I finally found it. I have always loved amazake and wished there was something that was more like sake. I had enjoyed doburoku before, so I happened to be attracted by the package and picked it up. It is a slightly sweet sake that is just like amazake with alcohol in it, but without the harshness of alcohol 🍶 It is not too sweet, which is also good. ☺️ Recently, I drink it like a dessert after a meal.

I was on a business trip and took the Shinkansen 🚅, On the way home, I bought a boxed lunch called "Hittaridako-meshi" and a bottle of sake. I bought the limited edition "Doctor Yellow Ver." ekiben immediately. The color is very cute. I knew seafood should be dry! So I chose Momokawa. It has the sweetness and flavor of rice, but has a very mature dry aftertaste that goes well with sashimi.

It has been a long time since I have had a very mellow, sweet, and dark colored sake, so I was very happy. The moment I had it, I felt like I had purged myself of all impurities and felt very refreshed. Today is the day of the snake🐍, so we had a long dish for lunch.

Cherry blossoms are falling. Tonight, we will drink with sakura label 🌸 It has a sweet taste in the mouth and turns dry later, so it is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I watch the cherry blossoms every year, It shows us a different face every year, It is a wonderful thing about nature that I never get tired of seeing them again and again. First time drinking at home in a while. And today is nigori sake day. This time I chose doburoku. It was the first time in a long time that the sake was quite effervescent with a fresh taste. I felt the yeast was very lively. It was very easy to drink, with a tight carbonation and a nice smooth taste down the throat. I really wanted to eat chicken today, so I had chicken for dinner.

This may be the sweetest sake I have ever tasted. It is very light, easy to drink and quite sweet. It is like the sweetness of fruit, like the sweetness of rice, like a juice in your mouth. We had it with Harima's salted fresh Daifuku (rice cake), which we were given because it might go better with sweets than with rice.

Matsuo Taisha Shrine, which I visit every year. Matsuo-san is dedicated to the god of sake, Sake from all over the country gather here. Today we were unusually greeted with heavy snowfall. On the way home, I bought a bottle of sake that is sold exclusively at Matsuo Taisha. The taste is refreshing with a hint of sweetness coming afterwards. It is very easy to drink.
