This is the best of the best. Fruity, gassy, gorgeous aroma. I'm still a sake beginner, but the only ones I wanted to repeat were Jizukin and Jyushiyo, but this ranks up there with the best of them.
The sake rice used is Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
Fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee

I feel that there are many special junmai sake that have a more robust rice flavor than jundai or jungin sake😇.

The soda gas in this beer makes it refreshing like soda juice 🍹, and then it's a paradise of sweet and savory flavors 🎆...it's sooooooooooo good!
The initial reaction is the carbonation, but the balance of the connection and sharpness after that...exquisite and delicious 👌Tastes like an apple cider 🍎.
It's a dual purpose drink, both on its own before and after a meal, and during a meal 😘.
