This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

The aroma is a fresh type of ginjo aroma 😚 The mouthfeel is soft and fruity with a soft, fizzy and fruity aroma. The sweetness and umami are moderate and cut by a refreshing acidity 🤔This was delicious 😋.

The end of the Shinshu-Hokuriku round-the-border tour is at "Kai Kaga". It is a meal. I have not drunk it yet, Lion's Village! It was a slightly spicy sake with a nice saltiness!
