Noto Reconstruction Support Tsunagu Ishikawa's Sake Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 16%.
When we visited Kaga City in Ishikawa Prefecture, we found a sake to support the recovery of Noto, and we wanted to buy it.
As soon as I opened the bottle, the floral aroma was wonderful, like the honey of flowers.
In the mouth, it is full of sweetness and umami.
It has a strong aftertaste of alcohol, and is an excellent sake like a draft.
I would like to continue to support Noto.

I opened a bottle of autumn sake I bought the other day.
It is dry and a bit heavy?
I'm drinking it while eating curls (light flavor) I bought as a souvenir from a business trip to Kansai, and I think it goes surprisingly well with...

Lion's Village" is brewed by Matsuura Sake Brewery, a small sake brewery in Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture. It is often mentioned by the author as the fateful sake that inspired Seiko Yamauchi, a sake master in her own right, to become a sake writer. It is said that the production of this sake had been drastically reduced for a while, but it seems to have overcome the hardships and is now available in Tokyo.
Junmai Ginjo Orizee is a collaboration sake with Meguro sake shop Isego Honten. It has a chameleon design based on the concept of changing color with food. It is a softly sweet, modern style, but the flavor is firm yet somehow very clear. I drank it with dinner and it was gone in a few days.
According to other reviews, the taste changes a lot after the bottle is opened, so it was the right decision to drink it right away.
