Yesterday was the company's year-end party 💡.
This year, for some reason, we held the party at an authentic bar with takeout food✨.
I wanted a sake component since the first party's options were beer or whiskey, so I visited my first solo second party [Japanese Sake BAR Emmi] 😁.
First, we started off with the opening "Hakugakusen" 👍️
Hakugakusen Junmai Ginjo Aragusuki
The taste of mellow rice and sweetness, the mouthfeel is gentle, but the sweetness and umami are firm, and then it finishes with a gorgeous lingering sweetness that is typical of Hakugakusen and a refreshing acidity.
I really like "Hakugakusen"!
Hi, Jive.
It's the season for year-end parties 🍺.
Somehow, Hakugaku Sen is the image of Mr. Gyve ✨.
Looks delicious again😊.
I'd love to drink it someday 🥰.
Hi Jive, good evening 😃.
I would have loved to join you from the solo after-party if I was closer 😆 Japanese sake BAR sounds like something with a nice atmosphere 🤗.
Mr. Gyve always raises delicious reviews and once I wanted to drink Hakugaku Sen🍶 Arasugi will be released in time for the Echizen Crab ban.
The aroma is sour, rummy.
When you include it, you get a firm sense of chili and arabesque. Then grapefruit-like bitter acidity, followed by the aroma and umami of rice in the back, and a lingering aftertaste that lingers slowly after swallowing.
Delicious! There was no crab, but I paired it with seafood, including scallops from Betsukai and lobsters that I got that day.
The next day, the apple flavor was very sweet. It was delicious, yet refreshing and made me want to drink it again and again. It is a combination of modern and classic.
As time goes by and the chilli becomes a little less, you can taste more of the citrus and muscat-like acidity.
The acidity on the tongue and the flavor on the swallow. Honey at the back? It also has a richness like honey in the back.
I enjoyed it, thinking that sake from a place where seafood is delicious goes perfectly with seafood.
Hello Kotaro!
I'm glad you liked the new Hakugakusen sake that I'm promoting 😁.
The upcoming release of "Shiratakesen Shinben" is also a great match for oily winter fish ✨.
Betsukai-cho is where Mr. Menshu-O lives!
Good evening, Kotaro!
Scallop fishing season has started this month in Notsuke Bay, Betsukai town. ‼️ scallops boast the largest in Japan and you had a wonderful time with delicious Hakudakesen ✨It's great to get a lobster 😲.
Good evening, Mr. Gyve 🌙
It was delicious and went very well with the seafood! It was indeed a Fukui sake ✨I want to catch the crimson raw sake too ☺️
Oh my 😳I didn't realize they were scallops from Mr. Noodle Sake King's place ‼️ They were big and delicious too 🐚.
Good evening, Mr. Menshuoh 🌙
I was too lucky because I happened to run into an event in Betsukai town on the day I was thinking of opening Hakugakusen and was able to buy scallops ✌️ they are very big and I am very satisfied 🥳The lobsters...is it a daily thing ⁉️🤣 lie lie lie!
.
One of the drinks of the business trip drinking comparison.
It was a refreshing type and had no outstanding characteristics among the three types. I regret that I couldn't have it as a food sake because of all the sake we had that day.
Rough-running, slightly carbonated.
It was described as "light oriented," but I could hardly detect any oriki, just a little color.
The taste was refreshing and clean and delicious ^ ^.
☀️
Tastes like lime🍋🟩.
Refreshingly sweet and discreetly delicious. ☺️
The acidity is doing its job and there is a slight carbonation that makes it noticeably refreshing.
It has good sharpness and a sharp mouthfeel.
The ginjo aroma, which is free of impurities, gives it fullness, and while it is refreshing, it also has a richness to it 😊.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🌛.
I'm glad you liked the new Hakugakusen sake 🍶, which is my sake of choice 😁.
I also recommend the upcoming dry Junmai Ginjo "Shinben" Nama Sake ✨ if you have a chance!
On the way back from the Ichijodani Castle Ruins 100 Castles Tour, I stopped by Yasumoto Sake Brewery and purchased a bottle of Arashiri, which was recommended to me and will be on sale on November 6, 2012. It is a sharp, dry sake with a fresh mouthfeel, a gaseous feel, and a slight bitterness. It is delicious no matter how many glasses you drink🤤.
