Sometimes I post in real time.
On my way home from a business trip, I had a modest solo drink on the Shinkansen 🍶.
The first half was from Abukuma Junmai Ginjo Retro Label.
I bought it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station😄.
(Incidentally, the nearby Hasegawa Sake Shop Palace Hotel branch also sold Sanchi Yamadanishiki Ni-No-Nozo 😳I didn't buy it though 😌)
The exterior is a pale yellow-green crystal.
Gentle but refreshing ginjo aroma.
Aromas of young green melon and banana with isoamyl acetate.
Refreshing chervil.
Rice aroma about the size of a white egg dumpling.
Smooth and mellow texture on the palate.
The blue melon ginjo aroma is pleasantly intoxicating as it starts with a modest sweetness and quickly spreads to a refreshing acidity.
As the stimulation of the refreshing acidity passes through to the nose, the sweetness rounds out to a firm umami.
The finish is a lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste accompanied by a warmth that is gradually fading away.
It's been a long time since I've had Abukuma, but I'm still drunk. ☺️
My favorite souvenir from my business trip to Tokyo (for myself) is Taiyaki from Taiyaki Wakaba in Yotsuya.
I managed to get it by cutting down on time to buy snacks 😁.
The Abukuma has a robust flavor that is as intoxicating as the Taiyaki 😊.
Good evening, Aladdin 😀
Thanks for your business trip 😀
However, you are enjoying your izakaya shinkansen well 😀.
Please be careful not to make a mistake in closing time 😀
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
It sure is a big problem if you don't keep the closing time 😁.
It was a modest party of 2 x 1 gong bottles according to the dosage, so we finished early and after a pleasantly drunken stupor, we were able to arrive at our destination station safely 🚅.
Hi Aladdin 😃.
I like the 🏮 Izakaya Shinkansen 🚅 for a single drink 😋! Just looking at the picture I thought it was a miniature for a moment 😅Abukuma with Taiyaki as a side dish! What a good idea🤗
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
It's an impatient one-day business trip where I can't even stay overnight, so at least I got to enjoy the ride home 🏮🚅🍶☺️
I saw a lot of retro-labeled sake bottles for sale and they are so cute that I want to collect them 😄.
Sweet x 🍶 is justice 😁.
I drank a bottle last Sunday😅.
I may have had a drink outside somewhere 🤔 but this is my first time to drink at home 🤔‼️ so this time it's "Abukuma" from the "Maybe I've never had a drink before series 😆" 🤗.
It's kind of simple, but isn't the shiny silver label cool? I took a picture of the bottom right with the sake cups because of all the silver colors 😄.
I'm going to make love to you again this day 😙
I'm going to make love to you now!
The aroma is refreshingly fruity 😌.
The first sip is soooooo good 😍!
It's juicy with just the right amount of sweetness 😋and the best balance of umami and acidity ‼️. It's a great balance and is a great Fukushima sake 🍶This was a bonanza 👍
And here's a J&N family newsletter 🛜.

I think we used to see each other at the liquor store 🤔I'm blackmailing myself for not bringing you along 😅.
I think it would be a win-win situation if Nobby learns English and he works on his Japanese 😇
Good evening, Pekho 😃.
I hope you both enjoy this well-balanced deliciousness 🤗
I live by my father and sister, which is far from Utsunomiya 🥲, but we will be in the same time zone, so maybe we will have more conversations 😄.

As you said, you are a great communicator 👍, but it will be hard to overcome the language barrier😅, but I think your efforts will be rewarded 🥹.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Sweet and tasty, with a bitter taste. The aroma when you drink it is like a tropical fruit, and the soft acidity lingers at the end.
It is a cup of sake to be enjoyed gradually.
I love it 100 points!
