It is delicious when drunk with a meal. The creamy taste has a high impact and expands in the mouth.
The following is a quote from the description
The aroma is of refined rice like white dumplings, and creamy dairy aroma of fresh cream.
In the mouth, a smooth and lustrous umami flavor spreads with a light and flowing acidity.
The sweetness is very elegant and pleasant, with a clear sweetness that extends well like that of Wasanbon!
It is a perfect match for dishes with fluffy and creamy sweetness such as datemaki, or boiled vegetables.

I still like it like sake ‼️ 😊.

A hard-to-find(?) sake that is highly recommended by liquor stores. It is a hard-to-find(?) sake that is highly recommended by liquor stores. It is crisp but easy to drink and I like it. The only thing I don't like about it is that it was a junmai sake and was quite expensive, but it is a delicious sake! The label is nice and I will probably buy it again!
