It's so, so thick! The color is brown like soy sauce, and the taste is ripe like Shaoxing wine... I had it warmed. It was my first time 🎵.

It is a blend of four types of old sake made in the year of the Rabbit (1975, 1987, 1999, and 2011) and junmai sake made in the year of the Heisei 30.

We will be serving a long-aged sake from Nishioka Honten "Hana-no-i" in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which we supported through crowdfunding, with the recommended lukewarm temperature. I heard that the Makabe area where the sake brewery is located still has some old streets, and I would like to visit there someday.

Today's accompaniment is a sake from Sakuragawa, Hitachinokuni The aroma is far away Shaoxing sake, sweet and sour. When I drink it, it reminds me of Ine Mangaka♪ The taste of cherries and a little Shaoxing sake Can it be drunk quickly with low alcohol (8%)? Sake rice is Koshihikari produced in the shrine's rice fields We will respectfully enjoy the sake. thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito

A brewery that specializes in aged sake serves sake made for aged sake as undiluted sake. It's been about two years since it was made, so maybe it's been sleeping in the shop? It doesn't have a nigori feeling at all. It has a certain aged feeling, but it's clearly different from the old one. It's not fruity, but it's sweet. It is not fruity but sweet. The sourness is strong and it is like a thick honey. It is sweet, but some people may feel the alcohol in the latter half is pungent.

The Year of the Rabbit will soon be over, so I decided to open the bottle. Time flies............................................. When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of bitterness like chocolate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly mellow and rough, and the taste is very chocolaty. The balance between sweet and astringent umami and mildness makes it seem that way, and it is a delicious taste that can only be described as chocolate ✨. It has a unique old sake taste, but I think it is one of the easiest to drink! And the aftertaste is also choco choco choco... 🍫. It was the first time for me to buy and drink it properly, but I guess it is delicious because it is from an old sake brewery! If I see it again, I'll buy it 😌.

(3,000 yen) (3,000 yen) (3,000 yen) An expensive sake purchased on order. The aroma has a slight alcohol smell. When you drink it, it has a sour taste, but you can also taste sweetness! It has a heavy but clean aftertaste. I like it!

It is a gift! Plenty of malted rice. Put it in a barrel. Isn't this whiskey? It smells faintly like it. Take a sip. Yeah, it's not whiskey... is it? It's sake! My first experience. Yum!

7.5 points (wife: 6.5 points) Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content : 15 Rice polishing ratio : undisclosed Sake Degree : Undisclosed Store where purchased : After all is said and done, Japanese face (Sapporo, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo) Slightly amber in color. Slightly full-bodied rice malt top-drinker The aroma is like soy sauce behind the same aroma of the top rise, and the firm umami of rice and the moderate sweetness spreads zingily with soft acidity, leaving a lingering rice aroma with a moderate bitterness, and it finishes quickly. It has a mellow and unique aroma, a deep flavor, and a strange impression that does not feel heavy, making it a good match for strong-flavored meals. Even as a stand-alone sake, its mysterious impression is addictive. It goes well with grilled bonito, dashimaki egg with shrimp, teppanyaki hormone of Hikoma pork, and motsu (pork bone) stewed tofu.

I've had the Ura-no-shinshin before, but it seems to be a medium-brew. I don't remember the difference (lol) I don't want to drink Omote anymore, but Ura-nama sake is good because it's easy to drink. It just makes you drunk... 🙄.

Junmai Ahusu Nama Genshu "acid high" limited edition‼️. What kind of brewing method is it? 🤔 Very sour and unique tasting sake 😳. I'm being cheeky not knowing the normal afs, but it was a stylish sake, more overly yellow in colour than other afs❣️.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand...it's been a long time since then. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Saito Sake Brewery, which we stopped by during our Shikoku expedition, is located along the main road in a cozy setting 😁 The sales office is connected to the office and is a typical old-established establishment. Unfortunately, the new sake was not yet available, but I got the most popular junmai ginjo here, a beautiful indigo-colored bottle that raised my expectations 😁. The Junmai Ginjo from Gotenzakura has a fruity aroma with a strong ginjo aroma that spreads as soon as the bottle is opened. It has a sweetness at first, followed by sourness, bitterness, and a strong overall taste. Overall, it is a very rich sake👍.

Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine. I thought it would be good to drink with fruits and sweets. The acidity is a nice accent. Perhaps because it is a daiginjo, it feels fruity even though it is an aged sake.

It's been a long time since I drank outside, and I was so drunk that I don't remember much ... . It was an unforgivable mistake for a drinker....... It was a traditional sake with a strong flavor, and went very well with the avocado yukke we had together (I think). The alcohol content was quite high, so it's good when you want to have a strong drink with a solid accompaniment.

Junmai Namaishige🍶 colander ✨Yamada Nishiki from Tottori Prefecture🌾. Warmed up with ♨️ It is spicy and a little bitter. It has a strong rice flavor and is easy to pair with a meal. It has a sense of maturity with its R3 brewing year. The label on the back says it can be mixed with soda, so I'd like to try it next time I come across it 🤔. Sake and Robata-yaki Unari @ Omiya
