Tasake Akita Sake Komachi
I've had the Yamahai Akita Sake Komachi in the spring, but this is my first ✨.
It has a full aroma of rice and a mild fruity flavor. It has a gentle fruity aroma and a mild fruity aroma of rice.
The acidity is clean and crisp with a beautiful sweet umami taste. The spiciness is slightly felt in the aftertaste.
Third day
The aroma is fruity but fluffy. Transparent and juicy sweet umami! Yes, this is the sweet umami of Tasake 😁The acidity becomes mild and it is time to drink, so it is more like Tasake if you leave it a little longer.
Amazake
I was not a fan of amazake as a child, especially the smell, so I never drank it before, but I tried it because it was Tasake😍!
The aroma is the same smell that I have smelled since I was a child, and it is not my favorite smell! But when I drank it, it was rich and sweet, too sweet to make my throat dry, but it was sweet and delicious😃I can go for this! I also tried drinking it warm, but the sweetness is lighter and easier to drink 😃.
I guess amazake has become a mouthful as I get older 🍶.
