On New Year's Eve, I met this Kagatobi nigori sake at Haneda Airport and bought it because I had never had nigori sake from Kagatobi before. I drank Miyazumi's nigori a year ago and enjoyed it! I was able to get it again this year! Delicious! The cork opened just as vigorously as last year! I thought I would be able to drink the supernatant, but it turned into a snow globe as soon as the bottle was opened, so I could not drink the supernatant. The bottle was automatically expanded, and when it settled down, I poured it into a glass. It was unconditionally delicious!

Tengu Mai! I've mumbled that I find Yamahai heavy and tend to avoid it, but not if it's nigori. The bottle is beautiful! First, when I poured it, it was beautifully cloudy. I couldn't tell how cloudy it was in the blue bottle, The first sip tasted clean, with a slight sourness and a sharpness. It was hard to believe that the alcohol content was 13%.
