Hot spring trip among friends: ♨️②
The "Tobiroki" was so good that it was easily consumed, so let's open the other bottle we brought as a spare 🥰.
Shishi-no-Sato Junmai-Ginjo Sake Mirai.
Full aroma, a soft mouthfeel, beautiful umami, mild sharpness, and a mild aftertaste.
The "Oorigarami" I drank before had a beautiful sweetness, but this one fits the dry image of "Shishi no sato" that I had originally felt, but with a clear taste 😋.
I brought a sake with a rather solid difference, so I received comments from my friends [that they could tell the difference in taste]. ✨️
The lively party closed after the after-party in our room🔚.
The next day, after leaving the inn, we went to the Ojinja Shrine.
We also got some sake at "Imanishi Sake Brewery Miwa Densetsu Kura" on the approach to the shrine, and headed home via Kyoto 🚙.
I hope to travel with this group again next year. ✨️
Aroma with a hint of grain
Slightly tangy
Slightly acidic with a hint of rice sweetness
A little bit of alcohol on the nose
Rice? Grain? Soft sweetness and some sourness of rice and alcohol lingers loosely in the aftertaste.
This is a glass that was included in a seasonal trial set at a sake bar that offers a wide selection of sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
It is fruity, slightly effervescent, and very tasty with a soft mouthfeel and sharpness.
It tastes like a hit. No wonder it is recommended even though it is already autumn.
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 15
Today, Shohei Ohtani, please drink good sake! So then, I opened the bottle, regardless of the rest day (which I didn't have)!
It's an orikagarami!
Innocent, the name is also good for its purity!
It's so good!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
I'm a sudden fan since last year and I'm all about LAD. I'm enjoying it because it's so different (I haven't seen Japan yet).
I hope you will decide on the WS soon,
I want to drink delicious SAKE again.
