I had "Eiko Fuji" at an izakaya called "BACHIYA" in Fuchu,
We went to an izakaya in Fuchu called "Sake and Oysters, Sometimes Oden BACHIYA".
I had never tasted such a sake before, and was told that it is made with "red yeast" that turns rosé when inactivated. It is low in alcohol and has a sour taste, making it seem like it is not sake.
I am impressed by the variety of sake available. I want to drink it again.

I had a great time at "Daisetsukenkei" in Fuchu,

Kameizumi" has been a long time coming.
This is one of my favorite brands,
I was impulsively tempted to buy it when I saw an unfamiliar yellow-labeled "Gin-no-Yume" on the shelf.
The fruity freshness that is typical of Kameizumi is still there, but the rice variety is different from the usual one, so I felt it was a little less pineapple-like.
It is delicious in its own way!
