I've been wanting to try this for a long time, so I got a bottle of Sakyami. The aroma is citrusy and fruity, and the taste is sweet with a slight fizz. The balance of sourness and bitterness is exquisite...similar to Machida Shuzo? This dangerous sake is 100% Miyamanishiki...delicious...I want to try the other Sakyamishiki!

The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads, and soon it has a slightly stronger acidity and a pleasant petitiveness, I think it is OK both on its own and as a mealtime drink.
I thought it was a combination of Hanahayo and Shinsei colors. This is my personal opinion, so please forgive me if you like HanayoYoku or Shinsei.
I would like to try other Sakiyami as well 😋.

It's been a while since I've been to "Sakiyami".
There is no doubt that it is delicious, and since it is one of the most precious types, we can only hope for the best ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is clear and gorgeous, with a hint of pear and green apple.
The mouthfeel is beautiful & smooth and elegant. The astringent taste comes from the gentle texture on the tongue. The taste is dry, but there is a fruity sweetness like pear in the back, making it juicy and delicious!
Although it is unfiltered, it has a light and refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake and Gunma sake. It also has a lingering aftertaste with a subdued astringency, and before you know it, your sake cup will be empty👍.
It is a summer-only sake, but it has the presence of Gunma's "Musical Instrument Masamune"!
It is a delicious sake that you should not drink too much of 🤤.

This is a summer sake from Sakiyami. It is not gaseous, so it is not refreshing. It is rich, light, and sweet, but it cuts through nicely. It is delicious!
I'm having chilled tofu with myoga, fresh yakisoba and lightly pickled cucumbers.
I'm going to resume my sake drinking 😊.
