At soba restaurant. Refreshing. Smooth. Clean and crisp. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a characteristic cold feeling.
Excellent as a food sake.
Aromas of muscat, green apple, nuts, and chocolate 😂.
The mouthfeel is like water, pure and clean, with the umami of rice and the aroma of koji, it feels thick, but the aftertaste is refreshingly sour and bitter, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Hmmm...yummy😳!
Every time I drink it, a different taste comes out, but it's always delicious. 😂😂😂😂
Bought this sake on a trip to Fukui. There was a lineup of junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo, and this was recommended to me. I liked the aroma and the unexpected acidity when cold, and thought it might be too acidic when heated, but it turned out to be the best when cooled. A good sake that makes you want to eat snacks. The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful.
