After the Daiginjo, we had this sake 🍶♪ It is a slightly dry sake, so it is light and refreshing, but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice. I thought it was a perfect match for the oily soup of the motsu nabe and the champon noodles we had as a finale.

Clean at first, then full-bodied! Fruity and sweet. The aftertaste is a bit bitter and the alcohol is not too strong. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. App♩Sake rice is 100% Gin no Sato from Yame which is local brewery. This year study sake brewing rice too! 1 day passed, change to firm sweet taste! Alcohol feeling is gone, a little fresh impression⁉︎

On the last day of the consecutive holidays, I felt like Fukuoka all at once from Akita! We enjoyed Fukuoka sake with motsu nabe and mentaiko (cod roe) as a side dish. The sake was well chilled and refreshing, with a crisp and refreshing taste.

This Fukuoka sake, recommended by a liquor store I started going to a few months ago. I've been trying to find a place to drink it for a couple of months now, I like it. It's gentle and my favorite. I think it is not so sweet. Best with nigori!

Purchased at a liquor store that I always used to patronize when I lived in Fukuoka At room temperature. Aroma of nuts and cooked rice, minerality. Mild on the palate The flavor of rice is well balanced. Sourness and astringency in the aftertaste.
