The sake is made with olives from the prefectural tree and sake rice🌾, all from Kagawa.
The label is also stylish and cute😃.
Let's open the bottle! It doesn't have much of an aroma, does it?
And it's hard to say what I think.
It's not very sake like, the taste is not very good, and it needs some sweetness in the distance. There is nothing to write home about?
However, this changed as I continued to drink it while eating.
It's starting to taste good!
It's white wine-like, thin, slightly sweet, and the juiciness is kicking in!
As a result, it was delicious😋.

You know exactly what I'm talking about! Yes, it's olive yeast. I thought I would get it at Sanuki Kuraudei in Kagawa Prefecture, but the label and the appearance of the bottle attracted me 😊. 
ジェイ&ノビィIt took me about two hours to file my tax return and I was exhausted 😞 so I went to a liquor store to relieve myself.
It was recommended by the store and the atmosphere attracted me, so I took her home.
I've only had one glass of Okayama sake outside, but this was my first time drinking at home.

What? I can't feel the sourness like Senkou.
I can't taste it at all.
But it's full-bodied, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is sharp.

This is the first bottle of sake that I bought after reading the recommendation for beginners by Sakelab. As a shy person, I was very impressed with this fruity and sweet sake. My wife, who is a heavy drinker, said it was too sweet. ジェイ&ノビィMr. CHAPE, excuse me for coming here.

Well, the aroma is more sake like than Kudokigake.
It has a full-bodied sweetness with a hint of bitterness.
It's sweet, but I'll have to try another one... So, the next sake I drank was 🙄.

Before I started "Sake no Wa", I bought it at Yodogawa sake shop in Utsunomiya with Hidakami. (Kita-Akita was left over from a nearby liquor store.)
At the time, I didn't know anything about Senkou, and I drank it because it was a local sake from Tochigi, but I was shocked by the aroma when I opened the lid. When I took a sip, I was convinced that it was delicious. I was convinced. Nice work Tochigi😌!
My wife, on the other hand, took her first sip and said, "I don't think I like this.
But after eating the meat, she took a second bite and said, "Oh, it's delicious! Yeah, yeah.
I think it goes better with meat than sashimi.
