The pairing of spiced curry and sake, a collaboration between Mobu-san and Oka Sake Shop 😋💕The most unique was Kidoizumi's AFS zero fire-brewed, my first impression was "soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ❗❗❗" but after a while it became mildly sour like a lactic acid bacteria drink, perfect for a palate cleanser for spicy dishes 😆 For general use It is not on sale to the public yet, and I don't know if it will be in the future because it is too unique ❓

It was the end of January and we had our first sake women's party of the year🎵This time it was a comparison of Oyama sake! The first drink was a hybrid synergy drink blended with 4 different Junmai Daiginjos 💕I don't think it's the name of the sake 😅Great tasting sakes don't fight each other ❤Mellow and full 🥰I also brought a 7 spears awaibuki 🥂I was nervous to try the Funazushi cookies 🍪Cheese flavor 😋These were delicious 😋The seiro steamed dishes that went with the sake can be seen on my friend's instagram 🎵. I went to 🍶Oshaya Izakaya in Takatsuki a while ago 😋It might have been the first time I went to Yokoyama 🎵When I ordered, I was supposed to say "by the glass" but the guy at the restaurant made a mistake and brought me a glass ❤It was very delicious and I lost it when I realized ❗Simply delicious~ 😋. It was just delicious❤

I went for a drive to Nandanji and went to Sennenichi Sake Brewery 🎵The old man in charge of the tasting corner was very generous and let me try a lot of sake 😍I remember this old man at Hamafukutsuru 😁💨💨I bought a sake called "Cup Senju High Sense", which was not on the tasting list. I'm looking forward to having it again at home ❤Then we went out for dinner and I tried "Senmu Sake" 😋It was served cold, but I think it would be good lukewarm 👍I put the glass by the small pot of fish and it got nice and warm, which softened the high alcohol content 😆 but it was dangerous not to drink too much 💦I received a red seal at Sennen Ichiban Shrine. At the Matsuho shrine near the brewery, I got a 🐢 favor version 🐢 and nudged the god to favor me 🐢.

Driving along the west side of Lake Biwa, I went to Metasequoia trees to Tomita Sake Brewery 🎵I often combine red seal and sake brewery tour 😃They don't offer tasting, so I listened to the explanation and chose 2 bottles based on my image and all I got was shwash 😅I guess I was in that mood that day... 💦open it. I was so cold because of the snow 😅⛄I warmed up with ramen at Tentenyu in Kyoto on the way home 😋.

✨The aroma is the exact opposite of the dry junmai sake that I like to warm up, but I enjoyed it while admiring the Satsuma Kiriko 😍Hayaseura is one of the few sake on the menu because the chef is from Fukui Prefecture ✨With ahijo of kibinago and flying fish 😋It soaked into my body after a 10 hour walk😆💕Oh, the pool is cold water! 🏊‍♂️ is cold water❗I took it as a water bath after sauna 👍

I went to Nikko Toshogu Shrine in autumn in Spacia X 🍁Yuba seems to be the specialty of the shrine, so sweets and ramen are all Yuba 😁💨💨💨 visited Toshogu Shrine and ate Yuba ramen since it was cold 💨💨 and on the way back, I chose a label that you don't see in Kansai 👍Junmai sake with a gentle sour taste, good for a mid-meal drink😋, also good lukewarm. I think so 😃💕!

I took the bullet train to Tokyo to attend an event, but it took 2 hours to get from Shin-Kobe station to Kyoto station... 😅from there it took almost 5 hours to get to Tokyo due to another inspection and signal stops 😖After running errands in a flurry, I was hungry and went to a soba restaurant I saw ✨Thank you for your time! I got a tray with 8 kinds of food 🍻🎶 like a set meal 💕sweet and sour and refreshing🍋🎵Sairai was also easy to drink and I found it empty 😅In the evening we went to Ginza and drank Hakuhonoka🍺 at the oldest beer hall in Japan, it was also delicious 😋.

After working in Takatsuki, I usually go to Tenjin no Yu (hot spring) and then go for a drink in front of the station 💃This time I went to "Hazuma" which specializes in horse meat 😋😋 and had horse sashimi and grilled horse meat after the ponzu (vinegar and beer 🍻) ❤They asked me to choose a drink from the restaurant's Instagram photos so I had Okuharima after watching 👍The flavor of Okuharima is better when it is at room temperature while the meat is cooking than when it is fresh from the refrigerator. The flavor of the meat was more intense and tasty when it was at room temperature while it was being grilled than when it was fresh from the fridge 👍The alternation of the spicy sake and the horse meat made my mouth happy 😋.

After finishing my work in Takatsuki, I wanted to take a sauna and Googled "Tenjin no Yu" and found it nearby ❤😌♨♨I wanted to have a drink after taking a bath and thought I would go to "Daitokai" or "Banseki" next to Tenjin no Yu before our meeting time, but the place was packed with people. I looked outside to see if I could find a standing bar called "Daito" or "Banseki" next to Tenjin no Yu or a standing bar called "Banseki", but they were packed 💦It was hard to rush in, so I went to Izakaya "Akama" 🍺my companion did not drink, but I did 🍺 and my companion did. I started with 🍺 sake 😋 and the sashimi was served in Kyushu's sweet soy sauce, which went well with the plump, juicy and delicious gobashi ❤.

Ashiya "Kakitan" original ❤Abelia is the kind of flower that is often planted in the median strip of the road with many small flowers 🌸It's a tough flower that can live in the middle of the road but I didn't know it had such a gorgeous and pretty aroma ✨The owner of Kakitan put a lot of thought into this sake 🎵😋💕The sake cup is made by my father with a metal joint🍶. Yesterday, we gathered with members of the Sake-no-wa Kansai Chapter 🥂✨ at a Sakai City liquor store on the second floor 🎵 Since we came all the way to Sakai, we visited the nearby Otori Shrine to pray for a safe return home after a delicious drink🙏 Everyone brought their own sake📸 Mine was Kikuhime's first junmai ginjo, "Higashinowa Touri". I looked up the meaning on the internet. It is an oyster on the east side of the villa. It is often said to be a reference to chrysanthemums, from the phrase "under the east divider of chrysanthemums" in "The Poem of Drinking" by Yuanming Touzumi. It means "to pick chrysanthemums blooming on the east side of the fence and to look at the south mountain with a sense of ease" 📖👓Maru-san brought a sake warmer and it was delicious cold, but when warmed, it softened and became even more delicious ❗

Drinking at Suidosuji Shopping Arcade from Kobe Sauna🎵To my favorite "蠱惑" @soba_osake_kowaku🏃💨First of all, I drank a Daishichi Ikashi Hiboru highball with cute summer label🏄☀🍧 and got a wave riding joke 😆This light cloudy beer is perfect after sauna ❤Attached chicken lever 😋, peach and cured ham I had chicken liver with chicken liver, peach and prosciutto ham with tofu paste, duck wasabi, and to top it off, juwari soba noodles with fibers of mountain burdock leaves 😋💕.
