This is the third pole run 🤪2025 for the record this year alone.
Pears before! but once I learned to describe it as green apple, it started to feel more and more like that 😂 and the fresh sauvignon blanc aroma. Is the aroma a little milder this year?
It's got a nice, tight gasiness, a clean sweetness, a refreshing acidity, a mellow umami that spreads out and finishes with a bit of bitterness!
Yes, I knew it, no matter how many times I drink it, it's still yummy🫨🫨!

SHIRAGAKUSEN Junmai Daiginjo Gokuso 2025
Rice used: "Gin-no-sato" from Fukui Prefecture
Polishing: Koji rice: 40%/Kake rice: 40
Pour: 14
One of the best sake brands in Fukui! One of the best sake that makes me glad I came to Fukui!
Summer sake is out... but it's just barely spring, isn't it? 🤣
It has a malty but elegant aroma similar to Hakuneri (Hakugakusen Jungin)! After the necessary sweetness, the sweet, sour, and bitter flavors flow like a clear stream with a beautiful effervescence! It's the kind of flavor that makes you want to drink it in gulps!
This elegance...Good Echizen quailty.....
I'm sure you like Hakugakusen's raw sake!
I used to avoid Hakugakuzen's low alcohol seasonal sake because of its low alcohol content, but it's still delicious 🧐.
Good morning, Termat!
I've been chasing "Hakugakusen" every year and sometimes I can't keep up with it because they release a new seasonal sake or a new sake almost every 2 months 🤣.
But still, the one I'm after is not on sale🤔.

Basically, the gaseous taste is bitterness, but while it has a certain amount of gaseous taste, it is so delicious that I think it is the most ☝️ delicious sake I have had recently 🥰 I can't describe how delicious it is because I have a stupid tongue, but it is not sweet and absurdly easy to drink, although I have an image that spring sake is sweet.
I almost finished the whole bottle.
I want to drink it after a little bit of time 😅 Hakugaku Sen is a great one, it will be my favorite 👍.
Good morning, Maa-san!
I'm glad you liked the Hakugakusen Sakurazumi Nama Shu that comes out in early spring 🥰.
The next summer sake "Natsumushi" has also been released ✨.
Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture, Koji 55%/Kake 65
It has a slightly bubbly taste. It is not sweet and has a sharp bitter taste! The aroma is gentle and refreshing, and it goes down your throat nicely.
This is your first time to see the crimson of Shiratakesen.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight carbonation.
It has a moderate acidity, a moderate sweetness, and a refreshing dry taste.
It's the kind of sake you can gobble down when you're thirsty.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san!
Congratulations on your first "Shiratakesen Shinben Namaishu" 🎉.
I was hoping you would try it and I am relieved to hear that it is well received 🥰.
Hi Jive 🍶.
I finally got to buy a bottle of crimson raw sake 😆.
I can never go wrong with Hakugakusen.
Especially the beautiful quality of Gohyakumangoku🌾 is my favorite 🥰.
