I bought this bottle when I went to Karato Market! I get excited when I come across a sake I've never had before 🎵It's a good sake, not glamorous but well balanced with a solid flavor 😋. During the training weekend, I went to Itoshima with my fellow trainees in a rental car ❗I went to Munakata-taisha shrine after learning that my wife collects red seals! Afterwards, we went to Itoshima to have seafood bowls 🐟. We went to a place inspired by the forest in the Ghibli movie "Tonari no Totoro"! I felt like Kanta's grandmother called me! Mene~chan~chan😼!

A bottle at the Kumamoto offline meeting: ‼️ I was finally able to drink Hana no Koka, which is now only distributed in Kumamoto Prefecture ❗I was very touched 😂. It's a very drinkable sake with a nice aroma 😋. On the last day of the school trip, we drove to Aso from Kumamoto Castle, but there was a heavy fog at the mountain pass 😲 Choroki-san, you must have been nervous, I'm sorry 🙏 We gave up Aso to give priority to safety and turned around to go to Hita City in Oita Prefecture! We had the famous "Hita Yakisoba" and the noodles were delicious, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside 😋😋. I hope to go on another school trip next year 😊.

Here is one from the Kumamoto offline meeting! Another special bottle again: ‼️ It's very rare to find a commemorative sake 😆 and when it's a Kudokidokiwai, it's guaranteed to be delicious 😋. The party was still going on, but after we left the restaurant, kino.san and I somehow got separated from everyone 🤔. We had no choice but to scout around the night town of Kumamoto 👮. After that we were able to meet up safely 😉. I had Ramen by Keihana with kino. It was delicious 😋!

At the Kumamoto offline meeting❗ Is it a locally distributed sake sold exclusively to Elena Group (is it a supermarket 🤔) by Shigeya Shuzo, famous for "Yokoyama"? ‼️ Thanks again for your precious sake 🙇. I mean, not the brand name "iki na hakarai". I mean, the brand name is not "iki na hakarai" but "Choroki Junmai Ginjo Namaizume Sake" 😅. I have the impression that Yokoyama has a fruity taste, but it was indeed fruity but a bit refreshing 😋 too much time has passed and my memory of the taste is not so good 😓.

At the Kumamoto Sake Festival❗ This sake was prepared by Mr. Chidorisashi! This is the first time I've seen this sake, but I guess it is doburoku (other brewed sake)! It is brewed by Dejima Hoshindo, the first doburoku brewery in Kyushu 🍶I heard that the president of Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery was involved in the production of this Nabeshima, but I'm sorry if I'm wrong 🙏. It had a very sharp adult taste and the rice flavor was really apparent. ‼️ I was able to drink a very valuable sake! Thank you very much 🙇. Mr. Choroki always wants to be in the picture! I love this picture every time 😁.

Here is a story from June: ‼️ We visited Kumamoto prefecture for the first time, and after stopping by Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery, we were joined by some of the Kumamoto Sake-no-Wa members 😆. The Kumamoto members were Tomo and Chidorisashi ❗ and the usual faces of us mahjong players 🙂. and us mahjong players 🀄. We had a great time at the restaurant with a great selection of Sake, many rare Sake 😲, and delicious food ‼️ Thank you so much, Tomo and Chidorisashi 🙇. I drank some sansho! Sake brewed by making your own rice is the best. ‼️ was very lively! Of course it tasted delicious 😋!

I really had a great time though 😆 Please join us again if you visit Kyushu again ‼️ Thank you so much to all the Fukuoka members 🙇. The next day, we drove our rental car to Kumamoto 🚙! We stopped in Saga prefecture and went to Yamada Sake Shop! I was impressed with the lineup of Nabe-sama 🥺 There was only one bottle of Shinshu Kamerei in the store and everyone gave it to me! Thank you 🙏 After purchasing a variety of Saga's local sake, we went to "Drive-in Tori" for lunch. The chicken yaki and the chicken rice are so delicious 😋 I felt sorry for Choroki-san, the driver, but I drank a beer 😅. First time in Kumamoto, we went to Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery ‼️ and were very impressed 😆 We saw "Sansho" and the long-awaited "Hana-no-Kou"! The fun-filled trip continues 😉.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Fukuoka members of SAKEWA during the Kyushu training weekend: ‼️ Fukuoka members were MAJ, Gura, Rika, Mr. and Mrs. Bekai🐤, and Eiji! From outside Kyushu, we had NOCHI, Rigel, kino., Choroki and me 😆. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality and all the Kyushu members who arranged the event 🙏. During my stay in Kyushu, my family came over! We all had a great time going to Karato Market in Shimonoseki and eating Fukuoka specialties 😊. I bought this Bazeki by Shimonoseki Sake Brewery at Karato Market! I knew I'd never had sake before 😉. It's a very dry sake that goes well with the seafood in Shimonoseki! I don't remember exactly what it was 😅 but I had a good impression of it 😋.

