It has a great sharpness.
Not quite melon, but a bit of melon taste.
It tastes like rice too.
Seems to have mellowed a bit after a few days after opening the bottle 🙂.
I think it's a little more mature than it used to be.
It was delicious 😋😋😋.

After watching a baseball game at Hamasta ⚾️, I really wanted to have a drink, so I wandered around and entered a restaurant that was recommended Gunma sake 🍶.
It was a brand I hadn't seen before, but it was fruity and very easy to drink.
It's encounters like this that get me hooked on sake😅.
My favorite Gunma Sakiami. The label says the sake level is +/- 0, but I feel it is a minus. It is refreshing and delicious. I drank it at the end of last year.
