This is a collaboration sake between Shinzawa Brewery of Hakurakusei and Yamawa Brewery of Yamawa. ‼️ Both breweries make great sake, so you can bet it will be delicious 😊. Yes, it's still delicious 😋 It's moderately sweet and the umami flavor is spreading 🎵Ninzawa is a quintessential Japanese sake, good during a meal, but it can also be enjoyed on its own 😆.

Brewing Forest has changed its name to "Yuki no Mayu" ‼️ The quality of the sake may not change, but I'm tempted to try it 😁. It's not flashy but the flavor is spread out and has a good gravitas! The label says "Fireworks in winter, when the air is clear, are especially beautiful, spreading gorgeously and quickly fading away" 😋.

It's past time for a drink 🍶. We were invited to the home of our town's sake master and were treated to some wonderful sake 😆 The first bottle was "Nozomu" ❗I used to drink Nozomu, which was very dry, but this was my first nigori! The first bottle was "Nozomu" which I haven't had in a while ❗The Nozomu I had a long time ago was very dry, but this was my first nigori (nigori)! And "Hitogokochi" is good 🎵. Gentle but refreshing 😋 Goes well with food👍.
