Shigemasu no Yamekoto Hajime#2-2
82% polished sake with 16% alcohol 🍶.
The top aroma is a modest sweet aroma.
In the mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel for a low-polished sake.
It has a gentle, full-bodied sweetness and umami that is typical of Shigemasu.
It was quite delicious ✨🍶.
The third and fourth photos are of Shigemasu in Yame City, which I visited on a trip to Fukuoka in April.
Except for the building just inside the gate, it looked like an ordinary food factory 😌.

It was the day of the Dodgers' victory ‼️, but work was going to be very late on such a day 😓 so we had to call in for the weekend to celebrate 🥲, but that work was postponed to the next day so we could get home early enough 🙂.
I had called to tell them I would be home late, so we decided to have a light meal... but since we were going to be there, we decided to have a light dinner 😙!
We have a history with Shinomine...oh...it's Shigemasu 🤗! It's Mr. Shigemasu!
This can't be mistaken for Shinomine, but you can't tell it's Shigemasu either 🤔This was Shigemasu's ambition 😆.
