I decided to drink Tazake in the morning on this day. That decision alone is more effective than Yunkel 💪.
It's delicious!
Well balanced as always.
This time I felt a bit of a nice astringency, but it doesn't change the taste I like.
It was delicious! Thanks for the food 😆.
Grape-like fruitiness, perhaps pulled by the purple color of the label. The acidity is gentle but lingering. There is a touch of alcohol, but combined with the acidity, it is easy to drink.
Sake rice: 100% Kojo-Nishiki
Polishing ratio→50
Alcohol content: 16%.
effervescent rice wine.
Citrusy, white wine-like atmosphere with some rice sweetness.
Delicious.
but I heard they use white malted rice and citric acid.
This sake is with a hint of fruity flavor but not very strong. It has a relatively strong taste with minerals flavor. Quite a strong sake and good to match with strong flavor food.
Strong aroma of tropical fruits with distinguished mango and passion fruit flavor. The taste is slightly sweet, the texture is smooth with alcoholic after taste. Good to pair with food of strong flavor, a typical aromatic sake.
Sake of rice field!
Yummmm.
I bought this rice wine in Kumamoto and it tasted the same 🐻.
Moomin Fireworks in my neighborhood. I can only hear the sound from my house, so I walk 10+ minutes to see it a few times every year. I think they are getting better every year. I always bring beer with me but someday I want to bring a cup of sake 😂.
There were more weird cat objects, but what the heck 🐈.
Purchased at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Slightly fruity aroma.
Fresh, sweet and juicy.
Tasake is delicious no matter what you drink.
So good that no comment is needed💦.
Purchased at Sake no qoobe in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture.
Whenever I return to Akita, I always stop by this liquor store. On a side note, when I search for a location on this Sake-no-wa, it does not show places far from my current location even if I enter the name of the store.
I have never had a bad experience with Tasake, but this Kojo-no-no-nishiki was the jackpot.
I think it is probably a characteristic of this rice, but the mellow taste spreads out, and from the soft impression, it breaks off with a sense of transparency.
It was composed of only the flavors I liked from beginning to end.
I would like to buy it again.
It is not easy to buy in Tokyo, but....
Rice polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 16%.
I was a little impressed with how good this wine tasted after a long time. It is fruity, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and it goes down smoothly. This is what sake should be all about, right?
