On a business trip to Tokyo❗ Together again with the members of SAKEWA Tokyo 🍶. We drank a lot again 🎵 Nochi, Yucachin, Asanami, Asuke, Dorayaki-chan, we had a lot of fun 😆. We drank a lot of sake, but the first one we drank was "Sei" (‼️) which was delicious 😋 I'd like to try "hijirizumu" (hijirizumi) 😆 Gunma also has a lot of beautiful sake ❗❗ The time for fun goes by so fast! After leaving Hasegawa Sake Shop, he brought us to Fukushima prefecture's antenna shop❗ Fukushima sake drinking comparison 🎵I'm so happy 😊. Aizu Nakasyo is so good 😋😋 and Lomang has a nice sweetness 👍and "Abukuma" which I have never had ❗It has a clean, sharp mouthfeel and you can sip and sip it all the time ✨I like that they all have a Fukushima sake feel to them 😉. After leaving the restaurant, we wandered around the city center 👙and realized how great the capital city Tokyo is 😲After work, Yuka-Chin and I met up at a standing izakaya 🍶As mentioned in Yuka-Chin's post, there is a restaurant that is related to Yuka-Chin and me 😲I was so surprised that such a restaurant exists in the middle of Kanda, Tokyo 💦. The three of us had a great time drinking delicious Echigo sake 😆.

This place is also a treasure trove of sake ❗Various sake on display ✨But I had bought 6 bottles of sake the day before, and my wife would have been very angry if I bought any more 😫 Well, I'm already in the hammering position 😱. We had lunch at the udon shop attached to the restaurant! There is also a set menu," said Nochi-san. I ordered a single udon because my stomach was a bit weak from yesterday's binge eating and drinking! Mr. Nochi, I'll confess now. In Tokyo on a business trip❗ After the meeting, I met up with Ms. Nachi❗Ms. Nachi kept me company the whole time! I can't thank him enough 🙇. We met at Yotsuya and went to a sake shop "Suzuden" 🍶. I was so excited to buy some things, including Yamama, which I met for the first time, when the owner asked me if I wanted to try Hana-yosu. I was so excited that the shop owner brought it to me from the back of the store and asked me if I would like to buy it. ‼️ Of course I did. After that, when I was waiting in line to eat ramen, I successfully scouted Mr. Dorayaki who was standing in line behind me to join the Sake-no-wa-kai 👍It was decided that he would join the last off-line meeting the next day😃It was not a pick-up 🙆It was a sincere effort to promote the goodness of Japanese Sake. We closed the day with a glass of Asa-open at an izakaya near the hotel❗Good classic Asa-open 🙏.

Last week, I went to Tokyo for a work-related business trip 🛫. I had a drink with Tokyo Sakegawa members 🎵. The first day of the trip We met up with Yucachin at Yotsuya for drinks at the first meeting, where Nocchi-san also joined us! After that, we went to the main venue "Kaimi" ❗ The members were MAJ, Ane, Yuka-Chin, and Nocchi 😊. Thank you so much to Yuka-chan for organizing and to everyone 🙇. We drank a lot of sakes that I have never had before 😲 Nanamizu, Umifudo, Naraman, Abekan, Kurumazaka, etc., but I met Amefall, which is often seen at Sakewa, so I will introduce it on behalf of everyone❗ Malic acid yeast.... Malic acid yeast...yes, it is very apple 🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎...it is very apple 🍎🍎🍎. We usually forget to take pictures, but this time we forgot to take a group photo too😅. Tenranzan from Nocchi: ⛰️ I've been wanting to try Igarashi, and I knew Tenranzan existed, but it's the same brewery ‼️ I'm glad it's my first time 😁. And I'm also happy because it's my first time to try Risshun Asa Shibori 😆. We also got a lot of popular processed meats from Saitama Prefecture and even some local beer from a collaboration with the restaurant ❗ Thank you so much, Nochi-san 🙇! It's so fresh and crispy 🎵It's so easy to eat 😋 It's the kind of thing you lose without even realizing it! The local beer is also great with the sausage 🎵. I found Shichiken in Kushiro city❗I have never had a chance to try Yamanashi sake, so my only experience with it was "Duan" which I got from Mr. Nochi❗Duan was delicious 😋. I wanted to try Shichiken! I'd like to try other Shichiken and other Yamanashi sake ✨. Ramen at a soba noodle shop in the next town 🍜The soba noodles here are delicious, but so are the ramen 🎵I hear they serve the best ramen 😅! The soup is light and refreshing with a dash of bonito broth that makes you feel at ease after just one sip 😊.

