A gorgeous and smooth Junmai Daiginjo.
It has an easy and clear taste. The label design is of a gloriosa flower depicted using the traditional Japanese Oyoyuzen technique. The language of flowers is "Glory" and "Splendor" The Kaga Yuzen label expresses the gorgeous taste.

Slowly and deliciously. Sweetness, acidity and umami. The strength of the lingering aftertaste. The taste is longer than the first. It has a raw, moyai-like taste. 87 points

This sake was recommended by the owner of the sake shop we usually go to! It is dry and delicious.
Ishikawa Prefecture
Noto Reconstruction Support Tsunagu Ishikawa's Sake Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 16%.
When we visited Kaga City in Ishikawa Prefecture, we found a sake to support the recovery of Noto, and we wanted to buy it.
As soon as I opened the bottle, the floral aroma was wonderful, like the honey of flowers.
In the mouth, it is full of sweetness and umami.
It has a strong aftertaste of alcohol, and is an excellent sake like a draft.
I would like to continue to support Noto.
