A local brand from Fukushima Genba Shuzo, which brews Abukuma. It has a calm mouthfeel and a light flavor. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the flavors felt in the aftertaste.
Walking around Tokyo with Mr. Menshuoh. We saw Tokyo Station from the outside for the first time in a while. We took a break at Fukushima-kan. We compared three kinds of drinks.
We met up with Yuka-Chan and went to the third meeting at a restaurant we stumbled upon while strolling around Tokyo. I am a sucker for drinking too much even though the next party was the main event.

Purchased during a visit to the brewery on 2024/11.
It has a creamy taste typical of nigori sake, followed by a refreshing sweetness and a pleasant alcohol taste, but with a clean aftertaste. Personally, I like this sake.
It is nice to be able to encounter brands that are hard to find in Tokyo when you visit your hometown!

The taste is clean and clear, but also full-bodied and delicious. It has a feeling of a margin that doesn't interfere with the meal. Happy to drink locally distributed sake in Kansai✨.