I have been looking for Ao since last year when I visited liquor stores that sell Akebono Shuzo's sake! At a recent Sake-no-wa Mah-jongg event I attended, I learned that Ao is sold exclusively at Gonoi Sake Brewery. No wonder I couldn't find it! I was so grateful that Takeshon gave it to me ❗Thank you very much 😓! Thank you so much 🙇. It doesn't go all the way up to the point where it starts to blow out when you open the bottle, but it comes up shrieking and shuffling! It's so lively 🎵 Oh, it's fresh juicy grapefruit juice 🍹 everyone will drink it ✨! A bottle will be gone in no time 😆.

I found Yamakawa Mitsuo in the next town ❗This is my first time drinking it👍It is brewed at Kojima Sohonten, isn't it? I guess they brew at 4 different breweries each time 🤔. I thought it would have a spectacular sweet flavor for a sake from the ginjo kingdom of Yamagata, but it has a gentle umami flavor that is perfect for eating. ‼️ I thought it would be a little too flashy from the label 😅. I'm sure it's a great attempt to bring together the wisdom of 4 breweries to brew sake! Great experiment ✨. I went to Yamaoka and was going to order the special miso, but they were selling a limited edition G-style (gutsy) special bean sprout miso, so I switched: ‼️ But it's good 😉.

Went to my favorite pub by myself❗ I haven't had "Yuki no Bijin" for a long time. Yuki no Bijin has an image of being moderately heavy and crisp and tasty, and it is just as delicious as I imagined it would be 😋. It's a good thing it's No.6 yeast 😋 ‼️ It's called "super spicy" but it wasn't really spicy 😊It was perfect for drinking while chupa-chupaing codfish 🎵. At the end of last year, my wife and I went to "Coop Manaka" in a neighboring town to eat soft ice cream 🍦. Hamanaka town (Kiritabu) is the birthplace of Monkey Punch, the author of Lupin III 🔫. I'd like to drink with a woman like Fujiko 👯 or rather be fooled by her 😝. Hamanaka-cho is the birthplace of Häagen-Dazs milk❗Hence the soft-serve ice cream is so delicious 😋. While shopping for groceries in the store before buying ice cream, I found Asahi Kamui in the bargain corner: ‼️ Asahikawa is the flagship of Takasago Sake Brewery, I guess you could say ❗It's a high-end sake, but it's sold at a discount, so you could say it's a good deal, but I felt sad to see it being sold at a bargain price 😢. My wife was angry with me and put it in the shopping basket to take home 😅. It had been out of production for a long time, but what the heck 👍. It has an elegant, clear and gentle flavor with a lingering aftertaste that disappears gently 😋 I felt like it was a good sake 🎵.

My wife has a slight taste disorder, but since she couldn't spend time at her parents' house 😊, we treated her to another New Year's meal 🎍. The wine to go with it was "Kyo no Hana" purchased at our favorite liquor store in Kushiro, Sagajo Shoten. I was torn between this and "Tatsusen" brewed by the same brewery, neither of which I had ever tasted before, but I chose this one because of the "fantastic rice" description 😊. Kyo no Hana No.1! There really are a lot of different sake rice varieties available: ‼️ It has a sharpness that is typical of Fukushima sake, but at the same time, it has a moist and gradually delicious flavor 😋.

I went to Nishizawa Shoten in Kawayu, Teshikaga-cho to buy a sake I'd never had before ❗ It's a sake from Fukuoka Prefecture 🎵It's clean and fresh ❗Easy to drink and the moderate sweetness complements the Tsumami 👍It's also good lukewarm or warmed up 😉.

At our favorite pub❗ Next, "Ginran"! By the way, it's hard to tell if the bottle is black or indigo 😅. This one has less gas and more umami (flavor) ❗ The taste is very typical of Shinshu sake 😋 The bottles are indistinguishable, but the flavors are completely different! Both are delicious, but I think I prefer the "Ginran" 🎵. It's been a while since I've had more than one western sake 😊.

I went to my favorite pub for the first time in the new year ❗ The sake lineup had increased, but there was a new sake called "Iraka" from a new brewery I've been seeing lately 😲 Well, I guess I'll order it ✨. We compared the two sakes, "Ginkuro" and "Ginran" 😁. First, "Ginkuro"! You can feel a lot of gas ❗Moderate sweetness and umami is great 🎵Yummmm, I can't help but say it's delicious 😋. The picture of the back label is blurry 😅 The salmon rice sushi (izushi → fermented fish and vegetables marinated in rice malt) and oden (oden) 🍢 on the menu even though it's a pub are great 😆 the broth is soaked through👍 hokke rice sushi is also great 😆 goes well with sake 😆 ✌️

I bought this sake at Nishizawa Shoten, a liquor store in front of Kawayuonsen station in Teshikaga-cho❗ I went to the south for the first time to try a sake I had never had before 😊I see this sake is made by Miyoshino Brewery, which brews Hanaboe 😃. The color is amber as you can see! It has a rich and sweet taste like an aged sake! I think it has the feeling of being organic due to the Yamahai method 😋. I would like to have a bottle with something salty like cheese or cured ham 😉.
