I bought it for warming sake, so I will serve it warm. But first, it is served at room temperature. The first aroma is weak and fruity. When you drink it, it is a little sweet and a little dry. I didn't feel much of the overtone. It tastes great cold. Next, it is served lukewarm. When warmed, it became softer and sweeter. It has a gentle flavor. This is delicious. It looks good both on its own and during a meal. Since it was cold, I raised the temperature to around 50 degrees. It is easy to drink without losing the sweetness. It has a sweet and spicy taste and is good at any temperature. I drank it by itself and it went down smoothly. It's also very cost effective. I recommend drinking it lukewarm to hot. Is it similar to Genmai's Ginjo?
