It is an old sake that was brewed and laid down in 2018, so it has a yellowish acidity and a flavor unique to old sake. It has a strong alcohol taste that hits the back of the throat, but it is not bad because it has a gentle sweetness and umami behind the old sake's unique flavor.
It goes well with Camembert cheese. It was also good with simmered thick fried tofu and scallops.

The aroma of old sake! Taste of old wine! It tastes like old sake, but it's easy to drink. Even my husband, who is not fond of strong sake, said it was just about acceptable 😆.
