-Kenji First "Yuki no Mayu". I've had a bottle of "Brewing Forest" before, but this is the first time for me to drink it, But this is the first time for me to drink "Yuki no Mayu". The freshness of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, with a pleasant, messy feel, and the 14% alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and I can drink it incessantly. I want to drink it again.

It's been a long time since I've had a "birthplace", At the 500 check-in for the break. Homase" is a variety native to Kumamoto from the Edo period (1603-1868). It is grown without pesticides or fertilizers in the Kikuchi River, which is the same source of brewing water for the brewery. It is a precious gem brewed using the same sake brewing water as the brewery. The freshness of the unpasteurized sake, The freshness of nama-zake, the fizzy, slightly effervescent taste, It is easy to drink at 13%, and is superbly delicious. I want to drink it again.
