Clean and fruity.
This is the first time for me to taste Tazake. I had an image from the label that it looked somewhat sturdy. But this gap! Oh, my goodness!
Last weekend, Nobby stayed behind in Utsunomiya for the Tochigi Prefecture Women's Association🥰, while Jay went to Chiba to help his daughter prepare for her move🚙.
Nobby said he drank a little too much 😅 at the last Women's Association! This time, she said she had just the right amount to talk and drink 😊.
The chosen drink was Tasake's special Jun_Jun (pure sake), which I decided I would drink this year! I decided to drink Tasake's Tokujun ‼️ probably for the first time 🤔.
I'll make love to you!
The aroma is fruity 😌.
I'm going to drink it for the first time this year 🤔 I'm going to make love to you and drink it! It's full-bodied 😚 and the aftertaste is unique 🧐Classic and modern are having a friendly session 😙 but it's not modern chic, it's more like a Cladin with a dry taste at the end 😋.
By the way, the party was as lively as it sounds 😊Jay had an Italian dinner with his sister and father after helping his daughter move to a new house🇮🇹 late, but he got a surprise birthday plate at the end of the dinner 😳It's always nice to have something like this no matter how old you are 🥹.
Then she took off yesterday for Washington where he is 🛫 and arrived safely this morning 🛬.
We will spend GW over there and return home together at the end of the day! This time we will only be there for a week to prepare for our move to Japan, etc. During that time we will all get together for her father's birthday and I am looking forward to seeing him again 😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
Tasake's Tokujun is also delicious, no need to comment😇.
I want to drink it again after a long time 😀.
It's your father's birthday soon, and I'm looking forward now to a fun gathering with even your boyfriend 😇.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙
I was always saved by Tasake's special jun, it was cheap 😋.
You're right J&N, your expressions are spot on👍.
Another fun party coming soon 😁.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Thanks for moving your daughter🍀.
We are looking forward to seeing you after GW: ⤴️
Tasake special junmai. I got mine too 🎵
Kradan I will taste it well 😋.
Jay & Nobby Good evening 😄and thank you for helping your daughter move! Tasake's special junmai is delicious, isn't it? It is truly a modern classic sake.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛Tasake Tokusyu looks so delicious 🥰I envy you for always hosting lively events: ✨️J&N new standard designation is named Kudan and Modasik: ☺️
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ❗️
I also bought this Tasake the other day.
It's waiting in the cellar 😊.
I've never had this classic Tasake before.
I'm looking forward to drinking it😃.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😄I see that you and Jay were separated for the weekend and Jay was with his daughter ☺️ Finally, BF is coming to Japan after the holidays ‼️ I hope you have lots to look forward to 🤭Writing activities will be a lot of topics to talk about too 😆.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😃I love your beautiful birthday plate 💕Tasake, I think the first special Jun had a special taste, didn't it? I'd like to get my hands on some 💦.
Good evening Jay & Nobby😊Thanks for helping us move😊Tasake Tokusyu is my favorite sake😊It's easy to pair with food and can be served hot or cold, it's a delicious sake ✨✨✨.
We will be served Tasake, which we had found a special distributor and bought. The sake rice, Hanabukiyuki, is Aomori's own brand name, named after the cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Castle.
I imagined it would be heavy because it is made from Yamahai sake, but it is surprisingly sweet. It goes well with strong side dishes.
The second picture is a penguin I saw in Shinjuku.
⚫︎Rice used: Hanabukiyuki
⚫︎Polishing ratio: 55
⚫︎ Alcohol content: 16
I found a cup of sake tasake and bought it: ❤️
This sake is made from 45% polished rice called Momota from Akita Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing.
This cup of sake is the only sake made from this rice.
I usually have a lot of opportunities to drink low-alcohol sake, so I feel like I drank even a small amount.
It has a nice Junmai Daiginjo-like aroma and a fruity (not flashy) feeling when you drink it 😊.
Hidden liquor found in the back of the cellar (regular fridge😅): ☺️
Tasake is delicious 🥹💕.
Gentle on the palate, hard to describe, but the flavor is so good in the mouth 🤤?
Anyway delicious ☺️
The 4th ramen 🍜 is the Aizu Yamashio Ramen from Menya Daiichi, which always ranks high in the Fukushima Ramen Election ✨.
Highly recommended ‼️
It's been a while since I've had "Tasake" 🍶.
I guess I'm going back to my roots 😊.
It's been a few years since the first time I drank it, but it's always delicious 😋.
It has been getting harder and harder to find these days, but I was lucky to be able to bring it to you without any restrictions: ✌️
It's been a while since I've had it, and I felt it was a little more fruity and a little more sake-like than the recent version, but on the second day, the corners were removed and it felt mellower, and I kept drinking more and more 😋.
It's good to meet new people, but it's also good to go back to the roots and drink sake while remembering the days when I was addicted to sake 😊.
Good evening, Mr. Baum.
I see that your origin is Tasake: ⤴️
I'm looking forward to finally having Tasake's special junmai invited to my house 😋.
I'm going to enjoy it well over the next two days 😁✨.
Hi ma-ki-, 😊 there are quite a few drinks that are the starting point or the turning point 😅 I know it's an amateur thing, but they get overwritten and you forget 😱 sometimes 💦 ma-ki-, please try to enjoy them on two different days 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Baum😃.
We had ours last weekend 🤗.
It was our first time drinking it and it was a modern classic and delicious 😋I'll bring it up soon!
