One of my favorites in Nagano Prefecture Kuroemon 16th generation. 2022BY unfiltered raw sake. It is a good sake. It has a pleasantly modern acidity and the umami of Yamahai that reminds us of soup stock. I can't stop drinking. Good sake with good snacks. It is good just opened, but I would like to let it sit for a while. I will have to buy a bottle.
