It's been a long time since I've had this Amanoto! It's labeled as mellow and spicy, but not too spicy, fresh and mellow 😉 Delicious 😋.
The second bottle came out at a coworker's house❗
It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Yonekaku! It had been opened, but it was fresh but a bit settled, with plenty of Yonesuru-like umami 😋.
I see on the back label that it goes well with: salmon roe marinated in soy sauce, grilled shrimp with salt, oyster pot, octopus wasabi, marinated scallop shell, shrimp shumai!
It certainly goes well with BBQ grilled shrimp 😋.
But the dishes that go well with it are quite limited 😲I wonder if the creator tried to match them in various ways: ⁉️
If so, you are very stoic! I can feel the drive to really make the drink 😌.

I had never seen "Ginmon" before, but it was from Ryoseki Sake Brewery ❗Ryoseki Sake Brewery has so many kinds of sake 😋I'm so happy to have the first one ✌.
I'd say it's modern classical or moist and delicious ❗It's also good 😋It has a nice local sake feel to it! But I would like to try the normal version with mosaic next time 😚.
It is sold in February, but I was curious about it after the change of the toji (master brewer) ❗I actually drank it a few times at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) 😅.
As Takku0103 mentioned, the sweetness was a little less this year, giving it a more old-fashioned feel!
This one is good too 😋I'm looking forward to see how it will be next year 😊.

It's not flashy but the flavor is spread out and has a good gravitas! The label says "Fireworks in winter, when the air is clear, are especially beautiful, spreading gorgeously and quickly fading away" 😋.
