Comparison with Risshun Asa Shibori.
It is a standard Sentori, easy to drink and delicious!
I thought it would be apple based on the character image, but when I drank it, the sourness was a bit stronger and gave me a citrus sensation.
But it was delicious and easy to drink.

At IMADEYA in Kinshicho.
We were able to compare SENKOKU with MODERN I-Shiki.
I had an impression that it was sweeter than Ichi Shiki.
However, the sourness of Sentori is not changed and the sweetness is more, so I prefer this one.

4 days later. Dryness up. It goes well with Soi sashimi. Still a bit of schwarziness.