My family came to visit me during my training in Kyushu ❗It was the first time for all of them to come to Japan! We arrived at Hakata airport around 6pm and checked into a hotel near Hakata station. After that, I led them to a yatai stall in Nakasu, but it was a surprisingly long walk and I took a lot of wrong turns 💦The kids were tired and my wife was mad 👹The first day of the family trip was a good one 😂. When we took a wrong turn, we strolled through the pink district of Nakasu as a family ❤It was a good field trip for the kids 😝. In the evening, we went to the hotel and had a drink at Kaikyo, which we bought when we went to Shimonoseki! I wanted to drink a sake that I don't get to see very often 😉. As the name suggests, it's good with seafood 😋.

Since the participants are from all over the country, some of them are Japanophiles. ‼️ A guest from Niigata Prefecture asked us to have a sake drink, and we visited his room ❗Murayu was waiting for us! I'm so happy to see you! We went to Kokura on Sunday of that week! It was amazing to feel the monorail crashing into the station ‼️ I had to try the yakiudon, which is the origin of yakiudon! Story during training in Kyushu To Mojiko with my friends & Shimonoseki Karato Market in Yamaguchi Prefecture❗ Fukuoka and Yamaguchi are both a treasure trove of sake 💎There is a lot of sake you haven't seen yet😆Mojiko has a wonderful nostalgic atmosphere✨I had the famous grilled curry 🍛and then went to Yamaguchi prefecture for the first time! Drinking party with my friends during my training in Kyushu❗ Kame-chan🐢Cell24 was so sweet and delicious that even my friends who are not familiar with sake appreciated it and said it changed their image of sake 😉 Association No. 17 and No. 18 are absorbed to become the complete Cell24 😏. I went to Kyushu during my training and had a great time at Shisan Udon udon 🍜.

I finally met and purchased "Yuma" at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Fukuoka Station❗Sakegawa members also said it was delicious❗ It's like a fresh and refreshing juice 🍹It's low alcohol content makes you want to drink it straight from the bottle and gulp it down 😁I can see why it's so popular👍. The reason I went to LaLaport Fukuoka was because I wanted to see this figure ❗ν[NEU] Gundam! Awesome figure 😂 too cool 😍 for the generation of Gyakusha lovers 😆.

Exploring Hakata on a weekend during my training in Kyushu: 🚶‍♂️ I went to Kushida Shrine ❗I have a friend who collects red seals! My dirt has all gone away 😏. I went to LaLaport Fukuoka and had a lunchtime drink as they were having a Fukuoka sake tasting 🍶I'm glad it went surprisingly well 😊This is the first sake I've ever seen ❗ The fresh taste of freshly squeezed sake is great 😋. I also ordered a craft beer from Fukuoka, which was also delicious 😉.

A social gathering with colleagues from Kyushu Institute of Training and Research: ‼️ A bottle from a visitor from Niigata: ‼️ I've had a bottle of "Yukio" once in the past and it has a nice, robust taste! If I'm going to be attacked in the snowy mountains, I'd rather be attacked by a snow woman than a snow man😍. I'd rather be attacked by a snowman than a snowman if I'm going to be attacked by a snowman 😍The Nagahamaya dubadama is noodles with "normal" firmness, topped with red ginger, sesame seeds and different meat! I love the seasoning of the meat 😋😋😋😋😋‼️ but if you add too much kaeshi it can get pretty salty 😅.
