-Snowy Kayasha It's been a while since I've been to the "Snowy Kayasha". A "beautiful sake design" that I am not familiar with. It is also a limited junmai ginjo, only shipped twice a year, and only to certain special dealers. It is said to be an ambitious work that incorporates Omachi, No. 10 yeast, Junmai Ginjo, and their own brewing techniques. It is perfect for drinking on an autumn evening. Thank you shogot1978. There is a sake shop that used to send rice from Kumamoto to Eiko Fuji to make sake, so I will ask them about it. I like Fuji Sake Brewery, which is connected to Kiyomasa Kato in Kumamoto (his descendant was exiled after being exiled and his descendant is the brewer).
