After the Daiginjo, we had this sake 🍶♪ It is a slightly dry sake, so it is light and refreshing, but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice. I thought it was a perfect match for the oily soup of the motsu nabe and the champon noodles we had as a finale.

Clean at first, then full-bodied! Fruity and sweet. The aftertaste is a bit bitter and the alcohol is not too strong. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. App♩Sake rice is 100% Gin no Sato from Yame which is local brewery. This year study sake brewing rice too! 1 day passed, change to firm sweet taste! Alcohol feeling is gone, a little fresh impression⁉︎

On the last day of the consecutive holidays, I felt like Fukuoka all at once from Akita! We enjoyed Fukuoka sake with motsu nabe and mentaiko (cod roe) as a side dish. The sake was well chilled and refreshing, with a crisp and refreshing taste.

Kills with a light bitterness and acidity from the sweet fruity taste of the oli. It has a fluffy, silky sweetness that is soft on the palate. I usually don't drink nigori that often, but this one is easy to drink, with the ori adding a nice accent to the fruity flavor. It's good, but it's so sweet that you may get tired of drinking it! It was 1,500 yen for a pure large bottle, and the cost was great! Sake rice: 100% Yume-Ichiken Polishing ratio→50 Alcohol content→17 Sake meter degree→-2 to -1

It has a rich aroma reminiscent of alcohol and cheese. The mouthfeel is light like water, and it spreads in the mouth without resistance. It has a slightly spicy and sharp taste, but its soft and fruity aroma makes it an addictive sake. It is a little dry, but it is a dangerous sake that can be drunk easily. It is also a good match for a mealtime drink.

Kaku-uchi at Sake Shop Sugawara @ Hakata My wife and I had a total of 6 kinds of sake, but my favorite and most memorable was Shige Masu, the second one from the right. It was refreshingly delicious and had the refined taste of junodai.
