First, it is served at room temperature. The top aroma is faintly that of junmai (pure rice). When you drink it, it has a sourness and dryness that is refreshing and crisp. The overtone aroma is the image of junmai. It seems to be better as a mealtime drink than as a stand-alone sake. Next, it is served warm. When warmed to lukewarm, it tasted similar to room temperature. Next, when the temperature was raised to hot, it tasted sweeter. Delicious. I recommend heating it up. Went well with homemade curry and omelette rice.
