I thought 🤔 it's been a while since I had a drink at Hiran san, and then I looked back at Sake-no-wa and saw that it had been two years since "Nikomaru Queen" 😳.
It's been two and a half years since we visited the Mori Sake Brewery in Hirado, Nagasaki during our J&N trip to Kyushu to trace our roots in the Jay family... time flies 😌.

It's fresh, sweet and sour with a citrusy bitterness that makes it go down easy without being too sweet 😙.
But...I can hear some of you saying "No, no, this one is pretty sweet too ❓What's their sweetness standard ⁉️" 😅 According to the international J&N standard, it is moderately sweet if you finish the whole bottle and too sweet if you move to another bottle in the middle.
That's a standard that AI can never judge 😅.
So this one ranks as moderately sweet 🤗.
Well, too much sweetness can also be very tasty if you drink outside 😁I can go for anything after all 😆.
