Mutsu Hachisen! It was supposed to be deliciously sweet, but the label says it is super spicy. When I poured it into a glass and drank it, I felt more sharpness than sweetness. As one would expect from a sake labeled "super-harsh.

Not much to drink in Wakayama Prefecture. Among them, Kurumizaka ranks among my favorites. It is an ogara-mi Junmai. It is a very rice-like orikara! The taste is very robust! Now that I'm on vacation, I'm going to drink it every day from now on!

My favorite Saga sake. Plus Orikagarami. Closed from today! I'm going to drink with all my might! And.... First, I drank the top clear liquid of the nigori type. You can taste a little bit of sweetness. After mixing and drinking, I felt a little tangy. I wonder if I'm mistaken. Sweet ❗️

A bottle I wanted to try. I got it at a different liquor store than usual. As with yesterday, there is a series of sake that looks like a surname, The sake rice is sake musashi from Saitama Prefecture. So that's why it's called Rokusanshi. Even if you tell me the rice, I can't tell the difference 🤷‍♂️.

My favorite Naraman, long time no see. And, it's Orikagarami! The alcohol content is 17°! It must have been expensive, I drank it so smoothly that I didn't feel the high degree of alcohol content. The sashimi of a rare kipper was served as a snack.

Purchased at an antenna store. If it is not labeled with ruby, it is unreadable. I guessed the taste was classical from the label. I guessed it would be classical. It is not classical, but has an easy-drinking fruity taste on top. But it is 17 degrees! I was drunk.

Nouveau again today: ‼️ This seems to be the first time to drink Hachisen's nouveau. The supernatant gives a hint of umami-sweet Kei. When I mixed it and drank it, it was not that sweet and seemed dry. The drink went on and on, and I tried my hand at the next one, but it sank after a little bit of drinking. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll drink it again tomorrow!

This Fukuoka sake, recommended by a liquor store I started going to a few months ago. I've been trying to find a place to drink it for a couple of months now, I like it. It's gentle and my favorite. I think it is not so sweet. Best with nigori!

It's been a long time since Eiko-Fuji. I thought there was no Hibiki Mei before, maybe. It is labeled as Junmai sake, but I think all Eiko Fuji's are Daiginjyo. It is a strange image. The taste is not sweet but dry. It has a sharp taste.
