It is delicious. Just by looking at the name "Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake", you can imagine the taste. As you can see, it was a delicious sake. It is fruity, gassy, sharp, and has a refreshing aftertaste. It is a stylish sake!

Gosho City, Nara Prefecture I went to Sky Tree in GW, but got fed up with too many people and moved to Kinshicho. I bought a bottle at Imadeya. It has a sense of schwashiness, yet it is thick. 100% Yamada Nishiki

A hazy sake with a gassy, cider-like taste. It has the Aizan character, with a deep sweetness and a fruity taste coexisting. It has a strong acidity and a piquant, fizzy feeling. I associated it with freshness and even summeriness. It is easy to drink with a strong flavor and a lasting taste! There is a light sedimentation of corkage.

This sake is made from a sake rice called Reihou. I had had Fukkai before, so I bought it with high expectations. It is very delicious. It is fresh on the palate, with a delicious rice flavor that disappears quickly. It is easy to drink.

Junmai Ginjo🍶SoLiD light nigori nama sake✨Kura no Hana🌾 from Miyagi prefecture. A bit of schwar✨Sweet melon, but dry afterwards. Kire. A little creamy. Pair it with fugu sashimi and 🐡😋. 4 days later. The label is an Eminem homage! LOL I thought so the moment I saw it in the store and immediately decided to buy it. The sweetness comes immediately with a gusto, and it has a richness like burnt sugar. The color is just a little yellowish, and the mouthfeel is chili and acidic. The impression of sweetness was so strong that it seemed to hide the lightness of the acidity itself. The back of the label clearly states that malic acid-producing yeast is used. If you ask me, I have the impression that it might be malic acid. This may be a bad analogy, but the aftertaste is light, like xylitol. It does not taste like a pure sake, but it does have a youthful quality to it.

This was my first Koei Kiku as I only knew Nabeshima and Shichida from Saga. I guess I will be called a sake moguri (lol). It is delicious! Sweet but wonderfully balanced with sourness and a clean aftertaste. It is definitely a sake that I drink too much of lol.

Recently, there are many fashionable sakes such as micro-foam, but this one is dry and sharp! I felt it was dry and sharp. I like this kind of sake. This is the kind of sake I like to drink with friends.

My first Hiroshima sake. It has a nice sweetness after feeling the nama-zake character. I would like to try the other series which have different sake rice. I would like to try it. I may be able to taste the difference in taste depending on the rice used for sake. For some reason, I would like to drink it with fish and chips.

Kuroryu Nyanzaebaeki This is a pure ginjo sake with a fresh and elegant flavor and umami, matured in an original way. It is named after the first brewer "Nizaemon" (⼆左衛⾨). 35% pure Solzan-Nishiki from Tojo, Shinagawa Prefecture Jun-ginjo Japanese sake degree +3.0 Alcohol content 16.0 The first impression is of a tight image, with aromas of fresh lemon, melon in its lush state and white sweet flowers of gardenia. The latter half of the aroma releases fresh spices reminiscent of juniper berries, gorgeous and crystal clear with a sparkling clarity. The wine instantly shifts from a mild touch to a dry impression, but there is a core strength with viscosity from the tip of the tongue to the center, clearly conveying to the drinker the development of the taste buds from the mid-palate onward. In the latter half, it has a citrus aroma and a fresh, moist, gentle quality, with a clear intonation.
