It has been a while since we had a drinking party. We went to a restaurant where we had a year-end party last year and drank a variety of Japanese sake. The first sake that caught my eye was Tasake, and I started with this one.
Perhaps it was the rice used for the sake, but it was a little more sharp than the previous Tasake, and I found it to be a very tasty sake for a meal. It also has a hint of sweetness, but I think it is a bit gentler.
Polishing ratio 70%.

Three different kinds of sake from Imameya in the basement of Ginza SIX.
This was my favorite of the three sweet sake from the top of the lineup!
The aroma, the first impression in the mouth, and the aftertaste were all full and sweet! Delicious! I like it! It also has a bit of acidity so you never get tired of it!
It can be served as a dessert, or you can just enjoy it by itself slowly!
I really like it!
Sake that was supposed to be drunk on New Year's Day
We were able to open the bottle 9 days late 🎍.
The zodiac sign label of Tasake is a safe bet every year 🥰.
The juiciness of the raw sake is good 😋.
A very well-balanced sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal 👍
Today's sake is one of our family's staples, "Tasake" light nigori (light nigori) 🍶.
It's been a while since we've found several kinds of Tasake at the liquor store 💡, but as is standard these days, each person is tagged with a bottle of one of these 😱.
After much deliberation, I chose the light nigori 😍.
Let's start with the aroma. The aroma conveys a sense of clarity. A little bit of the top clearness... sweet, tasty, and refreshingly dry. First you feel the sweetness, then it disappears quickly and the dryness spreads in your mouth. ⁉️ expression muzu 😂.
And then I mix the nigori and get the real thing 🍶. It's a little mellow and perfectly balanced 🥰.
Tasake is delicious after all ‼️
I started late tonight, so I'll stop in moderation and look forward to tomorrow. 😍😍

This is a special sake made with Hana Mouri from Aomori Prefecture.
Top quality to the point of being easy to understand.
Clear with fruity aroma.
Very elegant.

I'm familiar with this one for shime 😅.
The balance of flavor and richness is still good👍
Oops, this was also from Aomori 😅
A little showy for a rice wine.
I don't think it's a raw sake, but it is slightly effervescent and has a modern fruity taste.
There is no unpleasant Yamahai sensation, and if you weren't told about it, you would think it was a draft sake, but it's not what you expect!
There are plenty of other sake like this, even if they are not tazake.
