-Joongsan It's been a long time since I've been to Tsuneyama. Or rather, for the second time. The "Betsumetsu Usunigori Nama" is sold exclusively at Wadaya, a liquor store in Oimachi, and is very rare. It is said to be the regular "Junmai Ginjo Dry Tobirai" with some nigori added to it that contains umami flavor. It has a slight effervescence, plenty of umami, and a refreshing taste, making it a bomb-ugly gem perfect for the current season and even this year's number one. If the timing is right, I would definitely like to drink it again!
