a little more, but it's good to remember if I liked the sake or not 😅.

Spring-like pink label. I guess I could wear short sleeves today. Just when I thought spring had arrived, it will be back to winter tomorrow...I hate cold weather. My wife made oysters marinated in oil, which I read about in dancyu. It was delicious. The sake tasted very refreshing and very good!
