Here is the sake we drank at the tasting... ♪
Burozumi Sake Soma no Tengu
We had both cold and warmed sake 🍶.
I had heard that Sake-no-Tengu tastes good warmed up, so I asked for it to be heated up 😊! I asked him to please heat it up!

Furozumi, Kazuhiro, or Matsu no Tsukasa?
After much deliberation, I chose "Nama-nagori-shu" and "light nigori".
I chose "Nama-narugori" and "light nigori".
It had a strong flavor.
I tried it in a non-fryer.
It matched the saikyo-yaki mackerel that I tried in a non-fryer.
I am satisfied 😊.
Tengu no Soma no Tengu no Usu Nigorigo👺 (The Tengu of Soma)
I became a huge fan after drinking it in a sake comparison 🥰It is brewed using the traditional method of wooden tank tenbin Shibori, but it has a nice aroma and is fruity on the palate, and once again tastes very delicious. It is delicious!

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
The label certainly gives the impression of a dry wine 😅I was surprised when I drank it and wondered if it was really worth the price 😁. I felt like 😁.
Furozumi Soma no Tengu Junmai Ginjyo Light Nigori Nama-nagori Nama-nagori Wooden tank with Tenbin Shibori
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture, brewed with a yeast from the brewery, 17% alcohol by volume.
The aroma is gorgeous. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, with no gassiness.
Sourness and bitterness appear in the mid-palate and finish with a refreshing bitterness.
The softness of nigori and the robustness of the wooden tank balance pressing coexist, making it very drinkable.
Preferred Score: 8.5/10
Aroma: 1.5|Mouthfeel: 1.0|Medium: 2.0|Finish: 2.0|Price: 2.0
The mellowness of nigori and the bitter sharpness of the aftertaste make this an addictive bottle.
Shiga Sake Drinking Comparison (4)
Lightly cloudy and fruity. I personally found this one to be the most delicious of the four. Shiga sake is delicious 😋.
