It has a fruity aroma that is fragrant even from a distance, and is refreshing and slightly acidic on the palate. It was a delicious sake with a firm umami flavor and a complete impression of perfection.

At the Machinaka Onsen Restaurant in Aomori City.I couldn't forget the taste of Tasake and the local cuisine I encountered here about a month ago, so I revisited the restaurant. I met again with the person who recommended it to me last time, and told her that I couldn't find it in my town, and she poured me a glass of sake. The second time I tried it again, the flavor was surprisingly smooth and gentle! I didn't know it was this easy to drink! I was able to reconfirm the taste of carefully crafted sake without any unwanted flavors. I felt like my cheeks were going to melt and fall off! Like last time, I had it with apple and scallop fried vegetables. It was so easy to drink that I found myself drinking a little too much! Thank you!
At Sangayu Onsen. Cold sake. Wow, I had decided to take a day off tonight. I didn't expect to find Momota! I was a bit lost (I pretended to be), but I had it... I put my finger on the can, and the aroma of koji malt spread instantly at the first pop. The aroma of carefully shaved rice. After enjoying the sweet and happy aroma, a refreshing umami taste passed down my throat. No, it fleetingly disappears before reaching your throat. My whole body tastes delicious! I have never regretted my lack of vocabulary so much. I'm just glad I like sake, and I'm glad I like rice wine. I enjoyed it with apple and Tsugaru pork hot pot... Thanks for the food!
Auras on this day
Hana-yoku Premium was already gone on this day.
Then let's go for Tasake's high spec sake!
Moreover, this is my first time to taste Kojo-nishiki!
There were two groups of two customers that day!
Each of them ordered sake with great enthusiasm!
There was also Tasake Special Junmai, so everyone ordered that one!
Compared to the special junmai, which is full of apple flavor, this junmai daiginjo tastes more like a ripe apple or grape.
The cherry blossoms in Hakodate have already finished their best time to bloom and there are only a few more blossoms left.
I wonder if I will be able to see the cherry blossoms while driving tomorrow?

Good morning, Pon-chan 👋
I can't make the Shinmasa, but I've managed to keep the Tasake going 😏.
Do you think you can get the twelve Chinese zodiac signs together? 🤔
Tasake is a gorgeous sake, just like the label.
The second day after opening the bottle, the sweetness increased
The Omine was so easy to drink that I thought it was already juice!
I felt like summer had arrived!
