The aroma is mild and slightly fruity?
I'm not sure if it's dry or not! I thought it would be dry by its appearance 🤔I can feel the sweetness of the soft rice 😙 but then the sourness and bitterness come in and pass down my throat in harmony 😋This is delicious!
It was the long-awaited opening of the 🇺🇸MLB⚾️ season in the United States! We had a lot of fun watching the "Mikan Channel" and "Komogomo TV" that we love to watch 😄.
By the way, after drinking out the weekend before last, which I mentioned in the last three stories, we moved to my father's place in Ichikawa 🚃.
The next Sunday morning, I was woken up by my father who woke me up several times in the middle of the night and greeted me with "Ohayo~" in a good mood each time 😆 And since I was here by train, I decided to invite my son and enjoy lunch...

When I traveled to Shiga last summer, I passed by Takashima city where the sake brewery is located 😥 Many Shiga brands have old-fashioned names 🤔 If the sake is so easy to drink, I regret that I should have bought it 😲.

We had a pizza with sake at PIZA Parlor taupo, a famous Italian restaurant in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, which uses only the finest ingredients from Shiga Prefecture.
It was delicious, with a soft, elegant flavor of light-brown rice.
The pizza dough and the sake were equally delicious. The pizza dough and sake are fermented in the same way, and since the pizza was lightly seasoned and not oily, they went very well together.

Furoizumi Somatengu Junmai Tengu Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo Nama Genjyo, pressed in a wooden vat with a balance.
Lightly cloudy, with a fresh, fine milky taste, but with a sweetness and umami that is not overpowered by the milky taste. It has a bitter aftertaste.
I have an image of Furoizumi as thick and full-bodied, but I don't think this one is like that.
I drank it warmed, and the umami was more pronounced, and I preferred it warmed.
I remember not being that into it when I drank it by itself before, but it's been a super long time since I drank it when I served it to eat sashimi, and it's so good! It goes so well with sashimi! I'm so happy! I can eat as much sashimi as I want!
Even though it has been open for quite a while, the aroma of the wooden barrels and the deep, rich, calming taste spread through my mouth and nostrils, and the sweetness of the fluffy fish, the fat on the fish, and the slight fishy smell were all held together comfortably. I can repeat this forever!
