Etsukaijin Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi Brewing No. 28 Unfiltered Raw r3by High alcohol content and very dry. I bought this as part of a set, but I think the 2021 3-year-old brewing was a bit too long. I can't rate it properly.

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku R2BY Junmai Daiginjo-Shizuku-shu Muroka Nama It is gentler than the junmai unfiltered, but you can feel the power of Etsukaijin! R6BY Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle Unfiltered Nama It is refreshing compared to ours, but it is still Etsukaijin! The ripe flavor is enough! The balance of this easy drinking is very good! I didn't buy it when I saw it, but I'll buy it next time! R3BY Junmai Ginjo Kurosawa Kame-no-o Unfiltered Nama This one is also relatively mild! I've only experienced Etsukaijin Junmai! I guess a ginjo is supposed to be more flamboyant... But they are all very good!

It is more umami than dry. It is not fresh, but it seems to go well with salty dishes without interfering with them. It is somewhere between dry and sweet. I like to drink it when I want a change of pace. I went all the way to Kagawa to buy it, I would like to have a bottle in my cellar. Sweet *☆☆☆☆ dry Rich*☆☆☆☆☆ light strong aroma★☆☆☆☆ weak aroma Bitterness ★★★☆☆☆☆ Acidity★★☆☆☆☆ Recommendation⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku ⑱ Etsukaijin, which I don't usually drink, visited at the end of the event to try it since it was such an opportunity! I drank Kurosawa Kame no O Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Kurosawa Kame no O seems to be produced in Miyagi Prefecture. It seems to be grown by Mr. Kurosawa. It has a sense of maturity, but it is not unpleasant. It has a complex taste of sweetness and grain. Blue Bottle Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama I wonder if I didn't take a picture of it because I've had it in the past. I borrowed Nemuchi's photo. I heard it is light and easy to drink among the Trijin, but I still felt it was dark and sharp and had a unique character. There was also Akaban Omachi, but I guess he didn't drink it! I'd like to try Kaijin again!
