I finally got it.
I immediately opened the bottle. A nice pop sound. From the moment the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma of pineapple comes out.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami rush into your taste buds, and at the same time, the bitterness follows, and it is sweet, but it wears off quickly and easily.
This is delicious! I am so happy to have finally met this wine 🤩.

Sakiyami looks delicious 🤤🤤.
It is a mild white grape variety, like a No. 7, with a hint of alcohol.
The gas is very strong and the sweetness and acidity spread a little. At 5 degrees, the bitterness and umami are hard to detect, and the alcohol is a little short on the nose and the aftertaste is a little short.
There were several different series with different yeast, so I regret that I should have bought more than just 7 😂.

The label is pink, very similar to Ozeyuki, also from Gunma, and looks very tasty.
The light nigori has a fresh and crisp flavor. Combined with a refreshing sweetness, the flavor is at its peak. I drank it in gulps.
